Jeff Hastings brings more than 18 years of experience as general manager to Pinnacle Systems, the consumer video division of Avid Technology. Hastings joined Pinnacle in August 2005 and is responsible for all aspects of the company’s business. Under his leadership, Pinnacle recently launched the latest version of its flagship home video editing product line, Pinnacle Studio version 10. Prior to joining Pinnacle, Hastings led another Avid business unit, M-Audio, an innovative developer of tools for computer-centric musicians and audio professionals. As M-Audio’s president, Hastings was responsible for driving the company’s aggressive expansion into the consumer market. Before joining Avid’s family of companies, Hastings served as president of Rio, the company that pioneered the MP3 space by introducing the industry’s first MP3 player. Prior to joining Rio, Hastings held management positions at SONICblue and ReplayTV. Hastings began his career in the medical industry with Acuson, a medical ultrasound manufacturer. During his 13-year tenure at Acuson, Hastings directed the development, manufacture, and sales of networked medical imaging systems. Hastings has been granted six US patents and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science from Purdue University.

Gregg Daffner, Chairman of the Board, TV Mine Inc.: An expert in multimedia multicasting in mobile environments, broadband content distribution via IP networks and live TV broadcasting to vehicles, Gregg Daffner is currently Chairman of the Board of TV Mine Inc, a California based company founded in 2003, specializing in broadband digital TV download services to TV, PC and mobile devices. Gregg is aiding TV Mine in building a library spanning thousands of hours of programming, securing global distribution markets and investment with strategic partners. In early 2006 TVMine will be launching a service to sell TV shows directly to consumers - to own forever as digital files. Gregg also serves as President of G3 Global Communication Consulting providing business development, regulatory and transactional direction to U.S. and international communications and information services companies.

Dorrian Porter is the founder and CEO of Mozes, Inc., a mobile search company based in Palo Alto, California that connects consumers with information at the point of inspiration. Previously, Dorrian was a co-founder of HigherMarkets, Inc., where he helped pioneer the concept and delivery of on-demand, multi-tenant software applications. As CEO in 2002, Dorrian guided the company to its acquisition by SciQuest, a Nasdaq listed company, and through June 2005 led SciQuest's sales & strategy for the university market. Prior to co-founding HigherMarkets, Dorrian practiced corporate and securities law at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in Palo Alto, California where he represented a wide range of technology companies. Prior to joining WSGR, he worked in Canada as a corporate associate at McCarthy Tetrault, an analyst at Harrowston, Inc. (now TD Capital) and at the Canadian Parliament, including the Prime Minister's Office. He received a law degree and an MBA from the University of Toronto and Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Ottawa.

Frederick Ghahramani, director, AirG. Frederick co-founded AirG in 2000 and has spent the past five years growing the company to a leadership position in the mobile community space. Frederick has spearheaded the company’s business development team in building relationships with leading mobile operators globally including Sprint Nextel, Orange, T-Mobile, Verizon, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone.









Jeffery Blanc joined NeoMagic in August 2005. Prior to joining NeoMagic, Mr. Blanc was chief operations officer of Triton Funding Group, a mortgage lending company, from 2003 to 2005. Mr. Blanc was vice president of marketing for Planetweb, Inc., a provider of embedded multimedia application and browser software for consumer electronics devices, from 2001 to 2003 before joining Triton Funding Group. Prior to joining Planetweb, Inc., Mr. Blanc was vice president of marketing for Casecentral, Inc., an electronic discovery and litigation management solutions for major law firms and corporations, from 1999 to 2001. Before working with Casecentral, Inc., Mr. Blanc held several positions in marketing, advertising, and sales. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in international relations from Georgetown University.



Steve Bradbury, Vice President, Business Development, GoTV Network: Steve brings over a decade of entertainment convergence experience to his role at GoTV Networks, focusing on the burgeoning made-for-mobile, video-on-demand space. GoTV provides news, sports, music, entertainment, and other essential content customized specifically for cell phone users. Prior to GoTV, Steve was President of Marketing By Design where he was responsible for the interactive division of the Improv Comedy Clubs, Showbiz Scoop for Columbia TriStar Interactive, the eSportsworld executive conference, a $20 million McDonald’s/Coca-Cola tie-in for Santa Claus: The Movie and the Openwave/IBM mobile entertainment summit. For the last six years, he has led the Hollywood & Digital program at UCLA Extension. Steve’s corporate experience includes VP Marketing of MGM Worldwide Television and Director, Creative Services at Universal/MCA TV.
