Session II: A Virtual Event
The Social Accelerator + Video = The New Hollywood Consumer + Brand + Commerce
The “Cord” has been cut as “Doom Scrolling Video” accounts for about 8 hours of every 14-34 year-old consumer’s day. This may be “Doomsday” for some, but the “New Economy” is a bonanza for the world of social media. Social media has revolutionized the entertainment landscape, with platforms redefining how content is created, consumed, and monetized. Social-first content and short-form video have transformed consumer behavior, fully blurring the lines between entertainment and commerce. As a result, brands have a fully realized opportunity to connect with consumers. We will explore the strategies behind successful brand integrations, the future of influencer marketing, and the evolving role of Hollywood in the digital age.
