Games has been a dominant entertainment market for decades, easily outgrossing feature films, and the addition of AI will clearly serve to amplify game innovation, impacting multiple platforms, starting at console game development but perhaps most immediately on social media and totally unique and innovative “Game Concepts” enabled by the fast paced innovation and impact of generative AI. Animation will clearly be the “Instant Winner” in GenAI short and longform, but what it specifically will mean within the world of Gaming, social media and Memes represents an “Explosion” we are all about to witness in real-time.

Carmen Chu, Vice President, Lifecycle Marketing, Fandom: Carmen Chu has over 15 years of experience in marketing and leadership roles. Carmen currently serves as the Vice President of Lifecycle Marketing at Fandom. Previously, Carmen was the President of the Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi Alliance Employee Resource Group at Rakuten Americas, where they focused on talent acquisition, career development, and employee support. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Global Marketing at ShopStyle, overseeing various marketing strategies and initiatives. Carmen has also held director roles at Macy's, where they led cross-functional teams and implemented customer acquisition and retention strategies. Carmen began their career as a Marketing Assistant at ZipZoomfly.com & Wrapables.com, where they supported marketing operations and managed partnerships. Throughout their career, Carmen has demonstrated their expertise in marketing strategy, analytics, customer engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Carmen Chu completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Sociology with an emphasis in Law & Society at the University of California, Davis.


Scott Donaton, currently Chief Marketing and Content Officer at Versus Game, on brand storytelling and the agility of startups. The former Global Chief Creative and Content Officer at Digitas who became CMO at Hulu argues that Versus Game's AI-driven engagement engine which gamifies content to enhance user interaction is a glimpse of the future in media. He says that companies need to embrace the Next Big Thing – especially the AI era of brand storytelling, and to move at the speed of startups if they are to stay competitive. A legendary industry veteran, Scott is an experienced brand and growth marketer, creative leader, and content producer who has dedicated his career to tapping the power of storytelling to grow brands and transform businesses. He most recently served as Hulu's Head of Marketing. Prior to that, Donaton spent a number of years on the agency side, first as the Global Chief Content Officer at Interpublic Group's UM and head of UM Studios and later as the Global Chief Creative & Content Officer at Digitas and a member of its Executive Leadership Team. He started his career in media as a journalist and then as Editor-In-Chief of Ad Age and as Publisher of both Ad Age and Entertainment Weekly. Donaton coined the phrase "Madison & Vine" and is the author of an acclaimed book by the same name. The book helped launch the branded content revolution by declaring that the entertainment and advertising industries needed to converge to survive.


Albert Thompson,   Managing Director, Digital Innovation, Walton Isaacson: While carrying the “ethos” of a Marketing Technologist, as the Managing Director, Digital Innovation at Walton Isaacson Albert Thompson has always possessed a firm understanding of how technology has continued to transform the discipline of Marketing while disrupting today’s conventional consumer engagement models. Over that past 20+ years his cross-cultural communications experience ranges from African American, Hispanic, LGBTQ, AAPI, Arab American, South Asian, Boomers, Millennials, Urban, GM to International. His work involves Digital Marketing for Lexus, AMAZON, NYPD, Medline, State Fair, Spalding, HBO, MCD, LA Sparks, Game Show Network, Verizon Wireless, Unilever, Ford Division, Lincoln Mercury, Burger King, Toyota, Colgate, HSBC, Time Warner Cable, Home Depot, AstraZeneca, US Marines, Pfizer, Novartis, Merck, and Hyatt Resorts. Prior to Walton Isaacson he served as the Director, Interactive Services for UniWorld Group and Director of New Media and Technology at Prime Access where he introduced the Digital capabilities for both multicultural agencies. Albert continues to guide early stages companies on a series of topics related to Market Positioning, Go-to Market Strategy, Brand Identity, Consumer Psychology, and Growth Marketing. As a product and business advisor to Ai powered technologies such as Cache.ai, SCOUT.io, and Brand MentalityTM he serves as a Marketing Technologist to help organizations visualize and "operationalize" the use of their platforms.


Devo Harris, CEO, Adventr: Devo Harris is a versatile media executive with expertise in strategy, creativity, and technology. He co-founded GOOD Music with Kanye West, winning a Grammy for Best Rap Song for "Diamonds from Sierra Leone." He's also produced and written for renowned artists such as Jay-Z and Britney Spears. As head of GOOD Music, Devo signed EGOT Winner John Legend and spearheaded national product launches. Devo's innovation led him to hack YouTube back in 2010 and pioneer interactive web videos. He later served as Senior Product Manager at Vimeo. Today, as the founder and CEO of Adventr, Devo continues to push boundaries with a cutting-edge cloud-based platform that enables creators to produce, publish and share interactive videos across various platforms. Devo holds degrees from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Columbia Business School.
