Brian Dameris is an Emmy Award–winning broadcast analyst for the Dallas Mavericks. He serves as the color commentator for Mavericks radio broadcasts, the only color commentator in the league that is not a former player or coach. He also appears as a TV analyst on the team’s game broadcasts and pregame and postgame studio shows. He co-hosts the weekly Mavericks podcast Take Dat Wit You and is a regular contributor to D Magazine. As Director of Basketball Development with the Mavericks, Brian launched the NBA’s first analytics department in 2002. He also oversaw the annual Global Games basketball tournament and played a key role in the team’s international development efforts. Brian began his career in 1995 as the fifth employee at Broadcast.com. He spearheaded the company’s Initial Public Offering in 1998, which opened with a then-record performance on Wall Street. As head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, he completed three acquisitions before the company’s sale to Yahoo! for $5.8 billion in April 1999. He went on to work closely with Mark Cuban on his investment portfolio, consulting with companies featured on ABC’s Shark Tank. Alongside his professional career, Brian has pursued personal passions through nonprofit leadership. He co-founded the Dallas location of the KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) charter schools, which has since expanded to five campuses serving more than 2,000 students. He also co-founded the Miracle League of DFW, creating a baseball league and dedicated field for youth with physical and intellectual challenges. A sought-after speaker and panelist, Brian has addressed numerous schools and organizations. He has served on the Board of the Dallas International Film Festival, is a member of The Dallas Assembly, and is a graduate of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2001. Outside of business, he has moonlighted as a stand-up comedian, performing at Los Angeles’ legendary Comedy Store. Brian is a graduate of Baylor University and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
Alexa Levine, VP, Emerging Partnerships, Pinterest: Over the past 20+ years, Alexa has been a leader across the media ecosystem working in Product management, product marketing, and sales at Microsoft, Meta, Snap and Google. Most recently, she led the West coast media & advertising practice at McKinsey, helping clients build and grow their advertising businesses and creating strategies for marketing executives. Alexa has recently joined Pinterest as VP of Sales overseeing Tech, Telco, Travel and Entertainment clients, helping them to tap into the power of discovery with intent and visual search.
Laurie Keith, Senior Vice President, Emerging Media & Technology, Ad Council: Laurie Keith is an award-winning media and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience driving innovation at the intersection of technology and social good. As Senior Vice President of Emerging Media & Technology at the Ad Council, the national nonprofit working across advertising, tech, media, marketing and philanthropy to address the country’s most pressing issues, she leads a Center of Excellence exploring AI, immersive 3D, gaming, AR/VR, Web3 and robotics to power purpose-driven campaigns. Laurie recently launched “Love, Your Mind World,” the Ad Council’s first immersive Roblox experience, which supported teen mental health and attracted over 670,000 visits. Her innovative partnerships include: • Integrating a custom anti-bullying emoji into Apple’s iOS keyboard • Developing a VR film with Oculus for the “Love Has No Labels” campaign • Creating a web-based AR experience with 8thWall for hunger prevention • Wrapping autonomous delivery robots with Smokey Bear’s wildfire prevention message • Launching the first aerial drone campaign to raise awareness on the dangers of impaired driving • Leading the organization’s first Web3 activation in Decentraland for Metaverse Pride. She co-leads the Ad Council’s internal AI Taskforce and founded its Emerging Media & Tech Committee of external thought leaders. Her partnerships have earned recognition through industry awards including the Shorty Awards, Telly Awards and Facebook Studio Awards, and she was nominated for the GenNext Award by She Runs It. Laurie speaks on global stages including Cannes Lions, CES, SXSW and Dreamforce, where she focuses on the intersection of emerging media & technology and social impact. Andre Jones, Digital Talent Partner, WME (William Morris Endeavor: Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient, Andre Jones is a digital talent agent at William Morris Endeavor (WME), where he's focused on social media partnerships and digital strategy. Using his background in traditional representation and merging it with his love for innovative technology, Andre is passionate about developing the careers of BIPOC content creators. Jones roster includes Druski, Steven Bartlett and Leo Gonzalez. He also supports the needs of comedy/music clients like Ciara, Deon Cole, and Ivan Cornejo. Prior to WME, Andre served as Creator Partnerships Manager at Jellysmack and CBS Network leading social campaigns for major events including The Grammys and Super Bowl.
Tony Marlow is the Chief Marketing Officer for LG Ad Solutions, where he uses data-driven insights to lead all aspects of marketing and communications. Previously, Tony was CMO at Integral Ad Science (IAS), where he helped transform the brand into a recognized and trusted partner, and took the company public through an IPO in 2021. Before IAS, he was the CMO at Data Axle, Global Head and Vice President of B2B Marketing at Yahoo, and consulted on a range of media and technology-related projects at Nielsen Online (APAC). He is also the co-founder of a mobile app development company called Appy Dragon (creators of RacerTracer).
Rich Sutton, Managing Partner, DMRS Advisory, LLC: Highly regarded and with proven success in digital media, Sutton has more than 30 years of experience in management, marketing, startups, turnarounds and working to grow world-class brands. Sutton's been Chief Revenue Officer at Everyday Health, Trusted Media Brands and The Daily Mail. Previously, he was Senior Vice President of consumer markets at WebMD, where he tripled and broadened the company’s client base. Prior to joining WebMD, Sutton served as Senior Vice President for Warner Bros. Entertainment where he led digital media sales and client marketing for Warner Bros. Online for more than 13 years. Sutton’s work with brands has been recognized by Ad Age, Forbes, AAAA, and Adweek, among other industry publications, and online and marketing awards. He is the author of “Best Practices in Branded Entertainment” for the Association of National Advertisers, as well as several White Papers for Trusted Media Brands, including: “The Future of Digital Video” and “Can Video and Native Formats Rule Mobile Advertising?”.
