Tania Yuki, Executive Vice President, Comscore: Tania Yuki re-joined Comscore in late 2021 after Shareablee, the venture-backed technology startup that she founded in 2013 and led as CEO through to the end of 2021, was acquired by Comscore. Shareablee was an industry-leading martech and analytics company in the social media space which continues to support many of the world's most innovative brands and publishers, such as NBC, Sony, Barstool Sports, Mondelez, Ulta Beauty and more, and was listed as one of Inc.5000's fastest growing companies and Women President's Organization (WPO)'s 50 Fastest Women-led Companies. Prior to founding Shareablee, Tania led product management for Comscore's Video Metrix, the world's leading online video and CTV ratings service, and was also VP Advertiser Solutions at Visible World (acquired by Comcast). Tania currently participates on the World Economic Forum’s Media and Entertainment Council Media and Entertainment Council and sits on the Board of the American Australian Association. Tania recently served on the Government of Dubai Media Office’s Future Council for Media and the Recording Academy’s Grammy Awards Digital Council where she led initiatives specifically focused on social media marketing and optimization in growing the Grammy Awards’ digital brand. She also founded wimLink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars to promote entrepreneurship, leadership and professional development for women at the intersection of media and technology.


Ashley Menschner, SVP Media, The Ad Council: As Senior Vice President of Media, Ashley Menschner oversees the Ad Council’s media outreach team with designated centers of excellence including national media accounts, corporate brand & industry partnerships, multicultural media strategy and content marketing reporting directly into the Chief Media Officer. Ashley’s team is responsible for securing over $1B in donated media building relationships and securing distribution for Ad Council campaigns across all sectors of media including video, audio, digital, social, and print. The outreach team ideates and executes custom social impact strategies bringing forward innovative solutions to drive Ad Council’s mission forward. Ashley’s account responsibilities include oversight of Apple, Amazon, Google, Meta, NBCUniversal, Paramount, Pinterest, Snapchat, Spotify, TelevisaUnivision, TikTok, Vice Media, and many more. She has been at the forefront of the industry helping partners and brands develop socially conscious content with a passion for shifting attitudes and changing behavior. She has also presented on such topics at Cannes, SXSW Interactive and as part of MMA's webinar series. Prior to the Ad Council, Ashley worked as part of an integral marketing team at HBO who helped launch HBO Go. Working in various sales and marketing roles, she helped HBO set record subscriber gains year after year and develop go-to market approaches in an ever-changing media landscape. Ashley is a graduate of Syracuse University and currently lives in New Jersey with her husband Chris and four children, Colin, Marley, Josephine and Julianna. 


Danielle Johnsen Karr serves as the Head of Social Content Agency for “Magnet,” Team Whistle’s agency that uses its deep ties to social and streaming platforms, live sports, and the creator economy to assist global brands, entertainment and sports properties create and distribute content to grow their audiences. She oversees “Magnet’s” team across creative development focused on strategy and ideation, content production, talent sourcing, amplification, insights, and execution for brands and partners across the sports and entertainment landscape. Prior to joining Team Whistle, Danielle built a career within the agency world, helping Fortune 500 brands launch and scale their efforts across social and digital channels. Before joining Team Whistle, she led social and digital strategy for Mastercard, HomeGoods, Hornitos, and instax at McCann New York. Prior to that, she developed the social strategy and content offerings at Deutsch NY. And she honed her social strategy craft during her tenure at 360i, where she oversaw the entertainment practice for brands like NBCU, A&E, and HBO, and managed the social team as it tripled in size. 


Anthony Iaffaldano is VP of Sales Marketing & Insights at Fandom, the world’s largest fan platform. As part of Fandom's senior marketing team, Iaffaldano is responsible for bringing Fandom’s unique platform, audience, and data to life for advertisers and partners through the company’s suite of products and innovative measurement solutions. In this role, Iaffaldano is also responsible for managing Fandom’s sales enablement tools, B2B messaging, and market presence. He’s also laser focused on implementing Fandom's proprietary, first party data to generate insights for clients. A twenty-year B2B marketing veteran, Iaffaldano combines a deep understanding of client and market needs with the ability to find and tell powerful stories with data. Prior to joining Fandom, he served as VP, Corporate Marketing at Insider Inc., where he helped Business Insider rebrand and expand into new content verticals, while building their awareness among senior marketers. Iaffaldano also previously held roles at Undertone, Piksel Inc., Reprise Digital and Ask Jeeves.


Mark Kapczynski has a successful track record as a serial entrepreneur, chief executive, and cross-industry expert. He serves as an Executive Director of the UCLA Venture Capital Fund, helping to foster innovation connected to the university. Programs include early stage investing, mentoring, and access to Intellectual Property from university patents. Mr. Kapczynski advises startup businesses as part of the LA Chamber of Commerce’s Bixel Exchange. In this role, Mr. Kapczynski assists technology startups in Southern California to design their businesses, build out their teams and raise capital to fuel their growth. He also serves as a Venture Partner for Arrowroot Capital in Santa Monica, CA. At Arrowroot, Mr. Kapczynski focuses on investments in the SaaS market in need of growth capital to further develop their businesses. The areas that Mr. Kapczynski addresses are Big Data & Analytics, Financial Services, and Consumer Internet. Mr. Kapczynski last served as VP of Corporate Development and Strategy for Experian's consumer businesses which include leading consumer brands: Experian, FreeCreditReport.com, and ProtectMyID. Through executing on over 8 M&A transactions, Mr. Kapczynski helped to facilitate Experian’s under-lying growth and profitability. Mr. Kapczynski graduated from UCLA film school and continues to be active in multiple industry associations that span media, mobile telecom, technology, and consumer internet. He has 12 patents to his name and an additional 40 patents pending.
