Kavan Cardoza, professionally known as Kavan the Kid, is a trailblazing film director and AI filmmaker based in Los Angeles, California. Fusing traditional cinematic craft with cutting-edge AI technology, Kavan has earned recognition for his bold, genre-defying work that resonates with global audiences. His latest project, Echo Hunter—the first-ever SAG-approved AI film—garnered critical acclaim and industry awards, cementing his place at the forefront of this emerging creative frontier. Known for pushing boundaries, Kavan continues to redefine what’s possible in the future of storytelling.
Momo Wang has directed short films and animated content for blockbuster franchises including Minions, Despicable Me, Sing, and The Grinch. Recently, Momo wrote and directed Penglai, an animated short film narrated by Scarlet Johannsen and produced by Illumination / Universal Pictures. She is also an Inductee into the Asian Hall of Fame for her trailblazing art and creative work in the U.S. and China. Animator, Filmmaker, Fine ArtistGrowing up in Beijing Momo spent her childhood immersed in comics and animation. While earning her animation degree at the Communication University of China (CUC), Beijing she created Tuzki, a lovable bunny character that has gone on to become one of the most recognized, branded characters worldwide. She built and sold the Tuzki franchise to Time-Warner and relocated to Hong Kong to oversee the brand’s growth. Momo then moved to Los Angeles and earned her MFA in Experimental Animation from the California Institute of the Arts (CalArts) in 2014. She later founded the Momo Wang Scholarship in 2020 to support international students attending CalArts. Momo is the author of numerous cartoon, graphic novel and book series that have sold nearly one million copies worldwide. Titles include Momo Who?, The Best of You is Yet to Come, and I, Tuzki, U? which spent over one year on Best Seller lists across Asia. Her digital work, from comics to stickers, has been shared by billions of consumers worldwide. Momo collaborates with global brands including Gap, Tencent, Apple, HP, Motorola, Vans, and CryptoKitties on content and fashion projects. She has over one million followers across her social media channels. Her work and stories have been featured globally across major media outlets, including CNN, South China Morning Post, GQ, Elle, Cosmpolitan, Sanlian Lifeweek, Southern Weekly, and The Financial Times.
Davide Bianca is an Emmy award-winning Executive Creative Director, strategist, and technologist with nearly two decades at the forefront of creative innovation. His work with Hollywood studios, TV networks, gaming companies, and global brands like Google, Coca-Cola, and Nike has helped shape pop culture, blending storytelling with cutting-edge technology to captivate audiences worldwide. With 22 Cannes Lions, 29 Clios, and an Emmy, Davide expertly guides vision and strategy in AI and emerging tech within production pipelines, bridging creativity and technology to shape the future of immersive entertainment.
Tony Pu, Product Marketing Lead, Kling AI: Tony Pu has a diverse background spanning both the creative & filmmaking industry, and the tech industry. Currently, Tony is spearheading the go-to-market efforts at Kling AI, one of the leading AI video generation platforms, for its adoption in the global market, especially among professional users and studios. Previously, he has played a key role in the success of the viral video editing app CapCut, helping it enter the global market and hundreds of millions of users. Before that, he has been actively involved in works in film project development, film festival curation, creative production, and advertising. As a member of the American Marketing Association, Tony is also actively exploring synergies between technologies and marketing methodologies and strategies. With first-hand experience as a creative producer and a deep understanding of platform dynamics, he brings a unique perspective on storytelling and innovation. Passionate about the evolving role of technology in creativity, Tony is committed to promoting the use of AI to make content creation more accessible to everyone.
