On the one hand, consumer personalization has always been at the forefront in decision making, but now with the addition of powerful and direct AI engagement with consumers, which is only at its formative stages, will likely emerge as something of a breakthrough “Brand/Consumer Co-Pilot Relationship.” And in the world of immersive content experiences, AI as a “Creative Partner” is taking the ideation and production process to an entirely next level experience. Mark Figlilulo has advised some of the world’s most successful brands for over 30 years. His vision for a new type of data-driven creative agency coupled with experience gained as the creative lead of agencies like TBWA, Y&R and Leo Burnett has led to the resounding success that is FIG, Storytellers for the Information Age. Mark has been named in Ad Age’s Top Ten and has been nominated for an Emmy four times. He has won over 30 Lions and every other award, in every color and in every category. Mark is the founder of StoryData™, FIG’s proprietary data platform that harnesses various forms of machine learning and AI to deconstruct the storytelling opportunities in any category to drive salience.

With more than 30 years in the digital creative industry, he has built a proven track record of delivering user-centered, insight-driven, value-focused, and future-shaping solutions across diverse sectors. Significant achievements in user experience, brand experience, creative direction, and AI-fueled strategy and visibility define his career. He has partnered closely with a wide range of organizations, including Apple, Abbott Laboratories, Burton Snowboards, Equitable Financial, Allstate, Kohler, Target, Procter & Gamble, HP, Hertz, Sherwin-Williams, Nike, Nestlé, Steelcase, and the NYC Department of Education. He is passionate about applying expertise in digital design, user experience, and digital strategy to develop innovative, impactful solutions that drive business growth, deepen customer engagement, and elevate customer satisfaction.  Dennis has also been honored to judge the One Show Awards, the Web Awards, the CES Innovation Awards & the Shorty Social Content Awards. His direction has also contributed to several awards, including ADDYs, Clios, and Webbys. Dennis holds a BS in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University.


Fabio Seidl is Global Head of Creative and Brand at X, where he leads multidisciplinary teams of creatives, strategists, producers, and technologists worldwide, partnering with leading agencies, brands, creators, and production companies to shape culture at the speed of conversation. Previously, he served as Director of Global Creative Development at Meta, creating breakthrough campaigns and experiences across Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Facebook, and Quest. His work consistently bridges storytelling and emerging technology spanning AI, AR, VR, blockchain, and social innovation, to build ideas that connect people in meaningful ways. Over a two-decade career across the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, Fabio has held creative leadership roles at Ogilvy, McCann, VML, Leo, and Dentsu, working with global brands including Coca-Cola, Disney, P&G, Unilever, YouTube, Mastercard, Volvo, NBCUniversal, New Balance, and the United Nations. His teams have earned more than 20 Cannes Lions, along with honors from D&AD, The One Show, the Webbys, and the Effies. A longtime mentor and educator, Fabio has taught at institutions such as Miami Ad School and has delivered keynotes in over 15 countries. Beyond advertising, he directs short films, writes about culture, and records rock albums, bringing the same creative spirit to every medium he explores.
