Susan Schiekofer is the Chief Media Officer US for WPP Media. She is responsible for media and cross-platform partnerships and trading across WPP Media’s agency clients. Susan’s digital skill set, coupled with her broader knowledge of trading best practices across all media formats ensures that WPP Media continues to lead the market with the most valuable and accountable solutions for clients. She is figurative in WPP Media’s efforts to improve the integrity of the marketplace in North America by championing viewability, anti-fraud safeguards, measurement, and standards. In addition, Susan is one of the key architects of WPP Media’s Responsible Media platform – including support of Responsible News and Diverse Media initiatives. Susan has been a leader in the digital media space at WPP and WPP Media since 1994. She founded the digital media offering at Ogilvy & Mather, which was later rebranded to Neo@Ogilvy. In 2010, Schiekofer joined MEC to head up the AT&T digital business and soon became responsible for all of digital at MEC. In July of 2014, she moved to WPP Media to lead digital investment for Maxus and MediaCom, and to assume responsibility for all online video. Susan has been leading all digital investment for WPP Media since 2016.
Sheereen M. Russell is a seasoned media executive and Executive Vice President, Client Partnerships at Warner Bros. Discovery. In her current role, Russell is responsible for overseeing direct client and brand relationships and leading new partnerships with Entertainment and Creative Agencies to drive sales, educate marketers, and develop content and data-based solutions across the Warner Bros. Discovery portfolio of cable, social and digital platforms. She also leads the company’s One WBD enterprise monetization efforts, focusing on revenue development, multicultural content solutions and partnership strategies with key advertisers across all WBD properties. Russell has received numerous industry accolades including being honored by Cynopsis Top Women in Media in 2023. In 2022, Russell was selected to Ad Age’s “The List,” a select group of marketing, advertising & media leaders recognized for their work toward addressing underrepresentation and work-life balance in the industry as well as Ad Age’s mission to increase diversity, equity and inclusion in senior leadership. In 2020, Russell was named to the board of the New York Women in Communications as Vice President of Memberships, joined the Ad Age Diversity Council, spearheaded OWN’s partnership with the ANA’s SeeHer initiative to expand positive representation for Black women in media, was a 2020 ANA Multicultural Awards Judge, and was named to the Cablefax 2020 Diversity List. In 2019, Russell was recognized as one of Ad Age’s “Women to Watch” list for her commitment to inclusive brand narratives and representation of Black audiences and accurate portrayals in all content. In 2018, NAMIC identified Ms. Russell as a “Next Generation Leader”. Russell serves on the National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), the New York Women in Communications (NY WICI) and Vox Media Board of Directors. Prior to WBD, Russell had a successful decade long tenure at Viacom, where she rose through the ranks and became VP of Brand Sales at Viacom—building innovative solutions for key advertisers within MTV’s portfolio of live on-air awards shows, experiential tentpoles, premium programming and digital platforms. She was awarded the 2013 Presidential Award at Viacom for her revenue driving performance and team leadership. Russell made the leap to Viacom from Time Warner/Time Inc. in 2006 after serving as the National Sales and Marketing Director at Sports Illustrated. While at Sports Illustrated, she was instrumental in developing and launching a college sports magazine, Sports Illustrated on Campus. She designed and spearheaded a successful influencer panel to offer national marketers both custom marketing and insights around college millennials. Russell began her media and entertainment career as a Publicist for Time magazine.
Margaret Stohl is an award‑winning, #1 New York Times bestselling author, comic‑book writer, and video‑game creator. Born in Pasadena and now based in Santa Monica, she has written over a dozen novels—most notably the Beautiful Creatures series—and contributed acclaimed works to Marvel Comics such as Black Widow: Forever Red and Life of Captain Marvel. Before establishing herself in publishing, she spent 16 years in the gaming industry—co‑founding 7 Studios and serving as creative director—drawing on that experience to help craft narrative worlds. A co‑founder of two major teen book festivals, YALLFest and YALLWest, she continues to champion youth literacy and empower readers of all ages. Margaret is the Co-Founder & CEO of Stone Kite, an in-stealth, world building studio.
Katelyn Kroneman is a senior media executive with over 20 years of experience leading strategic growth, client-centric solutions, and revenue acceleration across digital, linear, social media and streaming platforms. She recently joined Tubi as a founding member of the newly formed vertical sales org. Her focus is in connecting the Restaurant, Finance and Travel clients with Tubi's monthly audience of 100m. Katelyn spent nearly a decade at Snapchat as an early member of its advertising sales organization and a founding member of the Chicago office. As a senior leader within the Large Client Solutions team, she developed and executed strategic plans while building high-performing, client-focused teams that delivered consistent revenue growth. Her work spanned multiple verticals, including CPG, Restaurants, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Entertainment, Travel, Automotive, and Government & Politics. Katelyn is recognized for her ability to translate client needs into innovative solutions, successfully launching and scaling new products to market.
Earlier in her career, Katelyn held leadership positions at Viacom (now Paramount) during a 12-year tenure, where she oversaw strategic initiatives across digital, linear, and new business lines. Katelyn earned her degree from Vanderbilt University and proudly serves on the Chicago Advertising Federation Board. She resides in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and two children.
Jim Keller is a seasoned media executive with a track record of building world-class advertising operations across some of the most influential companies and events in sports and streaming. He joined FanDuel Sports Network in July from his most recent role as CRO at Fuse Media and has held key leadership positions at Warner Bros. Discovery, Hulu, and NBCUniversal. In his current role, Jim oversees FanDuel Sports Network’s entire advertising portfolio, spanning linear, digital, and programmatic channels. His expertise in building modern ad operations, forging high-impact partnerships, and unlocking value across multiplatform products is central to FDSN’s growth as it reimagines local sports media, going beyond distributing games to uniting the brands, features, and fan experiences that drive the next generation of sports engagement.
Sarah Buckler is CEO of customer experience consultancy Tangible, which sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and product. As CEO, Sarah is directly responsible for all aspects of the business, but let’s get real: what does that actually mean? Since joining Tangible in 2024, Sarah has united her team to reimagine the way the agency operates. This includes: setting a strategic growth vision and actionable goals for the next five years and beyond; defining and implementing a new organizational structure; leading the evolution of the company’s brand identity; and resetting the leadership team to ensure diversity of thought through cross-craft representation and the appointment of four female leaders. Under Sarah’s leadership, Tangible continues to deliver the results that clients such as Intel, Intuit, and Array have come to expect over the last two decades, while also pushing for more innovative programs that drive tangible results for brands and their consumers. Before becoming CEO of Tangible, Sarah served as General Manager at design and innovation company Huge, overseeing global craft and client operations, and developing and ensuring the implementation of the company’s Global Ways of Working Standards as it moved from a regional structure to a global model. Prior to her 10-year tenure at Huge, Sarah spent several years honing her digital marketing skills at Edelman. She is famous for her roll-your-sleeves-up, nothing-is-impossible spirit and her belief in team over self. She has brought those qualities to the table with household-name brands such as M&M’s, Home Depot, Pfizer, Eli Lilly, Hewlett-Packard, Dannon, and Blackberry, just to name a few. Through Tangible, that storied list continues to grow.
