Adrienne Lahens is a recognized leader across the creator economy and generative AI. She is the founder of a stealth startup building a new platform for AI-powered storytelling, and the author of The Imagination Age, a newsletter exploring the intersection of AI and human potential. Previously, Adrienne served as Global Head of Content Strategy & Operations at TikTok, where she built and scaled the TikTok Creator Marketplace (now TikTok One) and launched TikTok Symphony, the platform’s suite of generative AI tools. Before TikTok, she was COO at Influential, a global leader in influencer marketing that scaled 10x under her leadership, and an early leader at BuzzFeed, where she helped pioneer the first business models for branded content in the digital age. Adrienne lives in Los Angeles with her husband and their two children.


Jessica Berger leads global innovation and strategy at Publicis Media by harnessing the power of emerging technologies and forecasting insights. With an industry reputation for her unwavering enthusiasm and profound understanding of cutting-edge tech, such as web3, AI, and AR/VR, Berger has become a sought-after speaker, judge, and host at industry events. Her expertise lies in deciphering the future of media and brand experiences, enabling her clients to capitalize on the potential of breakthrough innovations. Moreover, her dedication to mentorship and advocacy for diverse voices in organizations like the Adweek Executive Mentorship program and Girls In Tech exemplifies her commitment to empowering the next generation of marketers and thinkers. Prior to joining Publicis, Berger worked at agency powerhouses Weber Shandwick and Publicis’ MSL where she strategized and implemented campaigns and digital innovation efforts for clients in the luxury goods, CPG and tech sectors. Her over a decade-long experience is informed by working for agencies and companies across Germany, Japan, and North America – giving her a unique global edge valued by many clients and industry peers.


Brian Dameris is an Emmy Award–winning broadcast analyst for the Dallas Mavericks. He serves as the color commentator for Mavericks radio
broadcasts, the only color commentator in the league that is not a former player or coach. He also appears as a TV analyst on the team’s game broadcasts and pregame and postgame studio shows. He co-hosts the weekly Mavericks podcast Take Dat Wit You and is a regular contributor to D Magazine. As Director of Basketball Development with the Mavericks, Brian launched the NBA’s first analytics department in 2002. He also oversaw the annual Global Games basketball tournament and played a key role in the team’s international development efforts. Brian began his career in 1995 as the fifth employee at Broadcast.com. He spearheaded the company’s Initial Public Offering in 1998, which opened with a then-record performance on Wall Street. As head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Group, he completed three acquisitions before the company’s sale to Yahoo! for $5.8 billion in April 1999. He went on to work closely with Mark Cuban on his investment portfolio, consulting with companies featured on ABC’s Shark Tank. Alongside his professional career, Brian has pursued personal passions through nonprofit leadership. He co-founded the Dallas location of the KIPP (Knowledge Is Power Program) charter schools, which has since expanded to five campuses serving more than 2,000 students. He also co-founded the Miracle League of DFW, creating a baseball league and dedicated field for youth with physical and intellectual challenges. A sought-after speaker and panelist, Brian has addressed numerous schools and organizations. He has served on the Board of the Dallas International Film Festival, is a member of The Dallas Assembly, and is a graduate of the Leadership Dallas Class of 2001. Outside of business, he has moonlighted as a stand-up comedian, performing at Los Angeles’ legendary Comedy Store. Brian is a graduate of Baylor University and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University.
