Tina Rubin, CMO of Wave, formerly of Netflix, Amazon and Mattel: Tina Rubin is the CMO of virtual entertainment company Wave. In this role, Rubin oversees the implementation and development of global marketing strategies and partnerships to expand Wave’s mission to bring virtual entertainment experiences to the next generation, reaching millions of fans around the world, across platforms. Over the past year, Tina has been a part of some groundbreaking moments, from Wave’s collaboration with Riot at the nexus of music and gaming to the partnership with Justin Bieber, a first-of-its-kind experience that combined his forward-thinking artistry with Wave’s technology. The Bieber Experience also received a nomination for MTV's Music Video Awards and international awards. Tina is a marketing veteran with nearly two decades of experience working in entertainment, tech, and CPG. Prior to Wave, she was Head of Strategy and Consumer Marketing at Netflix overseeing its Young Adult and Family original TV shows. In this role, she oversaw marketing activities that included audience expansion, global strategy and planning, franchise development, media buying, and campaign execution for hit shows including Stranger Things, 13 Reasons Why, and The Umbrella Academy. Before Netflix, Tina served as Vice President of Marketing for Disney-owned Movies Anywhere, a digital movie streaming service. In this role, she was responsible for creating the Movies Anywhere brand and for developing the go-to-market strategy to support the product’s launch in 2017. While there, she led all day-today marketing efforts including brand strategy, product marketing, social media, and creative. Earlier in her career, Tina held various marketing roles at Amazon, leading consumer engagement and monetization efforts for the mobile games and apps business. She also spent several years in brand management at Mattel, working on popular brands like Hot Wheels and UNO.


Mary Hamilton, Managing Director, Accenture: Mary Hamilton is a Managing Director at Accenture. She is the North America and Latin America Lead of Accenture Technology Innovation. In her regional role Mary leads several critical components of the Accenture Innovation architecture, which help our clients to drive continuous innovation at scale: Accenture Labs, the dedicated R&D organization of Accenture; Accenture Ventures, which bridges clients with eco-system partners including incubators, accelerators, corporate venture capitalists, start-ups, and academia; Accenture Technology Incubation Group, which incubates applied R&D into business solutions (XR, Quantum Computing, Multiparty Computing, Robotics) and Accenture Liquid Studios, which prototype and scale incubated solutions at clients all over the world. Core to her role leading Technology Innovation, Mary is focused on driving client co-innovation partnerships, establishing ongoing relationships with leading companies in their industries to conduct joint R&D, shape open innovation, and incubate and rapidly emerging technologies. In the 23 years she has been with Accenture, she has worked across all five industry groups, and her clients have included several prominent Media and Entertainment companies across North America and Latin America. Outside of Accenture, she is on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization, Women Who Code and is passionate about diversity and inclusion, especially in Technology. Mary is a frequent speaker, sharing her perspective on emerging digital technologies for the enterprise and consumers at conferences, client, and industry events. Mary received her SB degree in Materials Science and Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.


Keith Soljacich, Head of Innovation, Publicis Media: As Head of Innovation, Keith leads the strategic integration of emerging technologies & platforms that power transformative brand experiences across Publicis Media agencies. He has partnered with Fortune 100 brands like MillerCoors, Kellogg’s, Disney, Play Station and Samsung to create first-to-market digital activations with a uniquely innovative approach. Keith lives on the bleeding edge of consumer and technology trends, both in the real world and the digital world, translating them into high-impact consumer moments, powered by personalization, that spark creativity, move culture through creativity and inspire participation. His work has been honored with awards from Cannes Lions, Effies, OneShow and SXSW. He is a featured keynote speaker, writer & panelist and a member of the Board of Directors for the IAB Experience Center.


Jon Vlassopulos, CEO, Napster: Jon is the CEO of Napster, the longest running independent music streaming service in the world. Vlassopulos takes the reins as the company looks to incorporate Web3 and social features into a first of its kind, next-generation music service. Prior to being named Napster CEO, Vlassopulos was Vice President and Global Head of Music at Roblox. Jon led the company’s initiatives and partnerships with the music industry, establishing strategic long-term relationships with record labels, publishers, management companies, agencies, artists, brands, and music startups from around the world. Vlassopulos has been a serial entrepreneur, senior executive, established investor, and thought leader in the music, gaming, and entertainment space for the past three decades. Starting his career as a DJ he then worked for BMG and Bertelsmann in Hong Kong, Tokyo, and New York in the late 90s where he led many of their early digital initiatives and investments, including working on the original Napster 20+ years ago, before joining AT&T Wireless where he launched the first mobile music service in the US, and launched the first mobile apps for many major global brands. After AT&T, Jon ran the Digital and Branded Entertainment divisions at Endemol, a leading global TV production company behind Deal or No Deal and Take the Cake. It was here that Jon produced the first live, interactive game on Xbox called 1 vs 100 before becoming the CEO of Skyrockit, an award winning mobile entertainment marketing and advertising agency with clients like vitaminwater, GAP, Virgin Mobile, and Clinique. Jon was a founding member of the Mobile Marketing Association and has sat on the PGA and NATPE boards. He has degrees in Chinese and Economics from Durham University.

Travis Cloyd is currently the Global Futurist and Senior Fellow at Thunderbird School of Global Management (#1 masters in management program in world) apart of Arizona State University (#1 most innovative university in the country) his former alumni. He was previously the inaugural Futurist in Residence at FIU (Florida International University). He is also a Professor of Practice at Thunderbird and Adjunct Professor and the Director of iSTAR (Immersive Studio for Altered Reality) within CARTA (College of Communication, Architecture + The Arts) at FIU. On the enterprise side he is a executive with a focus on innovation, digital media and the blockchain. He is the CEO of WXR (Worldwide XR) based in Los Angeles and Miami. A partner company to industry leading licensing agency CMG (Celebrity Management Group). He is a member of the PGA (Producers Guild of America) where he is on the new media council. He is on the VRARA (Virtual Reality Augmented Reality Association) and ambassador to the GBBC (Global Blockchain Business Council). An award-winning producer and 2018 Visionary of the Year at Cinequest in Silicon Valley. He is a tech entrepreneur who is recognized in the top 250 on the Forbes 2021 Next 1000 Entrepreneurs list. He’s created immersive content for major international studios, iconic brands, legendary actors, global musicians, top athletes and historical figures over the last two decades. Currently, breaking new ground leading the industry in developing, producing and licensing experiential content. Focused on future technologies around AI, Machine Learning, Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, Spatial Computing, Blockchain and Gaming.
