Sylvia TASSAN TOFFOLA, General Manager of TF1 Publicité: Graduated from ISG and the executive HEC program, she began her career at Carat France group in 1995, before joining TF1 Publicité from 2007 to 2013 to take charge of the Media Partnerships, Digital and New Business activities. In September 2013, she returned to Dentsu Aegis Network, where she held the position of CEO of Amplifi France, the structure of trading and content media of the group. In March 2016, Sylvia Tassan Toffola took over the management of all the sales TF1 Publicité teams for TV, Digital, Audio, as Deputy General Manager. In 2019, she was appointed General Manager of TF1 Publicité, the advertising sales house of France's leading commercial television broadcaster, the TF1 Group. Key Strategic Initiatives & Focus Areas: Digital & Streaming Transformation: Driving TF1 PUB's strategy across linear television and digital acceleration (including TF1+ streaming platform developments). Strategic Partnerships & Tech Adoption: Overseeing commercial alliances and initiatives, such as programmatic advertising, AI integration in media buying (TF1 Ad Manager, IA Makers internal collective), and disytibution and data partnerships (e.g., Netflix, AMC Amazon..). Sustainable Advertising & Innovation: Promoting eco-friendly advertising measures (such as carbon-tracking ad pressure tools) and market education programs like TF1 Academy.


Mark Kapczynski has a successful track record as a serial entrepreneur, chief executive, and cross-industry expert. He serves as an Executive Director of the UCLA Venture Capital Fund, helping to foster innovation connected to the university. Programs include early stage investing, mentoring, and access to Intellectual Property from university patents. Mr. Kapczynski advises startup businesses as part of the LA Chamber of Commerce’s Bixel Exchange. In this role, Mr. Kapczynski assists technology startups in Southern California to design their businesses, build out their teams and raise capital to fuel their growth. He also serves as a Venture Partner for Arrowroot Capital in Santa Monica, CA. At Arrowroot, Mr. Kapczynski focuses on investments in the SaaS market in need of growth capital to further develop their businesses. The areas that Mr. Kapczynski addresses are Big Data & Analytics, Financial Services, and Consumer Internet. Mr. Kapczynski last served as VP of Corporate Development and Strategy for Experian's consumer businesses which include leading consumer brands: Experian, FreeCreditReport.com, and ProtectMyID. Through executing on over 8 M&A transactions, Mr. Kapczynski helped to facilitate Experian’s under-lying growth and profitability. Mr. Kapczynski graduated from UCLA film school and continues to be active in multiple industry associations that span media, mobile telecom, technology, and consumer internet. He has 12 patents to his name and an additional 40 patents pending.


Ira Rubenstein,Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, PBS: As Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, Ira Rubenstein leads digital consumer experiences and marketing for PBS. In this role, Rubenstein focuses on continuing PBS’ digital evolution through the development, implementation and scaling of world-class digital services and marketing content strategies. He also oversees the business intelligence group and leads comprehensive marketing programs to acquire, retain and engage audiences across platforms for the benefit of member stations. Rubenstein joined PBS in 2014 as Senior Vice President and General Manager, PBS Digital, and led the expansion of PBS’ general audience and children’s content to mobile devices, over-the-top (OTT) services and other digital platforms. His accomplishments include an updated PBS.org, which yielded dramatic growth in traffic to station websites and online station donations. He spearheaded the development of Passport, a video offering available through member stations that provides donors on- demand access to a rich library of public television programming. He also led the expansion of PBS Digital Studios, PBS’ network of online-original content. Rubenstein has more than 20 years of experience leading digital entertainment businesses. Prior to PBS, he was Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for mobile media company MeeMee Media. Rubenstein also served as Executive Vice President, Digital Marketing for 20th Century Fox where he established the Digital Marketing organization and led the team behind ground breaking social and mobile campaigns for Prometheus, Chronicle, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, X-Men: First Class, and other major motion pictures.
