Amy McDevitt, Sports Brand Partnership Lead, Amazon Ads: Amy McDevitt is Sports Brand Partnership Lead at Amazon Ads, focused on delivering contextually relevant creative executions, features, custom ideas and turnkey opportunities for partners and their brands to leverage all the assets within Amazon's ecosystem. Known for her creative storytelling and ability to rally people around ideas that amplify brand objectives and drive revenue, McDevitt holds over two decades of experience in sports and media marketing. McDevitt most recently served as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Digital at Marquee Sports Network, the television home of the Chicago Cubs, where she led the marketing efforts and digital product creation for the network’s launch in February 2020. Previously, McDevitt was Vice President of Content Partnerships at WarnerMedia, where she was tasked with positioning national media properties such as Adult Swim, truTV, and Cartoon Network in the marketplace, and developing curated, solution-based brand partnerships.  Prior to that, McDevitt spent more than 13 years at The Walt Disney Company, ending as Senior Director at ESPN CreativeWorks, ESPN’s in-house strategic marketing and creative agency. During her tenure, she was also tapped to lead ESPN International’s Marketing Solutions and espnW sales marketing teams. Earlier, she was Director of Integrated Marketing and Promotions at ABC Television Network. McDevitt started her career with Major League Baseball, where she was Director of Promotions & Entertainment for The Cincinnati Reds. She received a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington, and is currently based in New York City with her husband, two children, and their golden retriever.


Katherine Pond is Group Vice President at VIZIO, leading digital distribution, content acquisition & programming, platform partnerships, and enterprise programs. Since joining VIZIO in 2012, she’s initiated, negotiated, and closed deals across content distribution and acquisition, IP technology, advertising, and data verticals. Katherine has a history of building, growing, and monetizing new lines of business, including VIZIO’s owned and operated service, WatchFree+. She leads the teams responsible for closing deals with Amazon, Apple, Disney, Google, Netflix, Warner Bros., Discovery, and more. Katherine is passionate about the development and success of future generations, serving as a mentor at her alma mater and co-founding VIZIO’s Ascend Women’s Network.


Dorothy Ann Advincula is Uber Advertising’s Global Lead of Measurement and Insights, where she is tasked to build the long-term vision for measurement and insight for Uber Advertising, rooted in a deep understanding of our advertiser´s and Uber’s needs, and our position in an ever dynamic media landscape. In this role, Dorothy will lead the execution of insights and measurement programs to enable advertisers better understand and engage with our audiences across our platforms, while also unlocking the power of data in reimagining the way we do advertising on Mobility and Delivery. Prior to Uber, Dorothy was SVP of Media Strategy at Ipsos, a Top 3 market research organization, where she led strategy, insights and audience measurement for brands, media, streaming and social platforms, gaming and the metaverse. In this role, she built syndicated programs and insights frameworks that influenced her team’s execution of research and insights projects for leading global advertising platforms. Dorothy also spearheaded measurement, audience and content insights programs at Samsung and Apple’s advertising organizations. In these roles, she helped advertisers, and cross functional stakeholders use insights to inform programming, distribution and promotion decisions, build monetization strategy and prove media effectiveness, with former clients ranging from major brands in diverse verticals and media buying agencies. In 2017, Dorothy was the inaugural IAB Data Rising Star for her work integrating her research and insights background to data, analytics and measurement solutions for emerging and innovative media platforms. Dorothy holds a BA in Political Science & Psychology from UC Berkeley and a MSc in Integrated Marketing Communications with a specialization in Global Marketing Innovation and Media Economics from Northwestern University. She is based out of the San Francisco office and lives in Monterey Peninsula with her 2-year old very vocal mini schnauzer named Toto who hates water but loves the sand.


Melissa Wasserman, Head of Marketing, Samsung Ads: Melissa Wasserman is a highly creative and innovative marketing leader with a successful history of elevating brands and driving revenue growth in media, entertainment, lifestyle, and technology companies. As the Head of Strategic Marketing at Samsung Ads, she leads in-market engagement in North America, inclusive of integrated go-to-market strategy, positioning, branding, demand-gen, PR, and media. Previously, Melissa served as the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Cadent, where she led end-to-end marketing efforts for advertising technology solutions. During her tenure at AMC Networks, Melissa held various positions, most notably, Senior Vice President of Client Solutions and Integrated Marketing where her role in B2B brand development, go-to-market strategy, and branded content was pivotal to the success of the network's content expansion and revenue growth. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Media Studies from Cornell University. She actively serves on the advisory board for the Department of Communication and the Cornell Council. In addition to her professional endeavors, Melissa dedicates her time to volunteer work, focusing on charities that support first-generation students and promote neurodiversity, particularly dyslexia.


Jamie Power is SVP, Addressable Sales at Disney Advertising, where she is responsible for propelling Disney’s high-growth Addressable business, including programmatic, self-serve, performance marketing, go-to-market enablement and streaming. She additionally oversees partnerships for third-party data platforms. Under Jamie’s remit, Disney’s Addressable business is responsible for powering more than 1/3 of advertising deals programmatically, by connecting Disney’s inventory to the ad ecosystem through greater interoperability and automation. Most recently, she was Chief Data Officer and COO for Advanced TV at Cadent, where she spearheaded the go-to-market for one of the first programmatically enabled Addressable platforms and was instrumental in co-founding one2one Media. Prior to that, Power spent more than a decade on the buy side at major holding companies, and was a founding member and managing partner at MODI Media, GroupM’s advanced television group. Power is a believer in the power of data to drive audience-targeting across screens and has been focused on bringing advanced analytics to the television marketplace for a majority of her professional career.


René Santaella serves as Chief Digital & Streaming Officer for Estrella Media. Santaella was previously EVP, Digital & Streaming Media, and is credited with launching the company’s successful streaming and AVOD platforms and leading the digital transformation of Estrella Media’s content and distribution strategy, operations and new revenue initiatives. Under his guidance, Estrella Media has quickly become a leader in multi-platform, Spanish-language, ad-supported content distribution, streaming over one billion minutes per month across FAST, AVOD, social and audio platforms. Among the platforms that have launched under his guidance are: the EstrellaTV APP available on Roku, Fire TV, Android TV, Samsung, Vizio, iOS and Android mobile; four Estrella Media curated live streaming T.V. networks - EstrellaTV, Estrella News, CineEstrellaTV and Estrella Games – seen across The Roku Channel, Samsung TV Plus, LG Channels, Vizio WatchFree, Xumo, Xfinity Flex, PlutoTV, Amazon News, Tubi and FuboTV. Estrella Media is a top 20 leader in streaming audio with stations like Que Buena Los Angeles, QB Underground, La Raza and El Norte – all available on TuneIn, the EstrellaTV APP and EstrellaTV.com.  Prior to joining Estrella Media, Santaella was the Senior Vice President, Head of Ad Sales & Business Operations, at Sony Pictures Television Digital Networks, and built Crackle into a leading free ad-supported streaming network with the Emmy nominated hit, Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee. He also led the creation of a premium video network for advertisers targeting a large audience of “connected gamers” that included PlayStation, Funimation, Pluto TV and Crackle. Before Sony, he was Director, Ad Sales Marketing for Disney Interactive, leading digital and cross-platform advertising and integrated marketing solutions across the company with corporate alliance partners. Santaella is based in the company’s Burbank headquarters and reports to Peter Markham, CEO of Estrella Media. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and a Bachelor’s degree from UCLA. He was also a member of the Puerto Rican National Swim Team and UCLA Men’s Swim Team.
