Deer Valley Accords

A Mission Statement

In the prelude to the Super Intelligent Summit in Deer Valley, it behooves us to explain that this event is intended as more than an industry conference. As we enter the moment of pre-AGI or the anticipation of AGI, something dramatic is unfolding. Our understanding of Artificial Intelligence itself has changed. AI is already embedded in scientific research, entertainment and media, energy and infrastructure, and increasingly in the political debate, where it is reshaping arguments, priorities and demands. What began as a technological revolution is rapidly becoming something much larger: an Intelligence Economy.

Just as the Industrial Revolution transformed the 19th Century, and the Digital Revolution reshaped the closing decades of the 20th Century, Artificial Intelligence is defining the economic architecture of the 21st. The Intelligence Economy already represents investment, infrastructure and enterprise on a scale larger than the economies of most nations, and it is still in its earliest stages. We hope this gathering in Deer Valley will become the first of many: a place where scientists, innovators, founders, investors and public leaders can come together to examine what has been created, what is now being built, and what this extraordinary new economy may become.

The 21st Century Intelligence Economy is where chips, compute, energy and capital converge into a single system. It is being built by many of the same pioneers and business leaders who created the architecture of the modern world, the founders, financiers and builders behind software, cloud and video networks, social media, silicon, rockets and the grid. These are the people who live on the frontier, whose ideas and ambitions are defining the architecture of the next great innovation cycle. It is that same ambition that will carry us beyond Earth, to orbital platforms, the Moon and ultimately farther still. Gene Roddenberry called it “The Final Frontier.” Buckminster Fuller called our home “Spaceship Earth.”

It is this generation of dreamers, builders and explorers who will take the language of Compute, Inference and Transformation and turn it into an Earth, off-Earth and ultimately multiplanetary economy. The Summit of the Intelligence Economy will convene the decision makers who invest in it, build it and govern it—the leaders shaping the next era of American and global industry: intelligence factories, advanced energy, fusion and solar; AI models and semiconductors; rare-earth resources and global supply chains; orbital infrastructure and space exploration. Federal, state and local governments are racing to keep pace with an industrial stack that no longer separates hardware from energy, energy from compute, or compute from capital. This is where Silicon Valley, Washington, Wall Street and the Frontier itself converge—not simply for a conference, but for an ongoing exchange of ideas, ambition, exploration and partnership. Deer Valley is intended to begin a year-round conversation about the Intelligence Economy—and the world it is rapidly creating.
