Hines is co-founder and executive producer of NDY (Not-Done-Yet) Media Group, a digital entertainment content distribution and development company. Mr. Hines is responsible for obtaining, developing and syndicating features, documentaries, children’s, family-centric and urban inspirational branded entertainment content properties. He also manages the distribution of this content across a vast array of platforms including, but not limited to theatrical, television, home video/DVD, mobile and the Internet. Mr. Hines also negotiates with content providers, production companies, cable, on-demand networks and advertising agencies as well as overseeing all in-house production and development of branded DVD, VOD and interactive content programming. One of NDY Media Group’s goals is to supply high-quality program series and specials that honor and celebrate American Black and urban culture, while marketing directly to the over $800-billion black and urban domestic and global entertainment consumers. As an entrepreneur, Jaymes brings over 12 years of negotiating and consulting experience in independent music, film, television, and newmedia, and e-commerce and over 10 years experience in interactive and digital production. Recently, Jaymes closed a licensing deal to supply urban-themed content to mobile media player manufacturer, Amax, Inc. (China) for US domestic and international on-demand sales markets. A frequent speaker, Jaymes has spoken on the convergence of entertainment, information and multimedia technologies at USC, UCLA, Loyola University and leading international film/television festivals and markets around the globe. With finance’ Brenda Wilson, he is co-writer/producer of digital gospel documentary series, "We Sing!" and a youth reading and literacy project, "Read Well Early." Jaymes is also co-executive producer of urban family-centric and faith-based development and production company, Always A Great Show Entertainment, which has produced an urban inspirational on-demand, home video and live stand-up comedy series franchise entitled, "Laughalujah."
