Digital Hollywood Spring, March, 2006 Speaker Clarke Keough, Managing Director, Oris Capital Clarke Keough, Managing Director, Oris Capital: Mr. Keough, age 42, is a former Managing Director of Allen & Company, with extensive knowledge of the media and technology industries. Over his career at Allen, Mr. Keough worked in numerous areas, including new business generation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and direct investments, where he managed the firm’s relationships with numerous money managers, both public and private. In addition, Mr. Keough managed a number of large corporate relationships, including, Home Depot, McDonalds, Cirque du Soleil and Wal-Mart. Within over 15 years at Allen, Mr. Keough worked on transactions and financings for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Imagine Films, Tri-Star Pictures, The Washington Post Company, IAC Inter-Active Corp., Corbis, the digital imaging company owned by Bill Gates, and DIC, one of the largest library of children’s animated television in the world. Mr. Keough earned a B.A. from the University of Notre Dame, and received his M.B.A. degree from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
