She is responsible for the development and execution of all marketing alliances and corporate partnerships, with an emphasis on on-air and off-channel marketing programs. She also spearheads Odysseys interactive initiatives and web-site, odysseychannel.com. Ms. Di Nonno joined Odyssey Network after serving eight years at Universal Studios Home Video. As Vice President, Strategic Marketing, she was responsible for strategic alliances and added-value marketing programs to leverage Universals home video products. She also launched Universals DVD product line and was responsible for the divisions web-site and internet-related activities. She joined Universal in 1991 as Director of Marketing, where she developed branded video product lines. Her accomplishments included spearheading the marketing campaigns for major video releases including Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Casper, Babe, Apollo 13, The Land Before Time Series and The Mummy which generated promotional partnerships with brand leaders such as Pepsi, Jello, McDonalds, Tropicana, Discover Card, Hershey and Polaroid. Prior to joining Universal, Ms. Di Nonno has served in marketing positions with corporations including ABC Television Network and Lancome Cosmetics. Ms. Di Nonno holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University. She is active with trade associations including the Promotions Marketing Association, The Marketing Society for the Cable and Telecommunications Industry, Women In Film, Women in Cable and Telecommunications, Independent Feature Project/West, and serves on The Venice Family Clinics Art Walk Event planning committee. Ms. Di Nonno has been profiled in Brandweek Magazines Brand Builders series. Ms. Di Nonno is a frequent presenter at entertainment and technology conferences and seminars. Bruce Ryon, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Technology Division, Media Metrix, Inc.: Bruce Ryon, Senior Vice President and General Manager of Media Metrix Technology Division, manages the technology services sector. He also serves as chief technology analyst. Ryon has 20 years experience in technology marketing and media production. Prior to joining Media Metrix, he was director and principal analyst for the worldwide Multimedia program at Dataquest, which he founded and built into the companys largest and most successful program. Prior to that, Ryon held a variety of marketing, management and communications positions with start-up companies, as well as large organizations such as Apple Computer, Motorola, Burroughs, and Eagle Computer. He also founded and brought to market an early national online service in the mid- 1980s called the Design Access Network. He began his career in the film industry with Warner Bros. Pictures in 1974. Erick Hachenberg, President & CEO, pogo.com: After nearly two years as pogo.com's vice president of business affairs, Hachenburg was promoted to president and CEO in February of 1998. He possesses a powerful mix of technology and legal expertise. Prior to joining pogo.com, formerly TEN, Hachenberg spent six years at Fenwick & West, one of the technology industry's leading legal firms. There he specialized in providing intellectual property, corporate and technology, and content licensing counsel for companies including Electronic Arts, Intuit and Macromedia. He holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Harvard Law School and bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering, with an emphasis on computers, software and communications, from the University of Illinois. He is also a registered patent attorney. Scott Ryan, Chief Executive Officer, Incanta: As Incanta's CEO and one of its co-founders, he oversees all aspects of the company. An accomplished management professional with experience in marketing, business development and new product launches, Scott has worked extensively on start-up projects in Fortune 100 corporations. Prior to co-founding Incanta, he was a key resource for Nortel Networks in turning an ignored modem technology product into a broadband access business by conceiving an effective business strategy, defining sellable products, and redefining an Internet strategy to a telecommunications audience. In 1993, while working on DSC Communications' first ATM switch, Scott designed trade show demos for a concept no one had ever heard of - telecommuting. Scott has a master's degree in business administration and a bachelor's degree in computer science and theater from Vanderbilt University. Steve Caputo, Vice President, Promotions.com Client Services, A seasoned professional in the promotions industry, Steve Caputo brings nearly 20 years experience to Promotions.com. Steves experience and understanding of the promotions and marketing fields, namely telecommunications, packaged goods, cable and financial industries adds to the depth of the promotions team. Prior to joining Promotions.com, Steve developed and managed programs for some of the leading service companies in the world, includind AT&T, MasterCard International NBC Cable Networks and UPS. Steve headed up the agency teams that developed the acquisition and retention programs for both AT&T WorldNet Service and Prodigy Internet, pioneering the world of Internet promotions. Steve is a member of the Interactive Marketing Council of the Promotion Marketing Association, and is a veteran of agency and account management. Steve joins Promotions.com after having served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of Promotion Development Group, Inc., a New York promotion agency. He also managed the Account Service division at Sims Freeman, the promotion company. Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications from Adelphi University. James D. Taylor, Partner, Loeb & Loeb LLP office. Mr. Taylor graduated summa cum laudefrom the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1979 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Mr. Taylor received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 1987. Before and while studying law, Mr. Taylor worked in the commercial production and advertising industries. Mr. Taylors principal practice areas are advertising, marketing and promotion law in traditional and online media, which includes advising clients on advertising and promotional copy, sweepstakes, contests and games, copyright, trademark and rights of publicity/privacy issues. Mr. Taylor negotiates and drafts talent, music, co-promotion and sponsorship agreements. Mr. Taylor also counsels clients on issues relating to Web site development, linking and content license agreements, affiliate and co-branding agreements, advertising sales agreements, Internet service agreements and privacy and data protection policies. Mr. Taylor represents clients in actions involving the various Attorneys General and other regulatory bodies. He counsels clients in connection with the sale and acquisition of advertising and marketing companies. Mr. Taylor is a member of the Promotion Marketing Associations Government and Legal Affairs Committee and Sweepstakes Committee.
