Streaming Media: Content Creation Within the Limits of Technology
As the demands of what we are asking of our streaming video production partners becomes more critical, from needed improvement of video quality, to the increase in audience reach, the decisions in matching up the right kind of programming with a specific technological infrastructure must be addressed. Let’s face it, even a great NASCAR chassis running on an Indy track is not going to make it. Streaming video can emanate from a live source, from an archived source, serving the needs of a few to potentially serving millions of viewers. In this session, a group of experts in streaming technology will help us to better understand the problems inherent in the current generation of technology and how to match the right tools and services to the right video broadcasting problem.
