$995 - All-Access Registration to Media Summit New York - There is no one-day or individual session ticket) For those who registered prior to Saturday, March 7th, your badge will be mailed to you on Friday, March 6th and Saturday March 7th. For those who register after March 6th, the onsite fees ($995) will be in effect and your badge will be held for pickup at the onsite registration desk. For all non-US registrants, your badge will be held at the door for pickup. At the door registration and badge pick-up will be on Mezzanine Level at the McGraw-Hill Building, 49th St. and 6th Ave. starting on Wednesday, March 18th at 8:00 AM.

Working Press Registration - All Registration will now be onsite - at the McGraw-Hill Building, 49th St. and 6th ave. in NYC, starting Wednesday March 18th at 8 AM. Media registration for the Media Summit New York is complimentary to accredited media, which includes reporters, editors, and photographers affiliated with recognized broadcast, print or Internet media organizations who intend to cover the events of the Media Summit. A limited number of press passes will be issued at the discretion of the Media Summit New York media relations staff. We strongly encourage media to pre-register online. Filling out the form - on the link page - does NOT guarantee you will receive press credentials. You will be notified of your acceptance.

Discount Registration will conclude - end-of-day - on March 6th, 2009 . Thereafter, the on-site fees will be in effect. Foreign registrant badges will be held at the Pre-registration Desk at the McGraw-Hill Building starting Wednesday, March 18th for pick-up. Registrations are Non-Transferrable.

Cancellation In the event of cancellation, registration fee will be refunded if written notice is received by February 15, 2009 and is subject to a $50 processing fee. If notice is received after February 15, 2009, fee will be applied toward a future Media Summit or Digital Hollywood. Program is Subject to Change.

Student Attendees: For Full-Time Students, Media Summit offers a group discount - minimum group is 5 - The All-Event ticket is $75 per person. Please organize your group- Photo ID to be submitted with Registration forms - Create a form for each student - Name, Title, Organization, Payment via check or Credit Card - and send it to us at one time. Students Please Note: During Keynotes, the Auditorium seating may be full. Please either stand or seating is available in the adjacent conference room with a video feed.
