Bob Holmes, CEO and Founder of Sudden Industries, has long-mastered the art of merging distant worlds.  His band, Mercury/Polygram recording artists, "Rubber Rodeo," became known as the ‘godfathers of country-punk.’  Rubber Rodeo garnered a string of hit singles, received a Grammy Award Nomination (1984) for Best Video, and won numerous Industry Awards.  In 1988 Bob founded Two Chord Music with partner and re-mixer, Tony Maserati, producing albums for artists at MCA, RCA, BMG, Atlantic, Arista and Rykodisc, as well as identifying and developing new talent within the music industry. Sudden Industries has an unparalleled track record of developing, producing and managing rich media experiences for some of the media industry’s most valued brands.  Having focussed on the entertainment market, Sudden has been able to leverage its talents to service a wide range of media clients, including: magazine publishing companies (Spin, Vibe, Working Woman and Jazziz); cable TV and film companies (Cablevision, Bravo TV, Criterion Collection, MuchMusic, MTV, and MGM); music companies (Sony, Warner Bros., BMG and Universal); and family entertainment companies (Total Kids Online, Katrillion, Cartoon Network and FoxKids).

Jan Mallis, Executive Producer for Third-Party Content & Licensing, Mondo Mini Shows: Jan Mallis, as Executive Producer for Third-Party Content & Licensing, brings with her an extensive knowledge and background in producing Internet arts and entertainment. In this position, Mallis is responsible for all of the Mondo Mini Shows created by and acquired from outside sources, including such shows as Julius and Friends and This Modern World. Most recently, Jan Mallis was President over her own company, Blitcom, LLC. Blitcom, LLC developed proprietary software for permission based e-mail marketing. Some software created by Blitcom includes MouthMusic, a software animation tool enabling the real time character lip-synching and Animailer; a web based composing tool for embedding multi-media into html mail messages. Prior to co-founding Blitcom, LLC, Ms. Mallis was Executive Producer at Protozoa, Inc where she won awards for Driftwood and the 3-D animation Floops. While at Protozoa, Inc. Mallis also produced an award-winning CD-Rom entitled Squeezils and produced projects for MSNBC, HBO, C-Net, ABC, and SGI. Previously Mallis was a Creative Producer and Interactive Designer at Colossal Pictures. Mallis produced characters for ABC and HBO Productions new series development, designed TV Guide On Screen, and wrote and presented a treatise on the state of Broadband Development. Mallis has attended several world-renown institutions including: Jaques LeCoq School of Theatre and Etienne Decroux School of Movement, both in Paris France, University of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, and Pratt Institute of Fine Arts, Brooklyn, New York. Jan Mallis is married with one son. When she isn’t working you’ll probably find her surfing off the coast in San Diego.

Michael Jenkinson, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer, Urban Entertainment: Prior to founding Urban Entertainment, Michael spent six years at Twentieth Century Fox where he was Vice President of Feature Film Production. He was previously an attorney with the Federal Department of Justice in Toronto before obtaining an MBA from the Ivey School of Business in Canada and working in investment banking with Chase Manhattan in New York. Michael then embarked on a film career as a Resident Producer at Norman Jewison's Canadian Film Center before joining Fox as a feature film acquisitions executive.













John Halley, Director of Business Development, Pulse: John Halley is Director of Business Development for Pulse, where he leads the company's business development initiatives in key enterprise verticals, including marketing and education, and structures strategic partnerships for product development with both e-learning and enterprise partners. Prior to joining Pulse, Mr. Halley spent several years in the music industry, where he was most recently CFO of Time Bomb Recordings, a joint venture of Arista, PLC. Mr. Halley earned his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and holds a BS degree from Santa Clara University.
