The Daily Reel (www.thedailyreel.com), where creators of Online Video and User Generated Content gather and have their work showcased, announced today that they will be convening the creators of the Internet’s most infamous and most watched viral videos for a one day conference on the future of online video during Digital Hollywood’s annual fall confab.

Similar to The Daily Reel’s “ReeledIn” community site, “The Daily Reel @ Digital Hollywood” aims to its bring the virtual marketplace of online video creators, websites and traditional entertainment and media entities together offline, where they can meet, exchange ideas and interact with each other. Also expected to attend will be leaders from the entertainment, media, advertising, marketing and technology industries.

Among the attendees will include the creators of “LonelyGirl15,” “Obama Girl,” and the “Evolution of Dance,” which is the most viewed watched video of all-time on YouTube at over 55 million viewings.

“We are excited to bring together the ‘best and brightest’ of the online video world to discuss how user-generated and online video content is changing our culture and our lives,” Jeff Stern, CEO, The Daily Reel said. “It will be the first time ever that many of these content creators will have met, face to face and it will be interesting to watch the exchange of ideas fly.”

The conference will feature “How-To” sessions for creators seeking to improve their technical, marketing and creative skills. There will also be an all-day “open-mic” event where creators’ work will be screened in a multimedia environment.

Confirmed speakers include: Greg Goodfried, creator, LonelyGirl15; Brent Weinstein, agent, 60Frames; Brad Inman, CEO and Founder, TurnHere Inc.; Dina Kaplan, COO, Blip.TV; Doug Kamin, SVP Marketing, VideoJug; Sarah Szalavitz, Director of Content Development, Veoh; Hayden Black, creator, Goodnight Burbank; Tim Street, creator, FrenchMaidTV; Jason Nadler, agent, UTA Online; Ben Relles, creator, Obama Girl; Judson Laipply, director, Evolution of Dance (most-viewed video of ALL-TIME on youtube), and David Sarno, journalist, Los Angeles Times.
