Hassan Miah is the former Managing Director of Intel Capital, where he led worldwide media and entertainment investments. Today, he remains an advisor to Intel Corporation’s Digital Home Group, which is responsible for the company’s global consumer PC product line. He is also the former head of New Media for CAA, one of Hollywood’s leading entertainment and talent agencies. While at Intel, Mr. Miah led such media related investments as Bellrock Media, Synacor, Zinio, Black Arrow, Clickstar and Gametrust. At CAA, Mr. Miah established and headed the CAA/Intel Media Lab, the first significant collaboration between Hollywood and a major technology company, and helped form Tele-TV, a joint investment by NYNEX, PacBell and Bell Atlantic to provide interactive video television services over phone lines. Before joining CAA, Mr. Miah was a Management Consulting Partner for KPMG LLP, specializing in media and entertainment transactions. At KPMG, he helped structure such transactions as the sale of MCA Universal Studios to Matsushita, the sale of Geffen Records to Universal and Polygram’s acquisition of A&M Records. Mr. Miah also has extensive operating/managerial experience having developed and sold companies in the digital media sector during his career, e.g., after creating the first consumer MP3 recording software, Mr. Miah successfully sold Xing Technology Corp. to Real Networks at a 10x multiple from when he joined the company less than two years after becoming CEO. Mr. Miah is a CPA and received a B.A. in Business from the University of Michigan and a M.B.A. from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.

Tim Chang joined Gabriel in 2001 as a partner-track associate and was promoted to Principal in 2002. He brings to Gabriel a background combining operational, technical, and international business experience across Asia in three languages (Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and English). Tim leads Gabriel's wireless sector and also focuses on emerging opportunities in digrd, Tim joined Gabriel Venture Partners in 2001, where he has led Gabriel's investment and sital media as well as business development initiatives in Asia-Pacific. Tim began working in venture capital during his time at Stanford Business School , as part of the founding team of CTR Ventures K.K. in 1999, a venture accelerator in Tokyo focused on seed and early-stage mobile applications and technologies startups for the Japan market. Upon graduating with his MBA from Stanfoerved as a director on the boards of Iridigm Display Corporation (which was acquired by Qualcomm in 2004), Sequoia Communications, and Kajeet. Tim built Gabriel's Wireless sector practice, and is responsible for much of Gabriel's reputation and thought-leadership in handset technologies, as well as in next-generation wireless applications and services. Tim has led or been actively involved in all of Gabriel's wireless investments, and has also helped to establish Gabriel's business development capabilities through strong strategic relationships across the wireless value-chain, and particularly in Asia-Pacific. Tim previously contributed to the boards of Placeware (acquired by Microsoft) and Arula Systems (acquired by Raritan).

FrameFree Technologies, Inc.: Founded in 2004 and based in San Francisco, Calif., FrameFree Technologies, Inc. is a joint venture between United Kingdom-based FrameFree International Limited and Japan-based Monolith co., Ltd. The company develops and distributes a groundbreaking family of products that provide easy and efficient authoring and compression of motion imagery and enable the delivery of hi-resolution digital movies across multiple networks and platforms at a fraction of the traditional bandwidth and costs. Its new product, FrameFree Studio™, is digital imaging software that allows for the creation of premium quality motion imagery at a minimum cost without the traditional steep learning curve. It starts with digital still images, and then through analysis, interpolation and morphing, provides smooth motion, interactivity, and an entirely new medium and style of visual expression to digital content producers without compromising quality at any bandwidth. II. ClipSyndicate is a next-generation Web publishing platform that enables
respected broadcasters and video content producers to easily monetize their content and extend their brands through an Internet distribution channel that syndicates video clips to thousands of vertical Web sites in need of rich media content. Broadcast content providers and Web publishers alike benefit financially from ClipSyndicate by sharing in the advertising revenues generated through the ClipSyndicate media player. ClipSyndicate's partners include broadcasters such as Clear Channel Television, AP Digital, MultiVu, and Bloomberg, and publishers including SmartBrief, Cygnus Business Media Interactive and Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC). Presentation By: Sean Morgan, founder and CEO of ClipSyndicate, is a pioneer in online syndication. As one of the founders of Pinnacor, Inc. [NASDAQ: PCOR,
formerly ScreamingMedia], a leading provider of information management
solutions for the aggregation, distribution and integration of real time business and financial information into websites, intranets, wireless sites and interactive television, he developed the product specifications and key features of what became Pinnacor's core product, the Editors Desk. Morgan also developed the first royalty pool sharing model for Internet syndication that allowed more than 4,000 content producers to benefit from Pinnacor's meteoric rise to the Internet's largest text syndication network. An veteran of the mobile industry, Ed was previously VP of engineering for Enpocket as as well as CTO, co-founder and a member of the Board of Directors at SkyGo, an early pioneer in mobile Internet marketing. Ed holds an MS in Computer Science from Stanford University and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.

Most recently, Tod was the Director of Revenue and Business Development at Plaxo, Inc., one of the fastest growing companies in the history of the Internet. Plaxo offers users a "connected address book,' automating the process of maintaining an up-to-date and universally accessible address book and calendar. Prior to Plaxo, Tod was the Director of Business Development at Spoke Software, the leading enterprise software firm providing tools to sales forces to better leverage relationships. Previously, Tod worked at Interscope, Geffen and A&M Records, a division of the Universal Music Group. Tod was also an analyst in both the Mergers & Acquisitions Group and the Internet Corporate Finance group at Robertson Stephens. V. WideOrbit is an advertising infrastructure software company providing systems that manage the backbone infrastructure of the advertising process. Presentation by: Eric R. Mathewson, founder and CEO, WideOrbit started his career on Wall Street working in equity derivatives for Kidder Peabody in Palo Alto in 1992. After Kidder Peabody was sold in 1995, Eric worked in the Private Client Department at Montgomery Securities managing portfolios for wealthy technology executives and personally investing in many successful internet start-ups. Eric left Montgomery in 1999 and started WideOrbit after discovering that the software systems supporting the media industry were decrepit and that a large opportunity existed to improve the processes to purchase and sell media time and space.

TeamDating: Kipp Gillian serves as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder. He comes to Team Dating LLC after three years as President and Owner/Founder of Gillian Executive Search, Inc. Mr.. Gillian’s clientele consists of Hilton Hotels, Archstone/Smith, The Related Companies of California, Lennar Partners, Donahue Schriber, The Management Company of Dr. Henry Nicholas, Camden, Shea Properties and Clark Realty Capital. Prior to GES he served 3 years creating and heading up the real estate recruitment division for The Ankenbrandt Group in Newport Beach, California. Previous to Universal Studios, Mr. Doustdar was the Director of Special Markets for BMG Entertainment. Before his tenure at BMG, Mr. Doustdar spent five years at consumer products giant Procter & Gamble. This provided a solid foundation of marketing and sales within the traditional packaged goods industry. Mr. Doustdar has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the Richard T.
