BW.com produces much original journalism, with new stories posted multiple times a day, as well as a dozen regular podcasts, 26 staff-written blogs, multimedia slide shows, video reports, and interactive features. Local-Language Editions
Bloomberg BusinessWeek/China,
which celebrated its 20th anniversary in 2006, is published monthly and has a circulation of 160,000 in the People's Republic of China. In addition to Bloomberg BusinessWeek/China, there are currently 5 other Bloomberg BusinessWeek local language editions in Indonesian, Arabic, Bulgarian, Thai and Turkish. With additional licensees in 15 countries, over 4 million readers see Bloomberg BusinessWeek content via local language or local license publications outside the US.

"in—Inside Innovation”
Bloomberg BusinessWeek’s
quarterly innovation supplement, “in—Inside Innovation,” debuted in June 2006. Uniquely designed by ad agency Modernista, the quarterly innovation supplement, which is the first of its kind, is a how-to guide for senior management looking to find ways to implement and monetize innovation. The supplement integrates original content with content from the Innovation and Design Channel.

Journalism Awards
Bloomberg BusinessWeek
was a finalist for two National Magazine Awards in 2009: Personal Service for “Do Cholesterol Drugs Do Any Good?” and for General Excellence Online. Already this year, Bloomberg BusinessWeek has received the Morton Frank Award from the Overseas Press Club, an Investigative Reporters and Editors Award, an Excellence in Healthcare Journalism Award, three Society of American Business Editors and Writers awards, an AAAS Science Award, and four Folio: Eddie & Ozzie Awards. In 2008, Bloomberg BusinessWeek won a National Magazine Award for the BusinessWeek.com B-Schools Channel in the Personal Service Online category, and was nominated for an award in the Public Interest category for a series on poverty. Bloomberg BusinessWeek also won a prestigious Sigma Delta Chi Award from the Society of Professional Journalists, two National Press Club Awards, the AAAS Science Journalism Award, and the Barlett & Steele Award for Investigative Business Journalism in 2008. In 2007, BusinessWeek received a National Magazine Award for Best Interactive Service for the BusinessWeek.com B-Schools Channel and a nomination in the General Excellence Online category.
