Chia Chen, Senior Vice President/North American Mobile Practice Lead, Digitas: As SVP and North American Mobile Practice Lead, Chia leads mobile innovation and marketing for the North American region. Chia was appointed head of the Mobile Practice after leading critical support of American Express’ digital business. In his role as head of mobile, Chia works across the Digitas network of clients including American Express, Delta Air Lines, General Motors, P&G, Whirlpool, TIAA-CREF and Mead-Johnson. And, as mobile is one of the forces transforming marketing today, he works alongside other members of the Digitas leadership team to ensure mobile is at the forefront of the Digitas offering and value proposition. In the past year, Chia has spoken at a number of prominent industry events, including CTIA Wireless, the MediaPost Mobile Insider Summit, The DMA's Mobile Marketing Day, Digital Hollywood's Media Summit, and more. His mobile bylines have been published in publications such as Mobile Marketer, Digiday, and more.





Matt Dorfman, Head of Mobile Solutions, Google: Matt joined Google in 2011 with more than five
years of mobile, online video and display experience. Focused on activating the mobile platform for CPG advertisers, Matt led mobile adoption and explosive growth at Procter & Gamble and Kimberly-Clark. Now supporting Education, Local and Social advertisers, Matt drives mobile solutions including mobile search, display and video. Prior to Google, Matt was responsible for Midwest sales at Gorilla Nation and SAY Media. Matt is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis, where he double majored in Anthropology and Finance. He lives in Chicago with his amazing wife, Wendy, and awesome black lab, Mo.











Vineet Madan, Senior Vice President, New Ventures & Strategic Services, McGraw-Hill Education:
Vineet currently leads the Learning Ecosystems group at McGraw-Hill Education focused on developing breakthrough digital products and services to optimize faculty, student and institutional workflows in the higher education marketplace. One of the first offerings released is GradeGuru, an online student learning community site. From 2006 through 2009, Vineet served as Vice President and global head of strategy and corporate development for McGraw-Hill Education (MHE), a $2.5B segment of The McGraw-Hill Companies. In that role Vineet has been helping lead MHE’s digital transformation leading product and market strategy efforts across K-12, assessment, higher education and international resulting in the launch of new digital products and services with annual revenues exceeding $50+MM/year. Vineet joined McGraw-Hill in 2005 as a Senior Director in Corporate Strategy. Prior to joining The McGraw-Hill Companies, Vineet spent five years at the global management consulting firm of Booz Allen Hamilton (now Booz & Co.) where he received the firm’s highest awards for both excellence in client service and leadership in community service. His work there focused on strategy development, implementation, and business process reengineering for media, high tech, healthcare and financial services clients. Earlier, Vineet was a vice president at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., where he held a series of escalating responsibilities spanning information systems management, credit risk, call center operations, product development and marketing. He currently serves on the Board of the Education division of the Software Information Industry Association (SIIA) and was previously a Board observer at HotChalk. Over the past few years he has been a feature speaker or panelist at a number of venues including the New York Times, SIIA Ed Tech Business Forum, National Principals Leadership Institute and Social Media Week. Vineet holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Columbia University and a MBA, with honors, in finance and economics from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. Vineet has also completed the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.


John Shapiro, Senior Product Manager, Adobe: He is currently working to introduce mobile and
tablet solutions for professional creative workflows. Previously, John focused on platform services to enable developers to monetize and distribute their content and applications. John oversaw the creation and release of Adobe Wave, an AIR application and service that lets publishers and developers reach users directly on their desktops. Prior to Adobe, John founded two startups, one in online advertising and one in home entertainment. John also spent time at Google working on Google Desktop, where he envisioned and built a way to passively view interesting imagery from Google Maps. John holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Computer Science from Stanford University.










Nash Parker, Director, Emerging Technology & Innovation for Alcatel-Lucent: In this position, Nash
Parker is responsible for the development of strategic business goals for the ng Connect Program (a 4G wireless ecosystems endeavor); identifying and evaluating of the program’s partnership opportunities, marketing plans and legal requirements. Additionally, Mr. Parker serves in strategic direction activities, analyst relations, and is a primary liaison for Alcatel-Lucent with the media and advertising communities; including music, film, television, and videogaming. Prior to assuming his current role, Mr. Parker held positions as the Manager of Business Development for Sony Computer Entertainment America (PlayStation) and worked at General Motors Corporation in advertising and sales/marketing functions.


Craig W. Wigginton, Industry Leader, Deloitte & Touche LLP Telecommunications Practice: Craig is the Industry Leader for the Deloitte & Touche LLP Telecommunications Practice within the technology, media and telecommunications practice. In this role he works with clients and client service teams of major and emerging companies in the communications sector and assists in the coordination of services across the firm, with emphasis on Audit & Attestation and Enterprise Risk Services. He assists in the coordination of broader services across the Tax, Consulting and Financial Advisory Services functions within the industry. He also works with major global telecommunications company's to assess U.S. GAAP and U.S. SEC issues for those entities which are associated with the U.S. capital markets. Until recently Craig was also the National Audit Partner for Telecommunications. In this role he was responsible for developing the firm's technical accounting and auditing positions as they relate to the communications industry. He also lead industry technical conference calls, conducted web conferences, and had headed the development of industry content related to the internal control databases for Sarbanes Oxley 404. With more than 20 years of experience working with communications clients, Craig specializes in wireless and wireline, but is also extensively involved in all other telephony related services. He also has been heavily involved in the mergers and acquisitions arena, as well as emerging technologies including software and internet and the convergence of telecommunications and technology/internet.
