Roger Keating, Senior Vice President, Hearst Television: Roger Keating runs the digital media effort for Hearst Television. His scope includes Hearst Television's station web sites, mobile television and interactive TV. He came to Hearst Television with a broad background in various sectors of the media industry. Mr. Keating has run large cable TV operations at Comcast and more recently at Time Warner, where he presided over the integration of the Adelphia acquisition in the Los Angeles Region. He ran the voice services business at AOL, and also ran the AOL Health and AOL Travel verticals. He led the formation of Comcast's Internet division in the mid 90's and oversaw the development of their high speed data business. And he was founder/CEO of a dot com in 1998 named "Zatso" that worked with local TV broadcasters to offer streaming video-based "personalized newscasts". Keating began his career after graduating from Notre Dame with an Industrial Engineering degree as an efficiency expert, working in factories and distribution facilities. After obtaining an MBA from Stanford, Mr. Keating worked as a strategy consultant at Mercer Management Consulting in disparate industries ranging from jet fighters to bakeries.

Jeff Eddings, Sr. Director of Emerging Technology, Turner Broadcasting: Jeff Eddings is a produc
t strategy and development leader with over fifteen years experience building Internet software and companies. He has a broad range of experience from product management and software development to business development, consulting, and people management at companies from four-person startups to Fortune 500 organizations. His role at Turner is with the Emerging Technologies group, focused on identifying, building, and launching social products and growing partnerships with small and large social platforms. Before his current role at Turner, Jeff headed up all business products at StumbleUpon, a social discovery platform helping users find great content on the web. Prior to StumbleUpon, Jeff spent seven years at Google, building and working with many of Google’s most strategic products in advertising, search, social and developer products. Prior to his time at Google, Jeff spent a decade in Silicon Valley and Boston starting and building online businesses in areas like software-as-a-service, online merchandising and e-commerce, and web strategy consulting. Jeff studied mathematics, computer science, linguistics, and music at the University of Florida and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics.

Gayle Weiswasser, Vice President, Engagement, New Media Strategies: Gayle Weiswasser is Vice President, Engagement at New Media Strategies, the social media practice of Meredith Xcelerated Marketing (MXM), where she oversees social media marketing strategy and innovation on owned and earned channels for a roster of blue chip clients, including NBC, SyFy, Lifetime, History Channel, Golf Channel, Summit, Disney, and Sony Pictures. Previously, Weiswasser was Vice President of Social Media at Discovery Communications, where she directed social media strategy for Discovery's networks. Her team managed the networks' Facebook, Twitter and other social media platform strategy and implementation, as well as partnerships with social TV services, social media monitoring and emerging platforms. Her responsibilities also included blogger /influencer engagement, coordination of cross-platform ad integrations, and development of social media best practices for employees, talent, and Discovery partners. Prior to her position at Discovery, Weiswasser worked at Arlington, VA-based crisis communications firm TMG Strategies, where she advised Fortune 500 companies on using social media during times of crisis. She has a law degree from Harvard Law School, and formerly practiced both intellectual property and transactional law in Washington DC and San Francisco. Weiswasser is a member of the Board of Advisors to the Women's Entertainment and Technology Board at Digital Hollywood, as well as a member of the Board of Advisors to the OTT- Connected TV - Hollywood Alliance.

Saul Berman, Partner & Vice President, Global Strategy Consulting Leader & Innovation and Grow
th Services Leader IBM Global Business Services (GBS) Ph.D. is the Global & Americas Leader for the IBM Strategy & Change Consulting group within IBM Global Business Services (GBS).  In this role he works closely with major corporations around the globe on strategic business issues. He leads a worldwide team of IBM consultants focused on delivering business value through business, technology and operations strategy engagements as well as organizational change initiatives. Prior to this role, Dr Berman was the Lead Strategy Partner for the Media and Entertainment Practice as well as a Global Strategy & Change Services Leader at IBM GBS.  Before joining IBM, Saul was the Global Strategic Change Leader at PwC Consulting. He was also previously with The Boston Consulting Group, a divisional Vice President with Broadway Department Stores and an Assistant Professor of Management at the University of Southern California. Dr. Berman has more than 25 years of consulting experience advising senior management of large corporate and start-up organizations.  He has directed engagements addressing issues of strategy, organization, and operations.  He has worked extensively on issues of competitive positioning, differentiation, new business plans & strategies, new business models, growth, operational & cost improvement, operations/ manufacturing strategy, organizational design and enterprise transformation. His clients have included most of the major media companies as well as internet companies, telecommunication companies, consumer goods manufacturers, retailers and automotive companies in the United States, Japan, Europe and Australia. Dr. Berman holds a Ph.D. in Management and Information Systems and a MBA in Production Systems and Operations Research from the Graduate School of Business at Columbia University in New York. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Economics at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. A frequent speaker to industry and strategic planning organizations such as the World Economic Forum,  MIPCOM, Consumer Electronics Association, McGraw Hill Media Summit, the National Association of Broadcasters, Online Publishers Association and Digital Hollywood, Dr. Berman was named as one of the Top 25 Consultants of 2005 by Consulting Magazine. He is also an editorial advisory board member for Strategy & Leadership Magazine. Additionally, Dr. Berman served as a board member of the USC Film School Entertainment Technology Center, and of the Southern California chapter of the Strategic  Leadership Forum, and has authored numerous publications

Kemal Altintas, Senior Manager, Smart TV, Partnerships & Business Development, LG Electronics: Kemal is an expert business development and product management professional focusing on Connected Consumer Electronics, Digital Media and Pay TV space. Currently, he is a part of LG Electronics Innovation Development Team in Silicon Valley. He has spearheaded LG Smart TV's second screen efforts on Android and iOS platforms. He has led projects with mobile app developers and content partners to integrate 2nd screen experiences into LG products. He worked with many large and small companies to introduce social TV experiences to the market. He also worked on content discovery and recommendation engines, cloud based solutions, 3D and 4K content services. Prior to LG, he spent time at DivX and Tivo, working with global pay TV operators and set top box manufacturers. He spent considerable time in Europe talking to operators and device manufacturers and still enjoys jumping on the plane and going there. He holds BS and MS degrees in Computer Science. He received his MBA from UC San Diego with a focus on Technology Marketing.

Mark Ghuneim, CEO, Trendrr: An emerging media futurist with expertise in the convergence of
television and second screen engagement, technology and behavioral trending, Mark Ghuneim has spent over 20 years in executive ranks of the entertainment industry. His pioneer spirit, coupled with an extensive knowledge of music, television and brand marketing, led him to found Wiredset in 2004, a real-time digital agency and technology incubator specializing in engagement marketing for Fortune 500 brands, networks, studios, publishing companies, and consumer product groups. Two years later, Mark founded Wiredset’s flagship product, Trendrr – a premium business intelligence service that offers highly customized, proprietary tools for analyzing digital and social media activities. Trendrr, along with its television-specific product, Trendrr.TV, is used by media outlets for creative content, consumer engagement and predictive indexes. Prior to starting Wiredset and Trendrr, Ghuneim spent 16 years with Sony Music USA, where he was most recently Senior Vice President for Online Services.
