Meghan Asha, co-founder, TalkSession: Meghan Asha is a serial entrepreneur and on-air commentator. She’s covered events like Mercedes Benz Fashion Week, The World Economic Forum in Davos, DLD in Munich, and Glamour Women of the Year Awards. Ms. Asha does commentary for Fox News, CBS, CNET and CNBC. In 2007, she took her experience as a technology hedge analyst and parleyed it into pursuing her passion: advising web-based startups, and in September 2008, she partnered with Next New Networks and NBC’s New York NonStop to produce and co-host a popular Internet chat show, TMI weekly, a fun, honest tri-weekly talk show about life, tech and style. Currently, Ms. Asha is getting her M.B.A. at Columbia University and is the co-founder of TalkSession, an online video therapy platform. This new venture aims to revolutionize the way people seek wellbeing, counseling and therapy online.







Jennifer Cooper, Director, Media and Entertainment Strategy, Adobe: Jennifer Cooper brings more than 20 years of experience in sales, business development and strategy management in technology and digital media industries. Her work with C-level digital media executives provides her with extensive knowledge of the media and entertainment industries, best business practices and solutions. Prior to joining Adobe, Jennifer was Founder and CEO of Mixercast, a social applications company. Before that, she served as Executive Director of Business Development for Yahoo! Inc., where she designed and launched Yahoo!’s first video subscription service and managed large media industry relationships including ABC/Disney, Viacom, Time Warner, Fox and NBC Universal. In addition, she was responsible for crafting and implementing broadband video content strategy, sourcing and acquisitions for co-branded portals such as ATT Yahoo! DSL, Verizon Yahoo! DSL, Rogers Yahoo! and BT Yahoo!. Jennifer began her career managing sales at enterprise technology companies such as Oracle, Xerox and IBM before advancing into strategic business development positions at VXtreme Inc. (now the Microsoft Windows media platform) and Microsoft. As founder and executive vice president of nCommand, Inc, Jennifer served on the board of directors and was responsible for securing initial rounds of Venture financing, as well as creating initial client relationships for nCommand’s products. Jennifer holds a dual B.S. degree in computer science and marketing from San Francisco State University. She also participated in the MBA program at UC Davis and studied law at Golden Gate University.

Tania Yuki, Founder and CEO, Shareablee: Tania Yuki is founder and CEO of Shareablee, a leading provider of social content analytics for business. She has spent most of her career in digital marketing, measurement and analytics, and was recently honored with a Great Mind Award from the Advertising Research Foundation and featured in Fast Company and Forbes as one of 12 women driving digital in New York. She is also the founder of wimlink, an organization that holds regular events and seminars promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and the professional development of women. Tania began her career as a media and internet attorney, specializing in digital rights management, IP and film financing. After moving to the US from Australia she was seduced by digital and went on to run an online video content network as head of acquisitions and branding and has also led product management for comScore's Video Metrix, the world's leading online video ratings service.










Harleen Kahlon, Senior Vice President, Digital, Oxygen Media, has held this role since August 2012
. Based in New York, Kahlon is a member of the senior leadership team and reports directly to Jason Klarman, President, Oxygen Media.  Kahlon leads the digital team, developing and executing Oxygen’s digital vision and super-serving the network’s young, socially savvy audience.  She is responsible for creating strategic digital launch plans for new and returning series, working closely with Oxygen's senior team and developing sales strategies to deliver consistent revenue growth across multiple platforms, including Oxygen.com and Oxygen Mobile. Kahlon spearheads the network’s efforts in social media, building upon Oxygen’s tremendous growth and success on all platforms including Oxygen Live and Oxygen Connect. Prior to joining Oxygen, Kahlon was Executive Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Content Strategy for Bundle Corp., a joint venture between Citi, MSN and Morningstar, where she led all customer acquisition efforts for the New York-based company. Previously, she was General Manager, Digital for the Observer Media Group, where she had full P&L responsibility of the company’s digital arm.  While there, Kahlon was credited with launching a redesign of Observer.com and introducing new online direct marketing products that increased revenue. She also served as General Manager, Personal Finance for TheStreet.com.  Kahlon began her career as an attorney with a broad-based corporate practice focused primarily on media and entertainment industry transactions. Kahlon holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkley and she received her law degree from Yale Law School.  She is the founder of Concept W Publishing, Inc., a social network for professional women. Kahlon currently resides in New York City.


Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, Headwaters MB: Sun Jen Yung, Managing Director, joined Headwaters from Nightwood Capital LLC, a middle-market boutique advisory firm that she founded in 2009. Sun focuses on Digital Media & Internet and Media Growth companies. Her experience of 20 years in investment banking includes corporate finance coverage of Media (cable and entertainment), Digital Media, Internet and Software companies at Oppenheimer, Deutsche Bank , Lehman Brothers and J.P. Morgan. Sun also has experience in Equity Research at Lehman Brothers. She has completed over $38 billion in public (IPOs and follow-ons) and private equity, equity-linked and debt financings and M&A transactions. Sun serves on the Board of Directors for the YWCA of Greenwich (CT). She received B.A. degrees in Economics and International Studies at Macalester College in St. Paul, MN and an M.B.A. of Finance from Columbia Business School in New York.
