David Wong, Vice President, Advertising Products, Nielsen: Mr. Wong is Vice President, Product Leadership for Nielsen, a leading global provider of information and analytics around what consumers buy and what they watch. In this role, he oversees product management for Nielsen Campaign Ratings, the industry’s leading digital and cross-platform advertising measurement solution. Mr. Wong also focuses on strategic planning across all Media products, with particular focus on cross-platform advertising measurement across all of Nielsen’s measurement businesses. Prior to this role, Mr. Wong served as an Engagement Manager at the strategy consultancy, McKinsey & Company, where he led consulting teams to advise Fortune 500 clients on issues concerning strategy, new business development, and investment decisions.  Mr. Wong holds a B.A.Sc. (with Honors) from the University of Toronto, where he studied electrical engineering and applied physics.  He has also studied and conducted research at Canada’s national particle physics laboratory, TRIUMF, on advanced particle physics detector design and measurement techniques.

Larry Allen, SVP, Business Development, Real Media Group: Larry Allen is SVP, Business Development for Real Media Group, a business unit of 24/7 Media, WPP’s marketing technology company. He has responsibility for overseeing solutions for publishers across various advertiser and publisher-facing business lines. Larry has extensive experience in digital media, marketing and business strategy unmatched by most standards. Prior to joining 24/7 Media in 2011, he held senior management positions at cutting-edge digital media companies such as AOL, Viewpoint, Unicast, Yieldex, Real Media and TACODA. Larry also ran his own consulting business where he advised many major media companies such as The New York Times, Meredith, 33Across and Business Insider. He is a frequent contributor to a number of trade publications, blogs and industry conferences. A graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, with a degree in Business Management, Larry is based in Real Media Group’s headquarters in New York, NY.

Nicholas D. Troiano, President, BlackArrow: Nick Troiano joined BlackArrow
as president in March 2009. As president, Troiano oversees all go-to-market activities for BlackArrow, where he is responsible for building the company’s advanced advertising business for networks and content distributors. Previously, Troiano was vice president of business development within the U.S. Partnership Group at Yahoo!, where he led a business development team responsible for cross-platform technology and ad sales partnerships with major media customers. Before Yahoo!, Troiano was senior vice president of sales and business development for Maven Networks (acquired by Yahoo! in Feb. 2008). Prior, Troiano served as executive vice president of business development at ClearStory Systems, where he oversaw product marketing and strategy. Previously, Troiano was CEO of WebWare Corporation, and a principal at SCP Private Equity Partners, where he led investments in media and communications. Troiano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Davidson College and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dave Kupiec, Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing, National CineMedia (NCM): As National
CineMedia (NCM)’s Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Dave Kupiec supervises the National, Regional and Interactive advertising sales teams of NCM Media Networks, as well as Marketing and Sales Operations, from the company’s New York office. Kupiec joined Regal Entertainment Group’s media subsidiary Regal CineMedia Corporation in 2002, which became National CineMedia in 2005. Prior to this, Kupiec served as publisher of Wenner Media’s Men’s Journal magazine. He joined Men’s Journal in 1999 as associate publisher and was promoted to the magazine’s top post in February 2001. Before Men’s Journal, Kupiec was advertising director at Weider Publications’ Men’s Fitness from 1998-1999, as well as marketing director of Conde Nast’s Gourmet (1993-1998). For ten years prior to his appointment at Gourmet, Kupiec worked on the agency side of the media planning business, his last position being vice president/associate media director at Bates Worldwide Advertising (1987-1993).

Yahav Isak, SVP, Operations Leader MRM Worldwide, New York: Yahav has 15 years of digital
marketing experience, specializing in building and leading integrated agency teams. Most recently at WPP Group’s JWT in New York, he established the digital group and headed the agency’s digital studio operation. He managed clients including Microsoft, J&J, Royal Caribbean, Cadbury, Rolex and DTC. Before joining JWT, Yahav led Program Management of the Interactive Group at TBWA Worldwide’s Tequila unit. His clients included Sprint Nextel, Disney, Chivas, Jameson and Prior to that, Yahav spent five years with WorldNow, enabling local TV stations across the US to publish their videos/content online. Focusing on the operations practice, Yahav currently oversees the agency operations and program management. With close collaborations with the brands, creative, and production leads, Yahav brings efficiencies to orchestrate seamless delivery through cross discipline coordination. A native of Israel, Isak moved to the U.S. in 1995, and received a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from New York University. He lives in Westchester NY with his wife and four kids.

Greg Smith, Chief Creative Officer, The VIA Agenc: Greg has guided the brand, creative and
strategic development of almost every VIA client. He has also overseen the development of award-winning campaigns; been a judge at The Effies, The Direct Marketing Association of America; and been a repeat, featured speaker for The American Marketing Association, The Midas Financial Services Awards and several northeastern universities. In his 11 years at VIA, Greg has built the agency’s creative capability by establishing and maintaining core standards for integrated planning and execution across advertising, direct, PR, Web and media. Today, he oversees all creative teams to inspire ever-more strategic work that produces more measurable brand preference among our clients’ target consumers. Greg’s diverse background and accomplishments best illustrate his ability to succeed at whatever goal is before him. For BrownCo, Greg’s work exceeded the new customer acquisitions goal by more than 35 percent. For TD Bank, his brand architecture and integrated marketing program increased awareness of the brand by 70 percent. Before moving with his family to Maine, Greg was the president and founder of Front Porch Productions, a New York City film and video production company. Working with clients Ernst & Young, Fuji Sankei, PepsiCo and Sony/IMAX, Greg wrote, produced and directed over 20 corporate videos while overseeing production and new business. While at Columbia University, Greg earned a B.A. in literature while performing in commercials, independent films and off-Broadway productions.

David Cole, Vice President Sales & Business Development, Publishers, Mixpo: David is empowering our publisher and ad network partners to capture additional revenue every day with Mixpo's technology. His combined experience in both traditional broadcasting and digital sales management makes him uniquely able to understand publisher objectives and challenges. He has held sales leadership roles with CBS and FOX television stations.

Jeff Smith, Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Services, Product, Vizu, a Nielsen Company: Jeff leads Marketing and Client Services at Vizu, a Nielsen company, providing the first real-time, enterprise technology platform allowing advertisers and their partners in the digital media ecosystem to collaborate around optimizing Brand Lift metrics. Prior to joining Vizu, Jeff was Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Keibi Technologies, a leading provider of social media optimization solutions for companies leveraging user generated content to drive consumer engagement, where he tripled the company's revenues and helped create a new paradigm for deriving value from and monetizing social media. Jeff's accomplishments, which range from managing new product launches into domestic and international markets for the world's second largest software company, Oracle Corporation, to driving the growth of multiple new ventures from inception to ultimate acquisition, have been chronicled in Fortune Magazine, the New York Times, and S&D Executive's "Pro's to Know." Jeff graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Business Economics from the University of California at Los Angeles, and earned his MBA with honors from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
