Dan Merritts, CEO, F#: Nearly 15 years of innovative, industry-shaping experience leading product management, marketing, sales and operations for diverse, venture-backed startups. Dan helped pioneer contextual advertising at Affinia; cloud-computing at Loudcloud (became Opsware; acquired by HP); secure mobile device management at Zenprise; textbook rentals at Bookrenter; and eTextbooks at Kno. Dan's education includes an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, and a B.S. inEconomics and a B.S. in Operations Management from Santa Clara University.

Linda Sherman, co-founder, The Courage Group: International, multicultural marketing pro, Linda brings a distinguished background of international subsidiary CEO/CMO to her Social Marketing expertise. These include CEO Club Med Japan, Barilla Japan and CMO Wal-Mart Japan. Linda Sherman has been featured and quoted in The New York Times, Christian Monitor and other leading publications. She devised and implemented an innovative guerilla marketing plan for ZIMA in Japan that produced a lasting, profitable success has hands-on technical skills in building and search optimizing WordPress websites. Linda has an influential on-line presence (<> Her company, The Courage Group, provides websites, digital film, branding and social marketing strategy and training.

Salim Ali is co-founder and CEO of LoYakk, the new social platform that combines
location and conversation for public venues worldwide. Ali has had extensive experience in the engineering industry, working both for start-ups and large corporations. After working for companies such as Openvision Technologies, Tibco and then becoming the Product Principal Engineer for Network Equipment Technologies (NET), Ali returned to school to get his MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. In 2004, Ali joined SAP where he drove marketing and social media innovations. He became Global Vice President of SAP and during that time co-created the SAP Enterprise AppStore. Ali left in 2012 to launch LoYakk.

Kevin A. Weafer, Vice President National Sales Director, Compass Labs: Kevin is Vice President National Sales Director. He previously served as VP Business Development for BzzAgent, Inc. and for Texterity, Inc., as well as SVP Sales & Marketing for Access Media and President of Kevin worked as Associate Publisher for Variety, Inc., and at Time Warner, where he was Managing Director/Americas for Time Magazine. Kevin is a graduate of St. Michael's College and the Wharton Business School's management development program.

Jessica Casano-Antonellis, Account Director, Text100 New York: Jessica is one of Text100's leading agency digital lifestyle experts specializing in the intersection of where entertainment meets technology. In her seven-year tenure at Text100, Jessica has worked with clients such as CNN, Bravo, The Weather Channel, MTV, Shazam, IAC, KAYAK and Nokia, overseeing the planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns supporting cross-platform franchises, tentpole events, strategic partnerships and product launches, in addition to providing counsel on corporate messaging and positioning. Jessica has been at the forefront of Social TV for the agency, driving the PR strategy for Text100 marquee clients, including MTV, Shazam and the Weather Channel, as these brands entered and pioneered the space.
