Ben Huang, Director of Worldwide Marketing, Interactive Entertainment Business, Microsoft Corporation: Ben Huang is a Director of Worldwide Marketing for the Interactive Entertainment Business at Microsoft Corporation. In this capacity, he oversees all product and outbound marketing activities for Microsoft® Mediaroom ® and Microsoft® PlayReady. Since joining Microsoft in 2003, he has led various initiatives involving new business opportunities, emerging markets, product management, and product planning. Ben has been focused on the intersection of media and technology for more than 15 years. Prior to Microsoft, he served as director of business development at PacketVideo, one of the pioneers in the mobile video space. While there, he led partnerships with major media companies and application developers to create mobile video services across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. Earlier in his career, Ben also worked in finance, strategic consulting, and venture capital covering the media, telecommunications, and technology industries. He is a frequent speaker at many top-tier industry events including the International Consumer Electronics Show, National Association of Broadcasters, and Digital Hollywood among others. Ben holds MBA and JD degrees from the Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern Law School and a bachelor's degree from UCLA.

Jo Holz, Senior Vice President, Client Research, Nielsen: a leading global provider of information
and analytics around what consumers buy and what they watch. Jo works with Nielsen’s television clients in helping them understand the rapidly evolving media environment and assess its impact on driving their audiences. Previously, Jo served as Vice President of Research for NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC, and as head of research for Oxygen Media and for Sesame Workshop, where she oversaw the Workshop’s research for all its domestic and international television productions, interactive media, and licensed products. Jo holds M.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Pennsylvania.

Nathan Gill, Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer, Outcast Media: Since co-founding Outcast in 2005, Nathan has established the company as a leading digital media network in reaching active consumers. His vision and leadership have helped grow the company from 5 to over 100 employees and transformed how the world's largest brands engage and influence on-the-go consumers. Prior to starting Outcast, Nathan served as the Regional President of Media Services for, the largest online real-estate company. Reporting directly to the CEO, Nathan ultimately re-engineered the company's subscription-based technology business into a $250 million advertising-based media company. Nathan has consistently demonstrated a strong aptitude for building organizations to critical scale and propelling towards successful IPOs. In his early career, Nathan helped to pioneer the Application Service Provider business model. At both Kana and at USinternetworking, Nathan was a critical resource with both product and sales accountability; his primary focus centered on forging relationships with leading enterprise software companies. Nathan earned his B.S. in Decision Information Sciences from University of Maryland. Nathan sits on the Board of PS122 a leading art institution in New York City.

Jessica Kantor, Head of Content and Marketing, Livestream: Currently, Jessica is the Head of Content and Marketing at Livestream. Jessica combines her knowledge of consumer trends, content development and audience engagement to enhance Livestream as a destination. Jessica Kantor launched her career in film and TV working at Sony Pictures Entertainment, at the ABC TV show “Six Degrees,” and The Weinstein Company. While at The Weinstein Company, Jessica transitioned into emerging technologies, where she researched and recommended new platforms to promote, distribute, and interact with professional content. While immersed in digital and film, Jessica launched the widely read daily newsletter and website FilmNewsBriefs. With a readership of top Hollywood executives, producers, entertainment lawyers and influential filmmakers, FilmNewsBriefs reported on traditional entertainment news, new media, interviews industry innovators and spotlights emerging filmmakers. While building FilmNewsBriefs, Jessica came across the original live art competition, ArtBattles and in just one short year, became a partner.

Ken Zamkow, Director of Sales and Marketing, LiveU: , overseeing the company's strategic
relationships with national broadcast and cable networks, major studios, O&Os, sports networks and leagues, music, and more, and manages the company's offerings for online programmers and platforms.  As part of LiveU, Ken has been closely involved in the online live productions of various Super Bowls, Grammy Awards, All Star Weekends, global high-profile news and sporting events, and innovative web productions such as Focus Rally and David on Demand. Previously, Ken led the launch of video and social media products at Business Wire - A Berkshire Hathaway Company; developed Video on Demand (VOD) products at Cox Communications; co-founded the web solutions firm i-Sites Interactive Media; and consulted for a number of digital media startups including, Flixwagon, and others.

Jonathan Hurd, Director, Altman Vilandrie & Company: Jonathan Hurd joined Altman Vilandrie &
Company in 2006. He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience in communications, media and related technology sectors. Jonathan’s primary areas of expertise include business and marketing strategy, new business creation and launch, integrated consumer and business services, and customer and sales channel segmentation and targeting. Jonathan’s experience in the IPTV realm includes customer targeting, partner evaluation, demand modeling, and business case development. With unique insight into competitive trends and consumer perceptions about content and communications services, Jonathan works with clients to develop differentiated video strategies. Jonathan’s extensive marketing background enables him to recommend product and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences as IP-delivered video moves towards broad adoption. Prior to joining Altman Vilandrie & Company, Jonathan was a Vice President with ADVENTIS. Before that, he was a Partner in the Communication, Information and Entertainment practice of Mercer Management Consulting. Jonathan has also served as Vice President of Marketing for a computer peripherals manufacturer, and has held marketing and strategic planning positions at Lotus Development Corporation. In addition, he has served as a software development product manager in industries including financial services, computer peripherals, video game development and management consulting. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from M.I.T., and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
