Aimee Duell, Executive Vice President, Brand Partnerships for Believe Entertainment Group (BE Group), oversees all of sales & distribution, taking each of the company’s properties to market. These include the new original animated series “The LeBrons” with LeBron James, "In the Booth," a behind-the-scenes docu-drama with world's #1 DJ/producer Tiësto, and the Webby Award winning multi-medium show for moms, MommyCast, and MommyCast Latina. In fall 2012 BE Group and Duell will launch a new lifestyle and entertainment news series with Jennifer Lopez, “TBE.” Duell manages BE Group’s brand and distribution relationships with partners such as HP, Intel, P&G/Pampers, Nike, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and more. Duell most recently served as U.S. Director of Drum @ PHD, a virtual studio within Omnicom media agency PHD, and before that, she led branded entertainment initiatives for Pepsi at Green Room Entertainment, a strategic business unit within global media agency OMD. Previously, she oversaw branded entertainment for a decade at Sony PlayStation. Duell has over 16 years experience creating and executing innovative and engaging entertainment platforms and programs for a wide variety of global, blue-chip brands including Sony, Pepsi, HBO, Discovery Network, Hyatt Hotels, GSK, Visa, Hershey’s and Quaker among others.



Anittah Patrick is the founder and principal of thinking/marketing, a digital strategy firm whose clients have included Scholastic, American Apparel, and Redken. Prior to starting her own company, she launched new products and new distribution channels for brands including Citi, Cialis, American Express, and hundreds of household names in both consumer magazines (e.g. Real Simple) and higher education (e.g. Northwestern University). She is also the founder of DinnerGrrls.org, a women's networking organization that has been mentioned in outlets ranging from BUST magazine to the Wall Street Journal, and has spoken about career development for the Women's Leadership Initiative at Yale University. Her fiscal fitness startup, CreditCardio, finished second during the April 2012 Startup Weekend in Philadelphia, and she mentors high school aged female entrepreneurs through Startup Corps. Patrick has over 13 years experience helping new and established firms alike capitalize on the unique value-add of digital channels, and throughout, issues regarding both individual female mentorship and structural gender equity -- particularly in the technology space -- have remained important to her.

Missy Foristall - a leading media industry executive, joined MediaLink as Senior Vice President of Operations, Foristall works vertically across all projects; focusing on marketing, process, project management andcapacity planning. Foristall has a broad range of experience, having most recently held the position of SVP, Digital Programming and Strategy at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia. At MSLO, Foristall managed the digital strategy among web, mobile and social properties across the four MSLO magazines and Merchandising, TV and Ad Sales initiatives. Prior to MLSO, Foristall spent 13 years at Razorfish and her final role at that company was Managing Director of the NY office. In this role, she managed the web development team of 150+ people, which included the technology, creative, project management and user experience teams. In her tenure at Razorfish, she also held project management, operations and user experience and client management roles.

Scott Marsden is Senior Vice President, Director Digital for Initiative one of the Interpublic Group's (NYSE: IPG) two worldwide media networks and part of the company's IPG Mediabrands unit. Based out of the firm's New York office, he is responsible for delivering digital marketing strategy and results on behalf of the agency's clients including MillerCoors, USAA, Hasbro, NIKON and several others. Scott brings more than a decade of expertise in the digital industry including business development, sales marketing, e-commerce and direct response. He is also charged with growing the agency's New York digital offering including responsibility for digital talent management and integration into the firm's overall performance approach. Prior to Initiative, Scott was Vice President, Director for True Action Network where he was responsible for e-commerce efforts on behalf of Toys 'R' Us. During his tenure on the account, Toys 'R' Us saw record growth through its digital sales platforms. Scott also served in positions of increasing authority including Group Director, Strategy for media agency OMD overseeing the Frito Lay, Visa, ABSOLUT, Hertz, Bank of America and National Football League accounts. He also held the position of Assistant Media Director and for creative agency Ogilvy. Scott graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Marketing from Deakin University in Melbourne, Australia. A native of Australia, he currently makes his home in Manhattan with his wife and two cats despite his claims of being a dog person.

Chick Foxgrover, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer has spent over 25 years in creative technologies management and interactive arts practice and development. From bulletin boards to the internet Chick has been an online regular since 1986. Chick brings a thorough knowledge of interactive technology and digital media production, with deep experience in developing creative digital solutions for many kinds of businesses. Chick managed the technology for Citibank's first digital print and presentation department then went to FCB New York (now DraftFCB) as the director of creative technology, managing all technology planning and processes for the digital print and video studios while developing some of the agency's first Web and other digital interactive projects. Prior to joining the 4A's in 2008, Chick was Managing Director of Interactive Communications at Wechsler, a marketing communications firm specializing in the financial services industry. Under his leadership Wechsler designed, built and implemented interactive marketing and e-commerce web solutions for Chase, Riversource/Ameriprise, JPMorgan Asset Management, and many other prestigious brands, winning two Web Marketing Association WebAwards in 2008. He now manages the 4A's technology and has created a community and conference (CreateTech) for creative technologists in advertising and marketing. Chick also volunteers his skills to manage the Internet presence for the Greenworker Coop in the South Bronx, Friends of Firefighters in Brooklyn, and other groups. Chick spent much his twenties in Paris and West Berlin eventually landing in Brooklyn where he lives with his wife, Anne Kostick.

Lynn Teo - Appointed to the role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO) at McCann earlier this year, Lynn Teo is a seasoned interactive executive with over 15 years experience building and leading cross-domain global teams that sit at the intersection of physical and digital expressions of experience design. Her primary focus is to shape products, services, systems, and communications that create positive, rewarding, and integrated customer experiences. She oversees McCann's client portfolio to ensure that an understanding of human needs and interactions sits at the core of all brand innovations. Her thought leadership and expertise in multi-platform interactive design complement McCann's leadership in integrated marketing communications. Previously, Teo served as Creative Director and Head of User Experience at AKQA New York, specializing in creating blended digital experiences that integrate e-commerce, content, and brand for clients in the retail sector. Prior to AKQA, she directed New York and London-based experience design and creative teams at global integrated agency SapientNitro. Earlier in her career, she held design lead roles at UX-focused design management consultancies, including five-year tenure at Bell Communications Research. She is active in the NY startup community, specializing in lifestyle products & services (web, mobile, apps), and social/community-based experiences. In her free time, she mentors budding young women in design and technology through an external thesis advisory role at Detroit's College for Creative Studies. Lynn is an active public speaker. She has spoken at both large and small events, ranging from national conferences (SXSW in Austin) to small intimate niche conferences (Frontiers of Interaction in Italy). She holds an MA from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Marjorie Hall is Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, at CBS. Based out of CBS's corporate office in NY she is responsible for partnering with fortune 500 brands and agencies to deliver customized solutions utilizing all of CBS's local assets. Marjorie brings 20 years of experience in Sales, Brand Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development, Strategic R&D Marketing, and Senior Sales Management in Europe and the US in sectors as varied as Media (CBS & Tribune), Consumer Packaged Goods (Johnson & Johnson) and Medical Device & Diagnostics (Johnson & Johnson). Her strengths involve start-up, turnaround, and sustaining business environments by delivering results through turnaround leadership, driving organizational change, and developing the talent pipeline.
Marjorie graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Marine Biology from the University of Miami, an MBA in Finance, and an MS in International Business. A native of Brazil, she speaks 4 languages and she currently makes her home in Manhattan.
