Sima Sistani, Director, Business Development & Strategy, IntoNow/Yahoo: Sima leads business development and strategy for IntoNow/Yahoo, a TV companion experience with patented indexing technology that identifies what's being watched, down to the individual episode within seconds. Sima is a media and entertainment technophile overseeing product partnerships, content strategy, monetization and expansion. Before joining Yahoo, Sima co-founded Rogue Paper, a mobile application company powering social TV solutions for television networks, which was acquired in November 2011. She was also an early member of start-up television network, Plum TV. Previously, Sima worked at top institutions, Goldman Sachs and Creative Artists Agency. Sima graduated from Duke University and received her MBA at Kellogg School of Management (Northwestern). In her free time she enjoys eating avocados, television, and practicing yoga. Ohm.

Ashley Swartz, Founder, Furious-Minds Inc.: Ashley began her career at a large
manufacturer, developing commodity pricing models and standardizing business processes in over 42 countries. While pursuing her MBA in Europe, she founded and worked for two start-ups, giving her entree into telecommunications. Post MBA, she was recruited by Sony Ericsson to work on four continents in 2 years to learn the business, landing in a role licensing mobile content and developing and deploying cross channel mobile marketing programs. At the time she used this unique knowledge to start Eiko Media in 2003, a boutique new media shop. Eiko grew into the largest independent in-game advertising shop in the US, representing clients such as Ubisoft, 2K Sports and Eidos Interactive. It was at Eiko where Ashley developed a deep understanding of integrated marketing and cross channel promotions through the packaging and sale of complex advertising programs for video game publishers, major video game retailers and automotive manufacturers. Eiko was sold to a dynamic in-game advertising company called Double Fusion in 2006 and Ashley remained there until 2008, when she chartered the Emerging Media practice at PHD. Prior to joining Digitas in late 2009, Ashley took an opportunity to act as interim CEO of AG8, a London-based Transmedia think tank launching a digital open source media franchise for Ridley and Tony Scott under the Creative Commons License. While at Digitas, Ashley led the Global Samsung business, developing content for localization and distribution in 72 markets around the world and founded the iTV practices. With the rapid changes occurring in traditional media in this post PC era, and the ever increasing delivery of content through IP enabled channels, Ashley founded Furious-Minds Inc. in 2012. Furious-Minds Inc. is a collective of media, technology and advertising executives who assist companies of all sizes and growth in developing scalable new technology products and advertising solutions. Ashley lives in NYC and has a B.S. in Finance from the Stern School at NYU and MBA from RSM, The Netherlands.

Prakash Venkataraman, Partnerships and Business Development, Miso: Prakas
h is part of the Partnerships and Business Development team, focusing on Miso's domestic and international operator, technology, brand and agency partnerships. Prior to joining Miso, Prakash spent more than ten years in various roles across different industries. Most recently, he was a brand marketer focusing on innovation and launching new lines of Oreo cookies for Kraft Foods. He also has experience in investment banking and managed a non-profit program in the US and Asia. Prakash received his MBA from the prestigious Kellogg School of Management and his BA from Rice University, where he was a Varsity tennis player.

Evan Krauss, EVP, Advertising Sales, Shazam Entertainment: Evan Krauss joined Shaz
am in November 2010, bringing more than 18 years experience in Internet, mobile and digital media. At Shazam, Evan is responsible for global advertising sales for the company and for growing its ability to deliver customised marketing solutions for agencies, brands and broadcasters who are realising that they can deliver tailored, measurable marketing campaigns into people's hands with the ability to Shazam television programming, radio shows and commercials. Prior to joining Shazam, Evan was SVP Global Ad Sales & Business Development, JumpTap Inc. Previously, Evan spent six and a half years at Yahoo! where his last role was as Managing Director of Yahoo!'s Connected Life Business unit. Evan has built from scratch and managed some of the earliest and most successful Internet advertising teams at Excite, AOL, Looksmart and Yahoo! He has been directly responsible for hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and forging new Internet advertising products and models since 1995. Prior to his role at JumpTap, Krauss was President, CEO of online video editing service, Cuts.

Meghann Sills Elrhoul, VP Client Services & Analytics, Trendrr: Meg
hann Sills Elrhoul most recently served as the Manager of Analytics for Nielsen, the world's leading marketing and media information company. In her role, she was responsible for developing analytics-based consulting and solutions for the social media community in addition to social media product development. Meghann played a pivotal role in expanding Nielsen's thought leadership efforts across the media landscape, focusing on the increasingly demanding and growing social media sector. Prior to joining Nielsen, Meghann gained analytical experience in the finance industry working for Jefferies & Co, Inc, a global investment banking firm. She completed her Master's Degree in Business Management Systems from New York University where she did extensive thesis research on the statistical relationships between social media and television. This work earned her the best thesis award at NYU. Meghann received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from University of South Florida.

Greg Consiglio is EVP, Business Development at Viggle, Inc responsible for strategic partnerships involving TV networks, cable and satellite companies, reward partners, wireless providers and brand marketers. Greg was most recently Executive Vice President of Business Development at Ticketmaster, the diversified live entertainment and marketing company. While at Ticketmaster he oversaw teams responsible for new business initiatives including online affiliate sales and marketing, online sponsorships, advertising sales, third party alliances, resale sponsorships, and the creation and management of new revenue streams beyond ticketing. In 2006, prior to joining Ticketmaster, he lead Corporate Development for GoFish, an online video network, and was the CEO of Wellness Solutions International, a provider ofonline sales and marketing systems to the direct sales industry. Previously he spent seven years at America Online serving in a variety of business development and operating roles including Managing Director, AOL Asia based in Hong Kong, China. Greg left AOL in 2003 as Senior Vice President, overseeing International Operations and Business Development. His early career included roles in the consulting practice of KPMG and government affairs for Nortel and advising companies on new market development strategies. Greg holds a BA from Clark University and an MA from The American University, School of International Service.

Stacy Jolna, Chief Marketing Officer, ConnecTV: Stacy Jolna is Chief Marketing Officer
and Co-Founder of ConnecTV, the biggest social network designed for TV and sports fans. Prior to co-founding ConnecTV, Jolna was part of the founding executive team of TiVo, where he forged business alliances and brought in investments from nearly every major media company to help propel TiVo to a successful IPO. His work at TiVo led Advertising Age to place Jolna on its “Marketing 100” and “i20” lists of leading new media executives. Jolna was later recruited by Newscorp's Gemstar-TV Guide to create and launch TV Guide SPOT, a short-form video network for the web, mobile and cable VOD. Jolna currently resides in Los Angeles, California with his wife, Dr. Karon Jolna and son Ethan. His favorite TV show of all time is Homeland and mantra to live by is “It's all good!”

Rick Howe is a Cable TV Pioneer, inducted in 2011, who spent five years with ATC (the predecessor of Time Warner Cable), 12 years at Showtime Networks, and 20 years providing product and business development services to content and technology providers in the television community. The co-author of a patent for the use of multiscreen mosaics in Electronic Program Guides, her writes a regular column as "The iTV Doctor" for Interactive TV Today (<>
