Bob Bress is Senior Director of Product Management and Analytics at Visible World. In that role he
has applied his expertise in data and analytics to lead development of the next generation of advanced advertising products for television. Prior to Visible World, Bob worked in the energy industry, providing advanced analytics services for innovative demand-side energy programs. Bob also worked at GE's Global Research Center in the Applied Statistics Lab where he worked on cutting edge statistical applications for developing technologies for a variety of GE businesses. Bob has a B.S. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute where he also completed graduate degrees in Operations Research and Statistics.

Eyal Goldwerger, CEO, TargetSpot: Eyal Goldwerger is the Chief Executive Officer of TargetSpot Inc., the nation's largest digital audio advertising network. Eyal is a seasoned entrepreneur with diverse experience leading technology ventures in a variety of industries. Most recently, he was Chief Executive Officer of XMPie Inc., a software company providing marketing applications to enterprises, agencies and commercial printers. Eyal led XMPie through rapid growth up to its successful acquisition by Xerox Corporation. Prior to that, Eyal held various leadership positions, serving as EVP Consumer Products & Distribution at a contextual online advertising network, and was Founder and CEO of, an Internet-based global trading system for container shipping capacity. Previously, he was a consultant at The Boston Consulting Group in New York. Eyal is a Board Member at Galil Software, which provides R&D and QA outsourcing services in a wide range of domains. He holds an MBA from INSEAD, and a B.A. in Economics, Rector's Honor, from Tel Aviv University.

Craig Davis, Founder and CEO, Relevvant: Craig started his passion of taking complex data sources and making them into real-time decision-making engines while in the investment banking industry, where he began his career as a quant developing complex algorithms and models, then working at companies like Credit Suisse and Banc of America. After leaving the banking industry in 2006, Craig moved his passion for technology into the marketing industry where he founded The Standard Issue, a digital advertising company that was acquired in 2007. Craig has now taken his complex background and expertise to focus on developing a robust platform that allows brands and agencies to leverage social and other big data sources to better understand and target their customers with real-time actionable decisions. Craig graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Computer Science Engineering and Economics. He is an avid skier, traveler and painter and also speaks four languages. Craig is based in San Francisco.

Warren Schlichting, Senior Vice President, DISH Media Sales & Analytics: A veteran advertising
and media executive, Warren Schlichting recently joined DISH Network to lead their Media Sales & Analytics division. In this role Schlichting oversees all short-form and long-form advertising sales for the country’s third largest pay TV provider and has responsibility for DISH’s ground-breaking viewer measurement effort built on data collected daily from over five million settop boxes. Prior to joining DISH Schlichting led Comcast’s advanced advertising efforts on multiple media and ad delivery platforms including broadband, interactive television and video-on-demand. Schlichting spearheaded Comcast’s efforts to form Canoe Ventures, the cable industry consortium dedicated to bringing advanced advertising to network television, and was integral to negotiating terms, creating strategy and executing on the initial Canoe business plan. Before arriving at Comcast Schlichting was also CEO of Hiwire, a Los Angeles-based technology company that provided online ad replacement software for ClearChannel and other radio stations. Schlichting has served in executive positions for Morgan Stanley and the William E. Simon private equity group and has an A.B. degree in Economics from Harvard University. A former Cable Top 100 Heavyhitters and two term Board member of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), Schlichting recently served as Co-Chair of the IAB’s 5 Year Plan. He has received the Cable Advertising Bureau’s President’s Award and is a frequent panelist on the topic of advanced advertising.

Jeffrey Hochberg, Vice President of Sales, AOL's Audience Targeting, AOL: Jeff Hochberg is the Vic
e President of Sales for AOL's Audience Targeting product suite, which commands the largest online reach of any network, according to comScore. He manages a national team of Audience Targeting sellers, overseeing new advertiser acquisition and custom client solutions for Behavioral, Psychographic, Demographic Technographic and Geographic Targeting. Prior to his current role, Jeff was the Regional Vice President of Sales for and managed two regional sales teams in New York and Boston. Jeff has also held numerous other management positions during his nine-year tenure with and AOL. Jeff began his career on the agency side with both Organic Online and Grey Design and Promotion, where he advised major clients including Compaq and Chase Manhattan. Jeff holds a BA from Syracuse University and an MBA in Marketing from New York University's Stern School of Business. He resides with his wife and two daughters in New Rochelle, New York.

Lewis Rothkopf, General Manager, AMP Publisher Solutions: As GM, AMP Publisher
Solutions at Collective, Lewis Rothkopf oversees all aspects of the AMP technology division, including sales, operations, client services and support. Before Collective Lewis held the position of Senior Vice President, Network and Exchange at BrightRoll, where he was in charge of broadening BrightRoll' s audience reach and enhancing client value by building strategic partnerships with the top companies in the IP video ecosystem. Prior to joining BrightRoll, Rothkopf was head of distribution for the National Broadband Company (NBBC), NBC Universal's digital video syndication business, where he was responsible for connecting premium digital video owners with the Web's premier publishers. Active in the digital media community for more than a decade, Rothkopf spent five years at DoubleClick's TechSolutions for Publishers business, most recently as sales and account management leader. At LightningCast, one of the first video advertising companies, he was as director of sales for the video ad insertion technology business, where he helped ready the company for acquisition by AOL. In those capacities, Rothkopf spearheaded technology and media solutions for numerous industry leaders, including AOL, Washington Post, Newsweek Interactive, Disney/ABC, Scripps Networks, MTV Networks, CBS Inc., Knight Ridder Digital and United Online, among many others. Lewis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Boston University and lives in New York City with his wife, Nichole and daughter.

Benjamin Chen is a leader in business and technology management, with over 25 years of experience working with both startups and fortune companies, focused on media, online advertising, interactive agency, enterprise software, content management systems, networking and data centers. Mr. Chen was the Founder and CEO of Mochila, a leading content syndication platform for delivering customized solutions for brand advertisers and premium publishers. Mr. Chen has worked as an external entrepreneur in residence for both JP Morgan and Mission Ventures as well as acted as an advisor conducting due diligence on new business models and technologies for GE Capital. At iXL, a strategic interactive agency (now part of Publicis Groupe), Mr. Chen was the global CTO and CIO responsible for all internal and external technology initiatives, as well as leading the due diligence in the acquisition and integration of over 30 companies, helping grow the company in three years from 60 to 3,000 people, with offices in the US, Europe and Asia. Client engagements included work for AT&T, Delta Airlines, FedEx, GE, Sony and WebMD. He was part of the management team that took iXL public in 1999, with a market capitalization of over 4 billion. Mr. Chen was Founder and CEO of AppGenesys, CTO for Boxtop Interactive and Founder and CTO of Ironlight Digital (bought by Publicis Groupe). Mr. Chen also worked at CBS Studio Center, as a technologist working on the convergence of prime time television content and the internet. Mr. Chen produced the 1996 Emmy Awards Cybercast. Mr. Chen is frequently a speaker and panelist to new media, technology and venture conferences. Mr. Chen is a graduate from the University of Southern California and has Black Belts in Tae Kwon Do and Hapkido.
