George Gallate, Global Chairman, Euro RSCG 4D: George was an early pioneer of digital marketing.
By 1995, he started one of Euro RSCG’s first digital agencies in Australia and then built Euro RSCG’s digital network in Asia from a Singapore base. In 1997, George became the Global Director of Euro RSCG Interaction, responsible for the worldwide development of the digital network. He moved to New York in 1998 and took on the additional responsibility of running the Intel account, Euro RSCG’s largest client at the time. He was based in New York for seven years. While in New York, George launched Euro RSCG 4D, which was ranked by Adweek as the largest global digital network five years in a row. He has served on many juries and was President of the Jury for the Cannes Cyber Lions in 2002.  George is a recognized industry speaker. He made the digital keynote at Cannes in 2001. Moreover, he has spoken in the U.S., Mexico, Brazil, Israel, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok, and India. >From 2005 to 2008, George was the Regional CEO of Euro RSCG in Asia-Pacific and India, based in Shanghai, and was promoted to the Global Chairman position of Euro RSCG 4D. In addition to driving  Euro RSCG’s growth in Asia-Pacific, he managed the Dell and Volvo engagements. Three years ago, he returned to New York, where his focus has been the management of the Euro RSCG 4D network as well as Euro RSCG’s technology and B2B clients. Upon his return to New York, George led Euro RSCG’s successful pitch for IBM’s global digital business, a venture he now oversees.

Vivian Schiller, SVP & Chief Digital Officer, NBC News: As Senior Vice
President and Chief Digital Officer at NBC News, Vivian Schiller leads the digital strategy for both NBC News and MSNBC to ensure future growth and innovation. She joined NBC in July of 2011. Her responsibilities include strategic oversight of the network's digital extensions on the web, in mobile and social media, the network's new emerging properties such as NBCLatino.com and theGrio.com, and represents NBC News to the Joint Venture with Microsoft that oversees the Msnbc.com Digital Network. In addition to her role as Chief Digital Officer, Schiller oversees NBC News' Education initiatives-NBC Learn, the educational arm of NBC News, and Education Nation, NBC News' initiative to engage the country in a solutions-focused conversation about the state of education in America. This includes oversight of partnerships, tour events, an annual national summit and EducationNation.com. She also represents NBC News on the board of Msnbc.com Digital Network and the board of The Weather Channel. Schiller was most recently President and CEO of NPR, leading all of NPR's worldwide media operations, including the organization's partnerships with a network of more than 900 public radio stations. During her tenure, NPR received the highest honors in excellence in journalism, grew its audience by double digits, and earned recognition in the mobile and digital space. Prior to joining NPR, Schiller served at The New York Times Company as Senior Vice President and General Manager of NYTimes.com. Schiller led the day-to-day operations of NYTimes.com, the largest newspaper website on the Internet, overseeing product, technology, marketing, classifieds, strategic planning, and business development. Previously, Schiller spent four years as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Discovery Times Channel, a joint venture of The New York Times and Discovery Communications. Schiller launched the network, and under her leadership, Discovery Times Channel tripled its distribution while achieving critical acclaim for its award winning journalistic programming. Schiller also served as the head of CNN Productions, where she led CNN's long-form programming efforts. Documentaries and series produced under her auspices earned multiple honors, including three Peabody Awards, four Alfred I. DuPont-Columbia University Awards, and dozens of Emmys. Schiller resides in Bethesda, MD, with her husband and two children.

She has executive produced more than 300 television productions including series such as: the top-rated Clifford The Big Red Dog™ and the Emmy award-winning spin-off series Clifford’s Puppy Days™; Dear America“; the Emmy Award-winning I SPY“ and The Magic School Bus“ series; Animorphs“; Goosebumps“ and the critically acclaimed Word Girl series. Ms. Forte, is the creator and executive producer of the animated series Maya & Miguel™, which debuted to rave reviews. Based on an original concept by Ms. Forte, Maya & Miguel is at the core of a multi-media initiative designed to promote cultural diversity. Additional producing credits include the feature films: The Babysitters Club, The Mighty and Tuck Everlasting. Ms. Forte produced for New Line/ Warner Bros.The Golden Compass, based on Philip Pullman’s best-selling trilogy, His Dark Materials, starring Nicole Kidman and Daniel Craig. Ms. Forte’s productions have won more than 100 awards including Emmys, Parents Choice, Humanitas, and an Academy Award. The interactive games, software, and web sites currently managed under her direction have won dozens of awards and industry honors, including the Webby. Ms. Forte serves on the board of the American Center for Children and Media, and is a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, BAFTA, and The Producers Guild. Ms. Forte is a frequent speaker regarding the creation and development of children’s media and brands.

David Lang, President, North America, Mindshare Entertainment: In this new world of marrying entertainment, media and branded content, David Lang has had success on all fronts - he's won an Emmy award in television; has been recognized as one of the “17 most influential and innovative” after earning Ad Age's Media Maven award and Mediaweek's Media All Star award; and was a recipient of a Bronze Medal at the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival. As President of Mindshare Entertainment in North America since 2007, Lang oversees all creative development & production, strategic marketing and partnerships in the entertainment marketing arena, as well as focuses on the creation of new economic models in this fast-moving space. At Mindshare he sits on the North American Management Committee. Lang and Mindshare Entertainment (MSE) have achieved unparalled success and ROI in the creation and execution of immersive entertainment marketing experiences. Over the past six years, Lang and his team have produced more than 100 projects for Fortune 500 marketers across a vast array of categories and targets. Cella Irvine, Chief Executive Officer, Vibrant: Cella Irvine brings more than 25 years of leadership
experience in the digital, media and technology industries to her role as the CEO of Vibrant, the world's largest provider of premium contextual advertising. Before joining Vibrant in October 2011, Cella was CEO of The New York Times Company's About Group, where she led extensive efforts in contextual advertising - a main driver of About.com's revenue. Under Cella's leadership, About dramatically expanded its content and language offerings. Prior to About, she was Chief Administrative Officer of Digitas, an ad agency unit of Publicis, where she was responsible for operational, administrative and governance functions. Before Digitas, Cella was Global Head of Strategic Planning and then Chief Operations Officer for a business unit of Marsh, Inc., a risk consulting firm. She has also previously held management roles at Hearst and Prodigy. She received her B.A. in History from Cornell University and an M.B.A.from Harvard University.
