We have entered the age of all video all the time. Video is no longer a manifestation of TV, video is a web experience, a mobile experience, as well as an IPTV, Cable and Satellite experience. Video is how consumers relate to the world. The conversion to the all-video culture has been so quiet and so quick, the implications of what an all-video culture may mean is only first becoming part of the national business and intellectual conversation. In this session, we are delighted to bring a group technology and communication experts who - through their own experience - have defined how the multi-screen universe has taken shape.

Yoav Schreiber, Marketing Manager, Service Provider Video Solutions, Cisco: Yoav Schreiber has more than 12 years experience in technology, strategy, marketing and investment analysis. Before joining Cisco’s Service Provider Video Solutions Marketing, Yoav was Senior Analyst for Digital Media Infrastructure at Current Analysis, where he built the company’s video networking market and competitive intelligence service, leading efforts to help clients advance their competitive positioning in areas such as multi-screen video delivery, content delivery networks, video processing, and advanced advertising. Yoav has been a speaker and moderator at the IPTV World Forum, NAB, and Telco TV, as well as contributor to publications such as FierceCable. Previously, Yoav worked at the Corporate Executive Board (EXBD), helping Fortune 1000 data center managers improve their operations and efficiency by leveraging industry best practices, and at the Precursor Group, where he provided investment research and advice to institutional investors in the enterprise software market. Yoav received his Bachelor’s Degree from Tufts University, and has a Master’s Degree in International Relations from the University of Chicago. He lives in Washington, DC without a TV in his home.

Derrick Frost, Senior Vice President of Global IP Video Solutions, Alcatel-Lucent: Prior to joining
Alcatel-Lucent, Derrick was the Founder & CEO of Invision.TV, an online video and IPTV services provider.Derrick spent over 11 years in the cable industry, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Time Warner Cable. In this role, Derrick led the corporate organization that was responsible for building and operating the technology platform required to deliver the Road Runner Internet and Digital Phone services to Time Warner Cable customers nationwide. In addition, Derrick has served as Vice President & GM of Eastern Affiliate Operations at Excite@Home and held executive positions at Anderson Consulting and IBM. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland.










Kelly Egan, Fanhattan- VP Business Development, Fanhattan: Kelly lea
ds the Business Development initiatives for Fanhattan. Kelly is a seasoned executive with over 14 years of experience and expertise in building stakeholder value and strategic direction. An expert in the global sectors of technology, consumer electronics, and digital media, he has led growth initiatives for both Fortune 100 companies as well as young start-ups. Prior to Fanhattan, Kelly was the Vice President and Business Development and Sales at the consumer electronics company, Veebeam. Kelly was also the Senior Vice President of Business Development, Sales, and Strategy at the leading Internet Television company, Swarmcast. Prior to Swarmcast, Kelly was a member of the corporate strategy and entertainment team at the leading electronics retailer, Best Buy. As the Director of Strategy, Kelly led efforts to expand Best Buy's offerings and market strategy for its Entertainment and Electronics business through strategic ventures and new growth innovations. During his tenure, Kelly was responsible for building and acquiring new offerings targeting digital distribution platforms, mobile entertainment, and consumer electronics. Previous career highlights included strategy and marketing roles at IBM Global Services and the video game publisher, Activision. He holds a BA in Mass Media Studies from Loyola University of Chicago and an MBA from The Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is a frequent speaker at technology and media conferences including CES, Digital Hollywood, and the Annual New York Media Summit.

Anthony (Tony) Dunaif, Senior Vice President, Syndication and Strategic Partnerships, HealthiNation: Prior to joining HealthiNation, Tony was Chief Marketing Officer of Inform Technologies where he led sales and marketing, business development, customer/partner support and management, and public relations functions. He joined Inform from Internet Broadcasting, a leading provider of digital publishing solutions for media publishers and advertisers. As General Manager of their Media Network and Senior Vice President of Market Development, Tony was responsible for growing major external relationships as well as developing and executing strategies around the company's mobile initiatives. Tony also worked at online video platform Brightcove and held several senior posts throughout his twelve year tenure at MTV Networks. Tony earned a BA in English Literature from Union College and an MBA from IESE, the International Graduate School of Management, based in Barcelona, Spain.

Jonathan Hurd, Director, Altman Vilandrie & Company: Jonathan Hurd joined Altman Vilandrie &
Company in 2006. He has more than 20 years of consulting and industry experience in communications, media and related technology sectors. Jonathan’s primary areas of expertise include business and marketing strategy, new business creation and launch, integrated consumer and business services, and customer and sales channel segmentation and targeting. Jonathan’s experience in the IPTV realm includes customer targeting, partner evaluation, demand modeling, and business case development. With unique insight into competitive trends and consumer perceptions about content and communications services, Jonathan works with clients to develop differentiated video strategies. Jonathan’s extensive marketing background enables him to recommend product and marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences as IP-delivered video moves towards broad adoption. Prior to joining Altman Vilandrie & Company, Jonathan was a Vice President with ADVENTIS. Before that, he was a Partner in the Communication, Information and Entertainment practice of Mercer Management Consulting. Jonathan has also served as Vice President of Marketing for a computer peripherals manufacturer, and has held marketing and strategic planning positions at Lotus Development Corporation. In addition, he has served as a software development product manager in industries including financial services, computer peripherals, video game development and management consulting. Jonathan earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from M.I.T., and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
