The HyperConnected Consumer - Mobile Device and Mobile Network - Integrating the Full PC Experience into a Personal Communications Device
The Tablet and Smartphone are now America’s new Number One fascination. Together – or individually – they are the most important and popular personal accessory. What was thought to be absurd two years ago is now fait accompli. The Tablet and Smartphone platform has emerged as a mini-computer platform, with a full range of communication and entertainment dynamics. Tablets and SmartPhones are for watching TV, watching friends on vacation and for watching movies and communicating at all times. SmartPhones and Tablets are for texting, social networking and email and sometimes, for making a phone call. The Tablet and Smartphone culture, what it is and what it will become, is only now beginning to be understood.
