Sheryl Goldstein, Chief Revenue Officer, House Party: Sheryl Goldstein has been at the forefront of social and digital marketing trends for more than 25 years. As House Party’s CRO, Goldstein is responsible for driving revenue and leading the sales team. Previously, Goldstein worked as SVP of Sales for Interactive One, LLC, the digital connection for Black America, and the digital division of Radio One, Inc., the largest African-American multimedia company. Before Interactive One, Goldstein was SVP of Sales at About.com, where she built and managed the sales organization for one of the 15 most visited websites in the U.S. Under her leadership, the company gained significant market share from key accounts including Wal-Mart, Unilever, Target and T-Mobile. Prior to About.com, Goldstein was Regional Sales Director for AOL, where she managed a team that attracted blue-chip accounts, such as Procter & Gamble and Verizon Communications.






Terrence Cummings is VP of Partnerships and Strategy at Hands-On Entertainment. Prior to joining Hands-On, Terrence was the Manager of Customer Strategy and Development at Linden Lab, creator of Second Life. There he led company-wide strategic planning, and was responsible for driving new growth opportunities within Second Life's consumer, enterprise, and educational segments. Terrence is a former consultant within McKinsey & Company's Strategy Practice, where he served clients in the energy, healthcare, and technology sectors. Prior to McKinsey, he worked with Jim Collins, author of Good to Great and Built to Last, studying the secrets of enduring great organizations. Passionate about education, Terrence serves on the Bay Area Executive Council of the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship where he supports the IT strategy for NFTE Bay Area's digital classroom initiatives, helping to develop and maintain corporate strategic and financial technology partnerships. He holds degrees in Finance, Economics and Entrepreneurship from the University of Colorado.

Raman Kia is the Director of Social Media at Starworks Group. His current clients include the Net-A-Porter Group, Loewe (LVMH), Lancome (L'Oreal USA), and kate spade new york. Previously, Raman was the Director of Social Media, as well as the Director of Human Resources & Operations at Morpheus Media, representing such clients as Belvedere vodka, Hennessy, Grand Marnier, The New York Times, The Economist, A&E Television Networks, Bergdorf Goodman, and Lord & Taylor. Raman holds a Master's degree in Business & Marketing from the University of London, as well as a Bachelor's degree in English Literature. Raman is a certified Senior Human Resources Professional and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management. Raman also has a tonmeister degree in music.

YVES BERGQUIST, CHIEF STRATEGIST OFFICER, As Chief Strategist Officer, Yves Bergquist is the lead architect for VZillion's corporate strategy, which involves designing and managing the lifestyle technology company's ecosystem of technologies and partners. VZillion is building a next-generation platform that will provide users with a digital hub for their online and offline lives and a new way of experiencing the Internet. Bergquist, who joined VZillion's executive team in February 2009, brings with him over 10 years of experience in corporate strategy and market creation. He served as a consultant designing organizations, business models and competitive strategies in high-velocity environments for clients including the Walt Disney Corporation, Ubisoft Entertainment, the U.S. Department of Defense and the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Prior to VZillion, Bergquist was part of the founding team and an academic advisor at Singularity University, a partnership between NASA, Google and ePlanet Ventures, where he helped design and manage the university's business, policy and forecasting curriculum. Bergquist holds a Master's Degree in History from the Sorbonne University in Paris, France and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Monterey Institute of International Studies in California.

Donny Makower
is the President of RED Interactive Agency. With over 12 years of digital experience, Donny has cultivated long-term partnerships with a wide variety of global brands. He oversees the success of client services, directs digital strategy for clients, manages company operations, and leads new business efforts. A trickster in his own right, Donny is also a member of the world-famous Magic Castle in Hollywood, California.
















Chas. Salmore, CEO, MWKS: A 25-year veteran of the entertainment and marketing in
dustry, Chas. is the Founder and CEO of Marketingworks, Inc., a leader in social-media activation and digital word-of-mouth outreach. Over the past nine years, Chas. has successfully generated gross revenues in excess of $95MM from direct marketing campaigns and innovative sales strategies. Prior to opening his own firm, Chas. held senior management positions with Marvel and Warner Bros as well as consulted for Disney, Fox, Sony, Kodak, Warner Bros. and many other Fortune 500’s. A graduate of UC Berkeley and UCLA’s prestigious Film/Television department, Chas. resides in Los Angeles with his wife and daughter. When not immersed in internet ventures, or lecturing extensively on the future of digital marketing, you can find Chas. surfing at Malibu or other Southern California point breaks.
