Mike Doherty – President, Cole & Weber United: Mike is an experienced marketer with over twenty-five years of experience creating effective growth strategies for a wide range of clients including Gallo, Nike, Pabst, The International Olympic Committee, Kellogg’s and Movie Gallery. Having worked on both the agency and client sides of the business, Mike offers a unique understanding of both the internal issues clients face and the ever-changing world of advertising and communications. His passion lies in helping clients find new ways to go beyond the boundaries of traditional advertising to effectively engage customers in branded experiences. Under Mike’s direction, Cole & Weber’s work has been recognized for both creativity and effectiveness in nearly every major communication award show. Mike is a contributor in online and offline publications such as Brandweek and Fast Company.

Carl Fremont, Executive Vice President, Global Media Director, Digitas: As global media director, Carl Fremont leads a department that has become one of the top buyers of digital media in the country, responsible for developing and executing the media, events, sponsorships, and partnerships that drive clients' acquisition and branding efforts. Carl also leads the Digital Marketing Group, overseeing all interactive marketing efforts from online advertising to emerging channels. Carl has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical category, including Pfizer, Roche, AstraZeneca, Glaxo Wellcome and Merck. Carl's experience is across many therapeutic segments and new product launches. Before joining Digitas, Carl was Executive VP, Director of Media Services at Wunderman. During his 16-year tenure there, Carl managed all direct response media activities for the company. Carl holds a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Sarah Anderson, Senior Vice President of Marketing, 2K, Take-Two Interactive: Sarah
joined 2K, a division of Take-Two Interactive, in May 2005 and is the senior vice president of marketing where she leads global marketing for 2K’s labels. A veteran in the interactive entertainment industry, Sarah has over 18 years of experience managing marketing and communications for games and leading edge new media. In addition to 2K, she has worked at Sega of America, SegaSoft Networks, Egreetings Network, Acclaim Entertainment and Kuma Games. Sarah has a BFA in graphic design from Paier College of Art and an MBA in marketing from the Graduate School of Management at the University of San Francisco. She lives in Novato, CA with her husband Dante and their 7 year old daughter.

Micah Donahue, Principal, Contact Strategy Director, Mechanica: As Director of Contact
Strategy, Micah is responsible for developing integrated media and channel approaches to reach client goals. While agencies practice “integration,” typically aligning superficial elements like logo, colors, and headlines across various forms of advertising, Contact Strategists are charged with taking a completely solutionsagnostic approach. The contact strategies Micah and his team construct recognize a 360- degree view of the customer, optimizing a wide range of touchpoints including internal communications, social media, advertising, web sites, direct marketing, call center scripts, and viral programs. Micah’s experience includes over 13 years of building brands and businesses by contributing passion, industry expertise, and receptivity to any solution to a problem. Currently, Micah leads Mechanica’s Contact Strategy discipline, and initiatives for Tribe Hummus/Veggie Patch foods, Saucony running shoes, Fallon Community Health Plan, Communispace, and Kronos, Inc. Micah's pro-bono efforts have included work for Healthy Child Healthy World, PBS, the American Cancer Society, and the Massachusetts Innovation and Technology Exchange.

Adam Boyden, President, Conduit: With over 20 years of experience in general management, team building and organizational leadership, Adam Boyden is responsible for strategic direction, marketing, business development and for Conduit. Previously, Boyden was the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing, and then General Manager of Xfire a provider of communications and tools to more than 11.5 million gamers worldwide that was acquired by MTV Networks for $110 million in 2006. Previously, he was the cofounder and former CEO of Autodaq (now OpenLane), the leading online automotive marketing company. Additionally, Boyden was the founder and former General Manager of the China Consultancy, an advisory firm to companies entering the Chinese market. Boyden holds a 1st Class Honors B.Sc. in Engineering Science from Exeter University, and an M.B.A from Stanford University. Adam’s expertise in marketing is showcased in Entrepreneur Magazine, to which he is a regular contributor, and several other publications including, iMediaConnection, Direct Marketing, MarketingProfs, MediaPost and SMBCEO.

Edward “Ted” Murphy, Founder & CEO, IZEA: Edward “Ted” Murphy is an energetic
, creative individual with a passion for innovation and zeal for change. A serial entrepreneur, Ted has founded six companies since 1994 and has a reputation for disruptive creativity. Andy Liu is founder and CEO of BuddyTV, the #1 independent web site for TV fans with over 5 million monthly visitors. A serial entrepreneur, he previously founded NetConversions which was acquired by Atlas. He is also an angel investor and sits on several boards. Andy received his BS in Electrical Engineering from Seattle Pacfic University and an MBA from Wharton Business School.
