Suzy Sandberg, President, PM Digital: Suzy Sandberg is president of PM Digital. Since 2001, Suzy and her seasoned management team have molded the company’s vision as it relates to, developing new products, new technologies and overseeing the day-to-day operations. Under Suzy’s leadership, PM Digital has quietly become one of the leading full-service internet marketing agencies specializing in search engine marketing. Suzy also sits as one of six members of the executive team of parent company ParadyszMatera, participating in the decision-making of the entire company. Both ParadyszMatera and PM Digital have deep roots in the retail sector. Suzy is well versed in retail issues, currently working with such high profile clients as Bloomingdale’s and Eileen Fisher, among others. Before PM Digital, Suzy spent seven years in magazine circulation, first at Newsweek as a direct mail manager and finally at Time Inc. as an associate director, managing direct mail campaigns for People, InStyle, Life and Entertainment Weekly. Drawn to the fast pace of internet marketing, Suzy thrives on the art of developing unique client strategies by creatively leveraging search engine interfaces. A graduate of NYU’s Stern School of Business, she is a member of the DMA Search Engine Marketing Council.

Lowell Goss - Founder, CEO, LOUD3R: Lowell has over a decade of experience in Internet
media and user experience strategy. Prior to founding LOUD3R, Lowell was the Senior Vice President of Product Development and User Experience at iFilm, a MTVN company. Previously, Lowell was the Senior Director of User Experience for the Yahoo! Media Group as well as, overseeing the design team for the Yahoo! home page, My Yahoo!, Yahoo Sports and Yahoo TV. Prior to Yahoo!, Lowell was the Director of Digital and Branding for several high profile design agencies: Rare Medium, where he set up the Los Angeles office, and Frog Design, where he oversaw client relationships including Ford Motor Company, Macromedia, Hewlett Packard, and Compaq. At CitySearch, Lowell held the position of Senior Interface Designer. Lowell holds a BFA in Film from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and attended the Interactive Telecommunication Program Master's program.

Bill Stephenson, Vice President, Sales and Client Service, The Nielsen Company, Online
Division: Bill Stephenson has been consulting companies on consumer-generated media (CGM) measurement and management since 2001 when he left Ford Motor Company to join an early pioneer in the CGM space called Intelliseek. Intelliseek merged with its main competitor BuzzMetrics which was then acquired by the Nielsen Company. BuzzMetrics joined NetRatings to form Nielsen Online, a division of the Nielsen Co. Since 2001, Bill has worked closely with managers and executives from just about every automaker in North America to help them monitor, measure, and manage the buzz about their company, products and competitors. In January, 2008, Bill took a leadership role and now manages the Automotive and Pharmaceutical sales and client services team for Nielsen Online which counts the top companies in each of these industries as clients. Prior to joining BuzzMetrics, Bill worked for the Lincoln-Mercury division of Ford Motor Company, where he was involved in acting on social media for the Lincoln brand team. Prior to Lincoln-Mercury, Bill spent nearly six years at Nissan North America in various areas of the business including Consumer Affairs, Market Research, Planning, and Dealer Operations. Bill earned an MBA from the University of Southern California, where he focused on entrepreneurship and marketing. He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from California Sate University, Sacramento. Bill lives in Orange County with his wife, three daughters and chocolate lab, Buddy.

tor, engage, and grow their real-time audience. At Tap11, Zbar raised over $16M in venture capital, created over 50 tier 1 enterprise partnerships, and his team won a Webby and Mobile Excellence Award for best mobile social site. Zbar has 20 years of experience as a digital media veteran developing and managing enterprise-class solutions for major brands, media companies, carriers, and technology companies. Zbar started his career at McKinsey & Company where he worked as a management consultant.












Marjorie DeHey Daleo, Chief Executive Officer, Mediavix: Ms. DeHey Daleo recently joined Mediavix as their Chief Executive Officer. Mediavix is a brand relationship management company that is in the process of becoming a public company. It was founded in 2009 and is backed by Universal Capital Management, a publicly traded equity fund. Prior to joining Mediavix, she founded MediaMojos, a digital media consultancy firm that works with such clients as AT&T, Verizon and AmericaOne and helps start-up companies find capital financing and provides strategic direction to companies in various stages of their development (she still serves as an advisor and Board member). Previously, Ms. DeHey Daleo served as the Senior Vice President of New Media, Entertainment and Telecommunications for Enterprise Ireland. While there, Ms. DeHey Daleo spearheaded the development of the digital media sector in Ireland to increase export sales and helped start-ups generate over $75 million in new business in 4 years. As a result of her work, the Digital Media Industry in Ireland has shown a growth of 17% in 2005, 23% in 2006, 29% in 2007 and 37% in 2008. Ms. Daleo also managed a Wireless and Media Advisory Board of Senior Executives (from top telecommunications and media companies) that was created to advise client companies. Additionally, she helps coordinated Irish Presidential and Ministerial trade missions to the United States and Canada. She was hired by Enterprise Ireland in 2004 to specifically to start-up and manage their Los Angeles office, which focuses on entertainment and new media. Ms. DeHey Daleo is also an experienced Competitive Intelligence Marketing Manager and Senior Consultant. As a Competitive Intelligence Marketing Manager, Ms. DeHey Daleo helped develop the 2004-2008 strategy for the Corporate Division of LexisNexis. As a Senior Corporate Consultant, Ms. DeHey Daleo helped corporations and studios stay abreast of current legal and ethical issues impacting corporate America and the entertainment industry. Her clients included such organizations as: Universal Studios, Hilton Hotels, E! Entertainment, Park Place Entertainment, Harrah’s, Countrywide and the Screen Actors' Guild. Prior to joining LexisNexis, Ms. DeHey Daleo worked for MGM studios, specializing in rights acquisitions and pre-production legal negotiations. Her projects included work on the original James Bond interactive media collection, negotiating the film rights arising from MGM’s acquisition of Orion Pictures and providing business and legal advice on numerous major motion pictures. In her over 4 year tenure, she helped in the library acquisitions of Cannon Films, Orion Pictures and other film libraries. Ms. DeHey Daleo has also worked in the new media arena, specializing in the distribution and protection of new media rights for the Motion Picture Association of America. She has spoken at UCLA, the America Corporate Counsel Association and various State Bar Associations on the topics of Branding a Country, Cybersquatting and Strategic Acquisitions. Ms. DeHey Daleo obtained her B.A. in Political Science from Cornell University, her M.B.A. in Strategic Marketing from UCLA's Anderson School of Business and her J.D. in Intellectual Property Law from California Western.

Richard Colback is the founder of Epic States, a strategy and business intelligence
consultancy focusing on the use of social media for businesses. His experience includes working as a strategic consultant with Bain and Company and Booker Tate, as well as managing several companies in operational and business development roles. He has been involved as a consultant in the Sports, Media, Transportation, Financial, Healthcare and Manufacturing industries. Mark Ghuneim, Chief Executive Officer / Founder, Wiredset and Trendrr:
As CEO of Wiredset, Mark Ghuneim is a new media visionary with expertise in social engagement, technology and behavioral trending as well as marketing for music, television and brands. Mark launched Wiredset in 2004 as a futuristic digital agency with the ability to incubate, create and execute all aspects of digital marketing. Recognizing the need for real time actionable data for his clients, Mark oversaw the development of a proprietary online tracking service that allows for unparalleled visibility into user behavior and market intelligence across a myriad of internet categories such as social networks, search engines and video sites. With headquarters in New York City and offices in L.A. and Seattle, Wiredset services top entertainment properties such as HBO, MTV, Bravo, Comedy Central, ESPN, Oxygen, Atom Films, Virgin Records, Universal Music Group, Sony BMG, and leading consumer brands such as Apple, Microsoft, Puma and Armani Exchange. Prior to starting Wiredset, Ghuneim spent 16 years with Sony Music USA, where he was most recently Senior Vice President for Online Services. In that role, he created and implemented online marketing campaigns and was responsible for Sony Music's online sales. As Senior Vice President of Online & Emerging Technologies for Sony's Columbia Records Group, Ghuneim was instrumental in the careers of artists such as Destiny's Child, Jeff Buckley, Bruce Springsteen, Bob Dylan and Billy Joel. Mark has pioneered innovations in new media as the music industry has evolved during the past three decades. Before joining Sony, Ghuneim was Director of Press and Video Promotion for the legendary independent label Beggars Banquet Records. In the nascent days of music video, he was program director and production manager at the New York City video nightclub Private Eyes. Ghuneim frequently moderates panels at top industry gatherings and guest lectures at universities such as NYU's Stern and School of Music in New York City and UCLA in Los Angeles. He has worked as a mentor with the Center of Communications. His work in the Information Securtity Space was feature in Time Magazine and cited by the head of the FBI in addressing national infrastructure vulnerabilities. He has worked with NYCLU and ACLU addressing surveillance in public spaces and Ghuneim’s photographs have appeared in publications such as New Musical Express and the British Music Weekly. Known to many online as Mediaeater, Ghuneim reads 10 print newspapers each morning and 100s online each day in his RSS reader. He resides in the tranquil West Village in Manhattan.

Edward Balassanian, founder and CEO of Strings.com: With more than 15 years of experience in the networking software industry, Edward Balassanian, founder and CEO of Strings.com, Inc., is a prosumer that is passionate about improving today’s technology in order to deliver the best end user experience. Edward has dedicated the better part of the last three years establishing Strings.com as the first social tracking and filtering platform for consumers and brands. Prior to Strings.com, Mr. Balassanian founded BeComm Corporation, next-generation communications technology that focused on delivering a broad range of media appliance solutions. Edward has also served as President and CEO of Implicit Networks, Inc., a software provider with the goal of developing computing platforms for resource oriented, distributed devices and applications. He began his career working as a software engineer at Microsoft. Edward is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Computer Science.
