Roger Pavane is a digital media, commerce and technology veteran with over 18 years experience in the new emerging media and interactive mobile/online/digital technology space. Roger’s background sits at the crossroads of mobile technology, digital media, e-Commerce and advertising. Roger is currently Senior Vice President at PaymentOne and advisor to several high profile companies. Roger served as Executive Vice President of Myxer an on-line and mobile entertainment company. Previously Roger served as Senior Vice President at Mamma.com USA a search and On-line/Mobile media web 2.0 search and media platform company. Roger was co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of 1 Rage Mobile Media, a mobile digital interactive media platform company acquired by a Japanese investment concern. Roger also served as Senior Vice President for Index ($2B valuation; JASDAQ: INDX) owned Mobile media, marketing and content group where he drove growth of on-line and mobile marketing and content services revenues. Prior to this Roger served as Senior Vice President of a Liberty Media (NYSE: L, LMC.B) owned (LBS) media location platform company where he lead the start-up company to record growth and expanded its market reach. Previous to Liberty Media Roger served as Senior Vice President and COO for ORA Electronics, a mobile wireless technology design and manufacturing corporation. Roger was a Founding Executive at Telecom Products Group International where he served major financial services clients and led the JP Morgan practice. Preceding TPGI he held senior level sales and marketing management positions at Reuters and Satellite Business Systems later acquired by MCI. Pavane is a graduate of CUNY, New York, and holds a BSEE. Active member of the CTIA, MMA, iMedia and many other trade associations.

Scott Drake, Vice President, CNBC Digital: He is responsible for setting the strategy and
developing the multi-platform products the enable CNBC to provide real-time financial market news and information on-air, online and on mobile. Drake oversaw the launch of the successful CNBC Mobile Web site in June 2007, which has posted consecutive year-over-year growth since inception. This past June, the site closed its best quarter ever, increasing page views by 37% compared to the same time last year. (Source: Omniture) In the fall of 2009, Drake and his team launched CNBC’s Real-Time iPhone App. Recently ranked fourth on PC Magazine’s “The Top 40 Free iPhone Apps 2010” list and named by Apple as “one of the best APPs of 2009,” the CNBC iPhone App has been downloaded close to 800,000 times since launch. Drake has over 20 years of technology & software development expertise and has been with the network for more than 10 years. Prior to his current role, he served as CNBC’s Vice President and CIO of Information Technology, responsible for all real-time on-air applications and analytics. Previously, Scott was the Chief Technology Officer for CNBC.com, responsible for building the technology organization and infrastructure for the site. Before joining CNBC, Drake worked as the General Manager at Bloomberg.com and was responsible for that company’s web development. He was also in charge of equity derivative software development for Bloomberg’s professional services. Drake started his career as an equity quantitative analyst at Salomon Brothers Inc. Drake holds a BS in Civil Engineering from Rutgers College.

Manuel Toscano, Principal, Helsinki Group: Before founding Helsinki Group in 2010, Manuel spent the last 10 years helping his clients bridge business and design by combining a deep expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies with an unmatched ability to craft compelling visual story-telling. In 1998 he joined Zago and helped shape the design consultancy into a world-class Corporate Identity, Social Brand strategy, and Visual Communication practice. Under his leadership the studio broadened its scope of services, industry reach and its creative vision. Zago’s clients included Fortune 500 companies, international non-profits, start-ups and global brands. At Zago, the studio received several prestigious awards, won international competitions and its work has been accepted into the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art and the Getty Museum. Manuel is a leader in design and social innovation and has spent the last year as a Rockafeller fellow investigating the future of social business models

Craig W. Wigginton, Industry Leader, Deloitte & Touche LLP Telecommunications Practice: Cra
ig is the Industry Leader for the Deloitte & Touche LLP Telecommunications Practice within the technology, media and telecommunications practice. In this role he works with clients and client service teams of major and emerging companies in the communications sector and assists in the coordination of services across the firm, with emphasis on Audit & Attestation and Enterprise Risk Services. He assists in the coordination of broader services across the Tax, Consulting and Financial Advisory Services functions within the industry. He also works with major global telecommunications company’s to assess U.S. GAAP and U.S. SEC issues for those entities which are associated with the U.S. capital markets. Until recently Craig was also the National Audit Partner for Telecommunications. In this role he was responsible for developing the firm’s technical accounting and auditing positions as they relate to the communications industry. He also lead industry technical conference calls, conducted web conferences, and had headed the development of industry content related to the internal control databases for Sarbanes Oxley 404. With more than 20 years of experience working with communications clients, Craig specializes in wireless and wireline, but is also extensively involved in all other telephony related services. He also has been heavily involved in the mergers and acquisitions arena, as well as emerging technologies including software and internet and the convergence of telecommunications and technology/internet.

Marc Saulino, Head of US sales, Bango: Mr. Saulino is responsible for managing the strategic business development initiatives of Bango Inc. He has over 10 years of business development efforts having worked in areas of interactive marketing, on-medial sales, direct mail, m-commerce, and m-analytics. Marc began his career in mobile with Bango between 2006 and 2008. He then took a position as VP of Business Development at Billing Revolution overseeing the organizations initial growth. Returning to Bango in July 2010, he now consults with content aggregators and publishers in areas of mobile commerce & analytics.
