Tom Sipple, VP of Sales, Dictionary.com: Tom Sipple leads the Direct Sales, Ad Operations,
Remnant and Mobile Monetization efforts for Dictionary.com -- a top 25 web site where 35 million people go monthly to get a little smarter. Tom joined Dictionary.com from Yahoo!, where he spent nine years in various roles, but most recently as Managing Director of Yahoo, SE Asia. Prior to Yahoo, Tom worked at USA Today Newspaper - leading circulation/advertising for the travel category. He has a B.A. from Lynchburg College and an M.B.A. from George Mason University.

João Gonzaga, CTO, COO & Co-Founder, conVISUAL; A 100% subsidiary of conVISUAL AG. conVISUAL is a leading international Full Service Provider with a focus on Mobile Marketing services for the mobile and media industries. Mr. Gonzaga is responsible for international business development across the North American, European, and Asian region. His expertise includes technical planning, software development, R&D and strategic planning. He has been consulting top advertising agencies sharing his knowhow and technical aspects on integrating mobile into a traditional marketing mix. Before joining conVISUAL, Mr. Gonzaga was working as a business solution manager and technical consultant at Ericsson Radio Sweden in the area of Telecom Management. Prior to Ericsson, he worked for D2 Mannesmann (today Vodafone D2) in several functions focusing on mobile data. João Gonzaga received his diploma in telecommunications engineering in 1995 at the University of Dortmund, Germany.





Tony Hoskins, Principal, POP: As Principal at POP, Tony helps shape the strategic direction
of the agency and plays a pivotal role in the growth of POP's client base. For over 10 years, Tony has been creating long-term relationships with global consumer brands like Epson, Microsoft, K2, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Target. Tony has served two terms as the President of the Board for the Puget Sound Chapter of the American Marketing Association (PSAMA). Tony spends his free time climbing mountains and has reached the summits of Mt. Adams, Mt. Rainier and Mt. Kilimanjaro.












Chris Cunningham, co-founder and CEO, appssavvy: Chris co-founded appssavvy to re
think the relationship between delivery and reception of advertising. appssavvy partners with leading publishers and developers, including Circle of Moms, LivingSocial and Zynga, to uncover what people are doing across the web. Understanding people and their actions is what enables appssavvy, and the brands and agencies it/the company works with, to leverage and experience social activity. Prior to appssavvy, Chris was global vice president of sales at Freewebs leading its initiative around widgets, the predecessor to apps. Previously, he was an early pioneer in the online, digital music industry developing sales strategies connecting music platforms, including Bolt Media, Digital Music Network and Music Vision with brands and agencies. Alan Juristovski, Co-Founder and CEO, MetroLyrics: Juristovski has an impressive business career with a track record of developing innovations in the entertainment industry and creating shareholder value. He founded MetroLeap Media with partner Milun Tesovic and sets the corporate strategy for the company and its flagship product MetroLyrics.com. Phill Simon, Partner, Creative Director, Mondo Studios: Phill Simon has over 17 years of professional experience in the interactive entertainment field. In his role as creative director of Mondo Studios, he is in charge of overseeing all creative direction for development and production. Previously, Phill was the executive producer for Mondo Media’s production group from 2001 through 2004, where he managed the animation and producer’s teams that created cutting-edge digital animation projects for some of the most successful games of the last few years, including: Electronic Arts’ James Bond: Everything or Nothing, The Lord of the Rings: Two Towers, Command and Conquer: Generals, Maxis’ The Sims 2 and Microsoft’s Age of Empires as well as numerous 2D animated projects for Yahoo, TiVO, LeapFrog, VH-1, Direct TV and Cisco Systems. Before joining Mondo Phill founded Jinx Studios, a digital production company. As president and creative director he oversaw development of the Macworld Game Hall of Fame inductee and PC Computing MVP Award winner Bad Mojo, as well as projects for NBC, Excite, Playboy, Nike, Nickelodeon and Warner Brothers. He also produced and directed Virtual Jay, a series of animated segments that aired on The Tonight Show. Phill has an extensive background in the multimedia industry and in recent years has consulted for companies such as Nickelodeon, Mattel, Time Warner, Macromedia and Apple Computer.
