Mike Goslin, Vice President Product Development, Hangout, former VP Disney Online: He is primarily focused on the development of Disney's Toontown Online, a massively multiplayer online game (MMO) for kids and families and Pirates of the Caribbean Online, a MMO created for fans of the popular film franchise. Goslin joined the VR Studio in 1996, when it was part of Walt Disney Imagineering, to work on virtual reality attractions for theme parks. Over the next several years, he was technical lead on a series of projects that were developed for DisneyQuest; a chain of "super arcades" featuring Virtual Reality rides and games such as "Alladin's Magic Carpet VR Adventure" and "Hercules in the Underworld" which opened in 1998, and "Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for Buccaneer Gold" which won the award for Outstanding Attraction from the Themed Entertainment Association in 2001. Before joining Disney, Goslin was a researcher for The Institute for Simulation and Training in Orlando, Florida where he worked with psychologists from the U.S. Army to evaluate Virtual Reality as a means for training soldiers to perform dangerous tasks. During that time, he collaborated with Jacki Morie on "Virtopia", one of the first examples of Virtual Reality as artwork, which premiered at the Florida Film Festival in 1993. Goslin holds a bachelor of science degree from Duke University and a master of science degree in computer science from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where under the guidance of the legendary Dr. Fred Brooks, he led a research team whose goal was to push the limits of what was possible in creating immersive virtual worlds.

Randall Lloyd is the SVP of Advertising Sales for RockYou overseeing application distribution all US Brand, International and 3rd party ad network sales. Prior to this role he acted as the Senior Director, International, where he tripled revenues over a four-month period in 2009. Prior to joining RockYou, Lloyd worked for Google, where he spearheaded cross-functional efforts to develop an ongoing YouTube monetization strategy for the automotive industry. From 2005-2007 Lloyd held several positions at eBay including Manager of Strategic Sales for eBay Motors. During this time, he created and executed co-marketing strategies, managed relationships with channel partners and trained and led highly successful direct and channel sales teams. Lloyd holds a Master of Business Administration from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor's degree from the University of Utah in Organizational Communication

Jennifer Taylor, Senior Director, Product Management, Adobe: Jennifer Taylor helps drive product direction and messaging for Adobe's Engagement Platform, focusing on advancing the company's software platform for the creation and delivery of engaging applications and content to any desktop or device. Jennifer came to Adobe via Macromedia in 2005. At Macromedia, Jennifer was the product manager for Dreamweaver, the popular graphical Web development tool, and she worked on HomeSite, focusing on the application development community and new product strategy. Prior to joining Macromedia, Taylor worked as a product manager for Search at Excite. In addition to her technology experience, Taylor was an associate at Vector Capital, a venture capital firm in San Francisco, where she focused on making early stage investments in technology companies. Taylor holds a BA in Public Policy from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.









Lisa Paulson, VP, Business Development, Roiworld: Lisa joined Roiworld with more than 15 years of sales and marketing experience in the videogame industry and a strong record of developing revenue generating partnerships. Prior to Roiworld, Lisa held the position of VP of Business Development and Marketing at Arcadia a start-up focused on building a 3D virtual world for casual gamers. Lisa joined Arcadia from Oberon Media where she held the position of Mobile Business Development Director; managing key carrier relationships for content sales and collaborating with tier one partners, such as Verizon and Comcast, on their platform convergence strategy. Purchased by Oberon in 2006, Blaze Entertainment was a mobile games publisher where Lisa managed all aspects of U.S. sales and marketing including carrier and license partner relations. She was formerly the Sr. Director of Strategic and OEM Sales at Electronic Arts where she secured revenue and marketing deals with worldwide partners including: Compaq, Sega, Pepsi, and THQ. Lisa holds a BA degree from Indiana University.

Bruce Grove, Director of Business Relations, OnLive: Bruce heads business and strategic partnerships at OnLive working with partners on new initiatives that support bringing OnLive to an ever increasing audience. Previously as Director of Engineering he built up the systems teams at OnLive drawing on more than ten years of engineering management for enterprise systems, software, gaming hardware and jet engines, making him uniquely qualified to understand everything from producing high volume consumer devices through to building the foundations of OnLive’s data centers. Prior to joining OnLive, Bruce ran the engineering team for Dell’s high end XPS desktop gaming platforms building bleeding edge hardcore gaming PCs including the release of the world’s first volume liquid cooled consumer desktop. Earlier at Tellme and Sun he ran teams building servers and platforms for highly available enterprise architectures including Tellme’s five nines VoIP platform. He started his career building Harrier Jump Jets, which are like really expensive video games.


Steve Poehlein, Director, Media & Entertainment Solutions, Hewlett-Packard: He works
closely with our media and entertainment clients, helping them develop and carry out strategies that deliver a cost, revenue and time-to-market advantage. Poehlein brings more than 17 years of experience in the media and entertainment industry to HP. Before joining HP, Poehlein was the vice president, Strategic Studio Relations at Deluxe Digital Studios. In this role, he established the relationship with Walt Disney Studios and its post-production business across all Deluxe divisions and was instrumental in strategic initiatives for Digital Post Production & Delivery. After serving as MIS director in the design industry, Poehlein served as a software engineer at Metrolight Studios, where he worked on a wide range of TV, commercial and interactive CD-ROM projects. He was president and CEO of Class6 Entertainment, producing animation for commercials and CD-ROM games for Disney Interactive, Broderbund, Electronic Arts and others. He was instrumental in the inception of Internet content company, planetLingo, Inc., as its director of Production. Poehlein moved to Walt Disney Feature Animation as manager of Digital Animation Software. He managed development, supporting production in character modeling, animation and rendering for several of Disney’s animated films. He transitioned to the role of director of Mastering and Restoration for Walt Disney Pictures and Television. In that role Poehlein managed a staff responsible for the creation of digital cinema, video masters, scripts and international dubbing reference for all Disney released and distributed films. As head of restoration, Poehlein was instrumental in the development of a program for Disney’s classic animated films. He has been actively involved in the many facets of the entertainment industry for more than 16 years. His contribution to these companies has spanned from management and financial oversight, strategic direction to hands-on technical and creative development. Poehlein is a rare executive that can “see the big picture,” yet understand low-level technical details of an issue. He is adept at cultivating and maintaining relationships and always strives for “win-win” results. Poehlein obtained a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Cincinnati and a master of architecture, computer aided design and graphics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
