Frank Barbieri, CEO, Transpera: Frank Barbieri founded Transpera with the vision of helping normal people enjoy new kinds of mobile video experiences. Frank recently ran media products at InfoSpace and also ran the Windows Mobile Media Device and Services group at Microsoft. Frank also held a senior position at Onvia, a company he helped take public, and MSNBC where he drove the online video distribution business and interactive content division. He has most recently worked in the private equity industry doing mobile and entertainment strategy and portfolio company support. Frank started his career as a photojournalist documenting the plight of refugees globally.
Lee Pearson, Vice President, Digital Advertising, FOX Digital Media: Mr. Pearson leverages a unique set of business and creative capabilities to maximize shareholder value in media and technology related businesses. Extensive experience in: Emerging advertising and content models iTV, VOD, BroadbandTV Syndication, Mobile, Electronic Sell Through: Integrated advertising/marketing; Interactive television (iTV) programming; Advanced media technologies; Strategic planning; Creative development. Mr. Pearson has had a strong career as a commercial image-maker, filming campaigns for Asahi Beer, AT&T, Budweiser, Chevrolet, Colgate-Palmolive, Coors, GM MasterCard, Gateway, General Foods, Honda, IBM, Kraft, Sapporo, Nestle, McDonalds, Michelob, Pepsi, and more.
Brad Herman, SVP, MTVN Digital Operations, MTV Networks: Herman previously served as Vice President of Advertising Sales for Advertising.com, where he led business intelligence and strategy for the company's sales division. In his role, Herman developed and executed a broad restructuring of Advertising.com's ad sales department, which helped the company achieve record revenues. Prior to that, Herman directed the company's management of all media for web, affiliate and behavioral targeting products as its Vice President, Publisher Services. He also ran Advertising.com's ad serving product division. Herman joined Advertising.com in 2003, as a Director of Corporate Development. Earlier, he was an associate in the corporate law practice at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
Herman attended Duke University where he earned a B.A. in Economics. He also received his J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1999

Tania Yuki, Director, Product Management, comScore: Tania Yuki manages comScores Video Metrix product, and is responsible for ensuring that online video measurement supports the growth and balances the needs of the online video and advertising industry. Prior to joining comScore, Tania was Head of Content for a leading global online video network and IPTV platform KIT digital (previously ROO Media), overseeing content acquisitions, digital strategy and programming optimization for key publishing clients and content partners in North America, the UK, and emerging markets. She has also worked in Australia in interactive and digital media for Foxtel and began as an attorney who specialized in media and internet law in her hometown of Sydney, Australia. Outside of comScore, Tania is also co-Founder of wimLink, an association promoting entrepreneurship, leadership and professional development for women in media and technology and leads the mentorship program for CampInteractive, a not-for-profit for New York youth.
Julian Zilberbrand, Vice President, Group Director, Technology and Ad Operations, MediaVest USA: As VP, Group Director, Technology and Ad Operations at MediaVest, Julian Zilberbrand oversees the implementation and reporting of digital campaigns for all MediaVests clients. An expert on digital technology, analytics and measurement systems, Julian helps oversee training for all digital staff on buying, planning, trafficking and billing tools. He also manages relationships with MediaVests digital and technology vendors. In addition, Julian has helped to lead and oversee the development of the Digital Mediabank platform across MediaVest, as well as the entire Starcom MediaVest Group network. Before joining MediaVest in 2004, Julian held Product Specialist and Client Service Specialist roles at rich media technology provider, Eyeblaster, as well as developing the company's Eyeblaster University training program. Julian was also a Project Manager and Technical Analyst for Doubleclick, balancing product engineering and operational roles while providing support for clients on rich media, third party ad serving and campaign reporting.
Steve Robinson, President & Founder, Panache: Seeing the need for a stable and effective advertising revenue model in the media eco-system, Steve started Panache in 2006. He has always been at the forefront of technological solutions, designing and implementing best-of-breed technologies to solve business problems for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. In 1996, Steve founded Panache's parent company, Panther Software, to develop mission-critical, high-performance data exchange software, video delivery, and advertising solutions for clients such as Motorola, Viacom, Microsoft, NASA, Citicorp, EDS, and Ticketmaster. Under Steves leadership, Panther Software grew to a multi-million dollar sale company. While at Panther, Steves work in component object modeling and disparate systems connectivity was published in numerous periodicals. Since starting Panache he has been a frequent contributor to new media publications such as MediaPost and regularly speaks at industry events, including OMMA, NAB, IABs Leadership Forum and Digital Hollywood. Steve is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Finance and Accounting.
