Assaf Tarnopolsky, Vice President, Mobile Programming and Digital Product Development, Sony Pictures Television (SPT): Assaf serves as vp, mobile programming and digital product development at Sony Pictures Television International (SPTI).  Based at SPTI’s headquarters in Culver City, California, Tarnopolsky is responsible for developing and implementing a cross-company mobile & digital content strategy, including video, games, and new platform deployments.  Original video and related applications are a key component of SPTI’s commercial mobile and digital strategy and Tarnopolsky is charged with both managing existing properties and forging new partnerships and content opportunities to fuel the SPTI pipeline. He works with SPTI’s distribution, production and network business lines to design product offerings, communicate the mobile and digital product slate across SPTI, and strategize product roll-out by territory.  He is charged with identifying cross-company digital content opportunities, either repurposing existing content or co-developing proprietary content opportunities for multi-regional deployment. Prior to joining SPTI, Tarnopolsky was director, business development, of MobiTV in Emeryville, California.  Tarnopolsky holds an MBA from The Wharton School and an MA in international management from The University of Pennsylvania.

Soren Schafft, General Manager, North America, Fox Mobile Distribution a unit of Fox Mobile Group (FMG): the mobile industry's largest vertically integrated mobile entertainment company, wholly-owned by News Corporation. Soren is responsible for overseeing mobile sales and distribution of FMG brands and offering mobile distribution and contextual integration services to Fox as well as other media companies. Prior to joining Fox Mobile Distribution, Soren served as CEO at QMobile where he oversaw all aspects of the company's operations. Prior to QMobile, Soren served as General Manager at Singlepoint (MMC NA/Telenor Mobile Interactive), a wireless services company, where he supported key clients including Disney, Fox, Hearst, NBC/Telemundo and Sony BMG. Soren was heavily involved at Singlepoint in the start-up of off-net services in the U.S., having negotiated and contracted the first tier-one carrier commercial contracts, launched the first premium SMS services and sent the first commercial U.S. premium SMS message. Soren began his career gathering valuable international experience as a Director at Pannon GSM, a leading Hungarian wireless operator, and as a management consultant at KPMG in Hungary. He also was a lecturer at Budapest University. Soren has a master's degree in economics and European studies from the London School of Economics and a bachelor's degree in sociology from the University of Maryland.

Dave Ulmer, Senior Director, Entertainment Products, Motorola: Dave has a long history of championing and chaperoning bleeding edge products into the consumer space. From graphics apps in the '80s to revolutionary digital music solutions presently, from startups to massive corporations, he's always held the consumer and content creator in focus while herding the industry cats needed to actually deliver the right solutions to market. Original founder of Roxio. Presently leads Multimedia Product Experiences for Motorola and served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Mobile Entertainment Forum, chairing the Marketing Committee.






Jonathan Barzilay, Senior Vice President, Programming and Advertising, MediaFLO USA: He is responsible for leading MediaFLO USA’s business in the areas of programming strategy, content acquisition and development, production, advertising, and consumer research. Based in MediaFLO USA’s Los Angeles office, he is also responsible for managing relationships with content partners and the creative community. Prior to joining MediaFLO USA, Barzilay served as senior vice president and general manager of entertainment for CBS Interactive. In that role, he oversaw the online entertainment business for CBS, including the CBS.com and StarTrek.com websites. Previously, Barzilay served as senior vice president of Disney/ABC Cable Networks, and general manager of Toon Disney and ABC Kids. In that role, he oversaw all operations at both Toon Disney, a cable network, and ABC Kids, the children’s programming lineup on ABC-TV. During the course of his 15-year career at Disney/ABC, he held numerous management posts, including vice president and general manager, ABC Children’s Programming, and vice president, ABC Television Network Group. As a member of ABC’s legal department, he counseled ABC News and ABC Broadcasting on legal and regulatory matters. He began his career as an attorney in private practice in New York, focusing on entertainment law and First Amendment matters. Barzilay is a graduate of Harvard College and Columbia Law School. Daniel Tibbets, Executive Vice President, GoTV Labs, GoTV Networks: Daniel Tibbets brings substantial traditional and new media experience in the entertainment field to GoTV. Prior to joining GoTV, Tibbets spent 16 years at the vortex of the entertainment industry and has held senior executive roles in production and development for companies such as CBS Enterprises, Fireworks Television, Inc., Papazian-Hirsch Entertainment and Twentieth Television. At Twentieth Television, Tibbets ran FOXLAB, Inc. where he co-created and developed the first ever mobisode. In addition, Tibbets executive produced the first two original content mobisodes Love and Hate and Sunset Hotel, which launched in February 2005. Tibbets also developed the first convergence program to air on broadcast television at FOXLAB. In addition to his work at Twentieth Television, Tibbets is credited with the development and sale of the HBO series ROME from his work at Papazian-Hirsch. Tibbets graduated from Arizona State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with an emphasis in International marketing and business.

Madeline Herdrich, Vice President of Mobile, North America, Paramount Pictures Digital Entertainment Group: In this role, Madeline is charged with the overall distribution, marketing and operations of the North American Mobile business. Previously, Madeline served as Sr. Director of Consumer Business Development at AT&T Mobility, where she led the content strategy and execution of new business initiatives for Video, WAP and messaging applications and services. Prior to AT&T Mobility, Madeline held key leadership positions with Prodigy Internet, MCI Telecommunications and Corporation for Public Broadcasting. Madeline hold a Juris Doctorate from American University, Washington College of Law.

Frank Chindamo, President & Chief Creative Officer, Fun Little Movies: FLM specializes in the development, production and distribution of original content for global distribution on mobile phones, the Internet and portable devices.
