Rebecca Weeks Watson, Director, Business Development, Real Girls Media: Rebecca Weeks Watson is known as one of the top influencers and thought leaders in the interactive media industry. She is the director of business development at Real Girls Media Network, Inc., where she leads content acquisition, syndication, and partnership development in an effort to grow the company's flagship site, DivineCaroline.com, into the premier destination for women online. After only eighteen months, the site was attracting three million monthly unique visitors and Rebecca had confirmed 325 content and co-marketing partners. In November 2007 she built and launched the Real Girls Media Ad Network with several Fortune 500 brands. Jim Calhoun, Chief Social Strategist, StrongMail Systems: An industry thought leader and pioneer of viral and social media marketing solutions, Jim has built his career helping major companies build their brands and bottom line through word-of-mouth marketing. As chief social strategist at StrongMail, Jim leverages his extensive background and expertise to further enhance the effectiveness of StrongMail's products and services. Prior to StrongMail, Jim Calhoun co-founded PopularMedia, where he served as chief executive officer from its inception in 2003 and was responsible for guiding the company's strategy, growth, operations and customer satisfaction. A true Silicon Valley veteran, Jim has helped a broad range of businesses grow through technology and marketing -- from startups such as Glam Media, Inc. to global leaders such as HP and IBM. Prior to founding PopularMedia, Jim founded CustomerClick LLC, a privately held direct marketing services firm based in San Francisco. Previously, Jim served as vice president of Products at NetObjects, Inc. Jim is a former reviews editor at CNET and holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri.

Edward “Ted” Murphy, Founder & CEO, IZEA: Edward “Ted” Murphy is an energetic, creative individual with a passion for innovation and zeal for change. A serial entrepreneur, Ted has founded six companies since 1994 and has a reputation for disruptive creativity. Immediately prior to IZEA, Ted founded interactive agency MindComet, the company that created PayPerPost under his direction. PayPerPost was spun out of MindComet in 2006 and later became IZEA. Ted is largely recognized as the father of paid blogging and the catalyst behind the sponsored Ted raised over $10 millionmarathon_photo in venture funding for IZEA from leading venture capitalists including Draper Fischer Jurvetson and Village Ventures. Under Ted’s leadership the IZEA network has attracted over 265,000 bloggers and 25,000 advertisers and continues to grow. Ted’s enthusiasm for the unconventional has earned him the ear of some of the world’s largest marketing organizations including FOX, Bombardier, General Motors, SeaWorld and Disney. His efforts have received international recognition from media outlets including CNBC, Wired, USA Today, Forbes, New York Post, Business Week, PC World, CNN Money, Fortune, Fortune Small Business, Business 2.0 and others. Ted is an accomplished speaker. In 2008 he spoke at 23 events including Blog World Expo, Florida Venture Forum, ECMTA New Orleans, SMX Social Media and Dow Jones Venture One Summit. Ted lives in Orlando with his girlfriend, Tara, and dog, Bonzo. On weekends he can be found training for or running marathons. Kitty Kolding, CEO, House Party: Kitty Kolding joined House Party in 2006 as SVP Sales, Service and Marketing to refine the offering and develop the client base. In early 2007, she was named CEO to grow the company and expand the simple yet powerful idea on which the company was founded. Kolding has led the company to strong growth and profitable operations, specifically doubling its sales in 2008 and is directing the company toward a similar track for 2009. Under Kolding’s leadership, the company has expanded into new industry verticals, experienced a 63% repeat business rate and continues to concentrate on broadening its word-of-mouth services. Prior to joining House Party, Ms. Kolding founded and was CEO of an outsourced services firm specializing in strategic sales and partnerships for 3 years. From 1998-2003 Ms. Kolding held a series of senior executive positions at Jupiter Research (NASDAQ: JUPM, fka JMXI, fka JPTR), during which time the company grew to over $100 million in revenues. Ms. Kolding currently resides in Parker, Colorado with her 2 sons.

Sean Percival is an American blogger and author from Los Angeles, California. For work, Percival is helps companies like MySpace and Mobile create compelling online and mobile experiances; for play, he is the founder of the Los Angeles-based technology blog lalawag. Formerly with Mahalo, Docstoc and Tsavo, Percival taps the real-time web to identify and develop content around today's biggest Internet trends. Along with his wife Laurie, the Percivals were featured in the 2009 LAWeekly 'People of the Year' issue. They were affectionately titled "Tweethearts" for their use of the modern social web in their marriage. He's been featured in Forbes and numerous other publication for his ability to develop and monetize social networks. Sean Percival is the author of MySpace Marketing and The Second Life Travel Guide, both from Que publishing.
