John Ross, President, Interpublic Emerging Media Lab, Retail 3.0 Practice: As President of the IPG Emerging Media Lab, John is leading the growth of Lab operations while developing Mediabrands capabilities in the retail marketing arena. Formerly VP of Advertising and Marketing at Home Depot, Inc. John oversaw one of the largest expansions of any American brand. During his 12 year tenure, the company grew from a regional retailer to become one of the best know brands in all of retail and the second largest retailer in the United States. He oversaw the company's first foray into E-Commerce, its international expansion, including entry into Mexico and China, and the growth of the Home Depot Incentives division. John holds an MBA from Tulane University's Freeman School of Business, and is a graduate of the Executive Advanced Leadership Program at Atlanta's Emory School of Business. He has also been an adjunct instructor with several national business schools. John was given the Marketing Exemplary Service Award by NNPA in 2008, inducted into the Gold Council of Contemporary Design in 2007, was named Dealerscope Marketing Executive of the Year in 1997, and won the D.D.I. Prestige Marketing Award in 1998.

Chris O'Neill leads Google's digital media sales and operations in the Retail vertical. In this role, he leads a team that partners with Fortune 500 retailers to establish high-performing, accountable digital and multi-channel marketing programs. He is also responsible for strategy, industry and consumer insights, thought leadership, sales management and operational excellence. Chris joined Google in 2005 bringing over ten years of marketing, strategy, media and partnership development experience. During his tenure at Google, he has assumed a variety of sales and operations leadership roles within consumer-oriented verticals. Prior to Google, Chris was a Product Marketing Director at HSBC with P&L responsibility for a consumer finance line of business. Prior to HSBC, Chris was an engagement manager at Mercer Management Consulting, focused on retail and financial services companies. Chris began his career as a paperboy in a small Canadian town, and worked for many years in his family's general merchandise retail store. Chris received a BA (with distinction) in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. He currently lives in Burlingame, California with his wife, four-year old son and infant daughter.

Daniel Bourgault, Senior Vice President, National Sales, PRN: Daniel Bourgault is PRN’s senior vice president of national sales for the West and Central U.S. Based in Los Angeles, he is responsible for managing and expanding PRN’s national sales team, with a focus on helping expand PRN’s platform strategies beyond retail. Bourgault joined PRN in March 2009 from GE/NBC Universal in Burbank, Calif., where he served as national director of sales and business development for NBC Everywhere Digital Media since August 2006 – where he helped build the division from the ground up. He originally joined GE/NBC Universal as director of partnership development worldwide in the motion picture group in December 2002. Before his work with GE/NBC Universal, Bourgault was director of business development and sponsorship at East West Creative in Hollywood. Previous positions include consultant-marketing strategist at 9th Floor Media in Santa Monica, Calif. and senior director of business and sponsorship development – themed entertainment worldwide at Eastman Kodak Company in Hollywood. He holds a bachelor’s degree in science from California Polytechnic University Pomona.

Stacey Wisnom, Associate Media Director, Universal McCann: Stacey draws upon 9 years of marketing, sales and media experiences to currently serve the Sony Electronics digital account as an Associate Media Director at UM. Stacey started her career in a corporate retail environment, working in Business Development services for The Sharper Image in San Francisco. At the Sharper Image Stacey developed product placement and retail development plans with partners such as Neiman Marcus, Saks 5th Avenue and Lord and Taylor. In 2002 Stacey transitioned into advertising sales working for Ask Jeeves in Emeryville, California. At Ask Jeeves Stacey serviced such accounts as Avenue A, SF Interactive and Modem Media where she gained an interest in moving clients campaigns to the next level, ultimately taking her to the agency side. In 2004 Stacey moved to New York to work for Beyond Interactive where for nearly 2 years she worked on their Cendant portfolio of accounts including CheapTickets, Travel Lodge, Ramada and more. After Beyond Interactive Stacey moved to UM in 2005 where she united with yet another premier electronics retailer, Sony Electronics.Stacey’s continued dedication to UM and the Sony account transitioned her from New York to the Los Angeles office where the account now resides.Stacey has had the good fortune to work with Sony on several integral campaign launches over the past 3 years including their US launch of the Bravia TV in 2006, their HDNA rebranding launch in 2007 and most recently a local sales driving effort for the 2009 Holiday season.
