Broadband, IPTV, Cable and interactive TV, mobile and of course in games, ads and branded information are delivered in many forms. The technologies behind ad-insertion, ad serving, on-demand technologies and a full host of back-end management technologies are enabling greater creativity and enhanced options in the relationship between technology and advertising. Mike Leo joined Operative in 2003 as CEO and President. Mike is best known as co-founder of aQuantive (NASDAQ: AQNT), a digital marketing organization now owned by Microsoft that became one of the industry's biggest success stories. Mike assembled the team that helped to grow aQuantive to one of the best and largest interactive agencies in the world. In his role as CEO and President of Operative, Mike has utilized his unmistakable entrepreneurial drive and vision along with business acumen to spearhead corporate growth. With Mike at the helm, Operative has experienced doubled-revenue growth and has recruited some of advertising’s most recognizable talent. Silicon Alley Insider ranked Mike the 85th most influential New Yorker in digital media in 2007, and AlwaysOn and KPMG named Mike as one of the ten executives in the first annual Madison Avenue IT list in 2008.

Nash Parker, Director, North American Strategy, Alcatel-Lucent: Nash Parker brings more than 20 years of telecommunications experience to his position as Director of the North American Strategy Team for Alcatel-Lucent. In this role, Mr. Parker is the lead strategist and primary liaison within for region’s content, advertising, and gaming industry activity. Previously, Mr. Parker served as Director of Strategic Alliances for Alcatel-Lucent, where he lead the company’s North American Strategic Solutions Group in support of the group’s IPTV and Mobile TV initiatives. Prior to joining Alcatel-Lucent, Mr. Parker served as Manager of Business Development for Sony Computer Entertainment America, and as Regional Manager for the General Motors Corporation. Nash Parker holds a bachelor of arts degree from Kalamazoo College, and a master in business administration degree from Wayne State University. Speaking engagements include CTIA, IEEE’s International Symposium on Broadband Multimedia Systems and Broadcasting, Digital Hollywood Spring (June 2007), Digital Hollywood at NXTcomm (June 2007), and Consumer Electronics Show (CES) (January 2008); Digital Hollywood at CES (January 2008); Digital Hollywood Media Summit (March 2008).

Todd Hinders, SVP Business Development and Sales, ExtendMedia: Todd Hinders brings extensive experience in digital media software, syndication, distribution services, and digital asset management to his role as SVP Business Development and Sales for ExtendMedia. Prior to ExtendMedia Hinders was Vice-President of Sales & Business Development for Maven Networks. In this role he was responsible for bringing to market their first customer deployments including National Geographic, Sony Pictures, EMI Records, Pepsi, A&E, and Atom Films. Hinders also oversaw Maven's international expansion into Japan, Korea and China opening up reseller and direct customer relationships in each geography. Previously, Todd was senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Loudeye Corporation, where he led the market introduction and rapid growth of digital media and corporate communications products and services. Todd joined Loudeye from NeTpower, Inc., a Silicon Graphics spin-off, where he was group manager for the Digital Media System Group. In this role, Todd brought to market the first line of graphics workstations, encoding systems and video servers specifically designed for media streaming applications in the broadcast, media and entertainment industries. Todd holds a BSC degree in Behavioral Psychology from the University of the Pacific.

James Semenak, Principle Consultant eBusiness & Digital Media, Teradata Corporation: James Semenak, Teradata Principle Consultant, is an expert in anything online as it relates to analytics: web 2.0, online marketing automation (search, banner Ads, email & targeting), business intelligence architectures and active enterprise data warehousing. James has worked extensively with online companies. Currently, he is developing strategies for Web 2.0 Analytics and Digital Advertising infrastructures as well as automated models for pricing recommendations for paid search marketing. James has an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Masters in Computer Science.

Ross Drogoszewski is the Practice Principle for the Global Communications, Media and Entertainment Division at Hewlett Packard. In this role, he is responsible for innovation, thought leadership, solutions, partnerships and enabling client growth for HP’s Media & Entertainment clients. Prior to joining HP, Ross worked at Sun Microsystems's where he was responsible for business development, digital media solution initiatives and executive engagement within the global media and entertainment industry. He established and extended partnerships with top Broadband Distribution, Enterprise Content Management, Knowledge Management and Collaboration ISV's.

Scott Cohen, President of Dimestore Media, a company that produces and distributes a syndicated game show on the Internet using TV commercials in a quiz format. Cohen was a founding Partner in the Red Tie Media Group. He has over 30 yrs experience in strategic deal making, negotiation and leadership, playing a major role in developing businesses during the growth of the Internet in the USA and Europe. He has demonstrated success in both corporate and entrepreneurial environments, most recently in media, interactive marketing, and entertainment. As a co-founder and senior level executive, Cohen was critical to the success of two IPO's over the past nine years: 24/7 Media, sold to WPP Advertising Group for $649 million and LivePerson (NASDAQ: LPSN). Cohen is the former President of Game Trust, which sold to Real Networks. Scott has worked with the most senior executives in a variety of leading companies, including AOL, New World Television, MacAndrews & Forbes, Revlon, and Marvel. Cohen earned his MBA in 1988 from the University of Rochester, William Simon School of Business, after ten years in the real estate industry. Cohen currently serves on the Board of Directors for Double Trump, LeadFusion, and Active Response Group.
