Greg Fawcett, Vice President of Business Development for IMG Media, a division of IMG, the world's premier sports, entertainment and media Company. IMG Sports & Entertainment includes fashion events and models representation; client representation in golf, tennis, European football, rugby, cricket, motor sports, broadcasting, coaching, Olympic sports and action sports. IMG Media produces and distributes more than 10,000 hours of sports, documentary, drama, comedy, entertainment, popular factual and children's content annually, over multiple platforms across 200 countries, including award-winning television and radio programming. It also represents the broadcast rights to many of the world's premier sporting events and has the world's biggest sports archive with more than 200,000 hours of footage. Prior to joining IMG, Fawcett was vice president of marketing and business development at Sequence Design, Avant!/Synopsys and e-commerce developer iSilk. Fawcett has also worked in strategic planning for the News Corporation and in product development for New York Times Digital. Fawcett received a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Pomona College, and a Masters in Business Administration from NYU.



Robert Hayes is the Senior Vice President, General Manager, Digital Media for Showtime Networks Inc. In this position, Hayes is responsible for the company’s online, broadband, wireless and interactive television (ITV) initiatives including day-to-day leadership, business development, content and production. Showtime recently consolidated all of their digital media operations under Hayes, and in this role he has also inherited domestic electronic sell-through (EST, or selling content to such platforms as iTunes) as well as developing further revenue opportunities through digital platforms. Previously, Hayes served as Senior Vice President, New Media and Vice President of New Media for Showtime Networks Inc., positions he held since April 2001. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Business Development and was instrumental in the strategy and launch of Showtime’s digital multiplexes including SHOWTIME NEXT, SHOWTIME WOMEN and SHOWTIME FAMILYZONE. Hayes also served as Vice President, International Business Development, charged with assessing opportunities for SHOWTIME and other SNI brands in the international marketplace including launching and overseeing Showtime’s ventures in Spain and the Middle East. He joined the company as Director of International Business Development in 1995. Previously, Hayes worked at Home Box Office as Manager of Programming, based in Prague, Czech Republic, as well as Manager of International Business Development based in New York. Hayes has done post graduate studies at Columbia University in Emerging Technologies and has received his M.B.A. in International Business from American University in Washington, D.C. He works in the company's New York headquarters.

Jim Kathman, Director of Marketing Strategy, AP Broadcast: Jim is responsible for AP Broadcast's general business strategy, including market research and analysis and strategic planning for the three broadcast divisions - TV, radio, and broadcast technology. He develops plans to more effectively package and position AP Broadcast's current products and develop new products and services. Before coming to AP in May of 2001, Jim was director of strategic alliances for Best Software, Inc. He has also worked for Perot Systems Corporation and the Dow Chemical Company, and he has been involved with strategic planning, marketing, business development, and new venture analysis. He holds master's degrees in business administration and information systems from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree from Purdue University.









Ian Blaine, Chief Executive Officer, thePlatform: Ian Blaine is a software industry veteran with experience at large software companies as well as successful start-ups. He has a strong background in product development, having spent over nine years at Aldus/Adobe Systems as a senior manager in the publishing division. In addition, he has proven entrepreneurial experience, having co-founded two successful start-up companies. In 1998, Ian founded an online personal information management company, Uniplanet, which he led as CEO from startup to acquisition by NBCi in 1999. In 2000, Ian co-founded thePlatform, and has successfully guided the company through two rounds of financing, and two mergers. He is a director of thePlatform and in addition to managing day-to-day activities, he sets long- term strategy for the company. Ian holds a B.A. in business administration from the University of Washington.




Charlie Oppenheimer, CEO, Digital Fountain, Inc.: Charlie is a senior business executive with more than 20 years of experience, specializing in networking and communications. He was formerly chief executive officer at Aptiva (acquired by Yahoo!); chief operating officer at Oneworld Systems Inc.; and senior vice president and general manager, products division, at Global Village Communication. While at Oneworld Systems, Charlie conceptualized and developed a unique new wide area networking product family providing integrated access devices. Charlie was also at Apple Computer from 1984 to 1993. Charlie holds an MBA from The Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science from Union College.









Will Richmond is President and Founder of Broadband Directions LLC, a market intelligence and consulting firm specializing in broadband-delivered video. Broadband Directions’ market intelligence service, Broadband Video FocusSM examines the broadband video market to provide critical competitive insights and actionable data to support decision-makers in developing their broadband video product strategies and implementation plans. Many of the world’s leading content providers and technology companies subscribe to the service. Since 2003, Will has consulted to many early-stage and established companies in the broadband video industry. Will is an acknowledged thought-leader in the fast-growing broadband video area and also publishes a monthly e-newsletter on broadband topics that is widely read throughout the industry. He is frequently called on by industry executives, venture capitalists, journalists and others to provide his insights. Will has worked in the broadband, cable TV, content, network infrastructure and software industries for over 15 years. Earlier in his career, Will worked at Continental Cablevision (the 3rd largest cable operator) from 1990-1998, initially managing large operations in the Boston area, and then as VP Business Development and part of the founding team of Continental's pioneering broadband internet access service "Highway1". Subsequently he served as VP Business Development for CMGI's iCast and for Narad Networks. Will has a BS from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
