Gregory L. Clayman, President and CEO, VS Media, Inc.: Greg Clayman is responsible for creating and overseeing the overall direction and development of VS Media, which he founded in 1996 with his partner, Chuck Tsiamis. A natural entrepreneur, Clayman was one of VS Media's original sales team members, devising and implementing the distribution network that provides Videosecrets live content to more than 18,000 webmasters and to hundreds of thousands links worldwide. Michael H. Klein, President, LFP Broadcasting, LLC, LFP Internet Group, LLC, LFP Video Group, LLC: As President of LFP Broadcasting, LLC, Michael H. Klein heads up a relatively new division of legendary Larry Flynt Publications (LFP), Inc. where he oversees all broadcast activities for the LFP/Hustler properties. This includes the launch and day to day running of the PPV and VOD service Hustler TV, which is now in over 40 countries, including over 40 million unique homes in the US and is the largest distributed adult channel in Europe and Canada. Klein is also President of LFP Internet Group, LLC, where he oversees all Internet activities for the company including the over 20 different websites that LFP operates, including Hustler.com, BarelyLegal.com and various other membership, VOD, eCommerce and live sites. Klein is also in charge of all Mobile activities for LFP, including the popular Hustler Mobile service. And Klein is also President of LFP Video Group, LLC, one of the leading adult DVD producers and distributors in the world producing and/or releasing titles under the Hustler Video, VCA Pictures and LFP Video line. Highly respected in his field, Klein is considered to be a leading industry expert in the areas of pay per view (PPV) and video on demand (VOD). Prior to joining LFP, he headed up programming for the leading on demand content solutions provider TVN Entertainment. In this position, he concluded some of the cable industrys first movie studio VOD deals and launched more than half a dozen new PPV genre channels. Klein launched the companys event distribution arm "TVN Presents" where he acquired exclusive distribution and licensing rights for the company, as well as distribution of the events to the entire PPV and VOD universe, for both cable and satellite. And finally he was responsible for the programming, scheduling and acquisition of TVNs near video on demand and PPV network offerings. Prior to joining TVN, Klein consulted for such organizations as The Game Show Network, Columbia TriStar International Television, imix.com and UFC through his own consulting company, Next Step Entertainment. Before that, he served as Senior Vice President, Programming for iN Demand where he was responsible for programming the nation's largest home pay-per-view network. There he negotiated some of the industry's top revenue-generating events, coordinated the development and scheduling of PPV sports packages, and developed events specifically for PPV. Preceding this, Klein acted as Vice President, Programming for On Command Video where he was charged with programming the largest hotel VOD service, international hotel VOD, and satellite-delivered hotel PPV. He has also been a Vice President for Spectravision, Showtime, Playboy Entertainment and Rainbow Networks. Klein has also served as a speaker on numerous panels. Klein holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Broadcasting & Film from Boston Universitys College of Communications.
Jay Grdina, CEO of Club Jenna Inc., has established himself as one of the most accomplished and creative executives in the adult entertainment industry. After college, Grdina enjoyed great success overseas as a model and young businessman. He entered the adult film industry in 1992 and soon simultaneously took on the roles of writer, actor, cinematographer, video technician, director and editor. Grdina also oversees Club Jennas wireless, product licensing and merchandising divisions.
