Ed Graczyk, Director of Marketing and Communications, Microsoft TV Division, Microsoft Corporation: As Director of Marketing and Communications for Microsoft Corporation’s Microsoft TV division, Ed Graczyk is responsible for establishing the company as the leading provider of software that enables network operators, consumer electronics manufacturers, and TV content providers to create and deliver enhanced TV services worldwide. Mr. Graczyk oversees all communications, public relations, branding, positioning, advertising, partner co-marketing and events worldwide for the Microsoft TV family of software products. Prior to moving to the Microsoft TV division, Mr. Graczyk worked in the companies MSN operation, as marketing lead for the award-winning MSN MoneyCentral personal finance service and the MSN Communications Services, where he launched MSN Messenger Service and MSN Web Communities. In 1994, he received the Corporate Account Executive of the Year Award at Microsoft. Prior to joining Microsoft, Mr. Graczyk spent six years with Unisys Corporation, serving in various sales and product management positions with a focus on customers in the banking, securities, and insurance industries. Ed Graczyk holds a bachelor of science degree from the Boston College School of Management, with a triple major in marketing, computer science and economics. He is a frequent speaker at digital TV industry events, including Broadcast Asia, CTAM Research Conference, Digital Hollywood, DigiTrends Camp Interactive, Kagan Interactive TV Summit, IFA Berlin and the PBS Technology Conference. Mr. Graczyk is a member of the Cable and Telecommunications Association for Marketing. Past Events: International Broadcasting Convention (September 2006); ITU Telecom World (December 2006); Digital Hollywood at CES (January 2007); Connected Home Conference (March 2007).

Steve West, Director, North American Strategy, Alcatel-Lucent: Steve West is a Director of North American strategy for Alcatel-Lucent and is based in Ottawa, Canada. Mr. West has a lengthy resume of real-world experience in IPTV and video centric service development, marketing and strategy dating back to the early 90’s. Mr. West is an Alcatel-Lucent Strategy lead responsible for North American activities related to Alcatel-Lucent’s "multi-screen" strategy. Prior to Alcatel-Lucent’s acquisition of iMagicTV in 2003, Mr. West was Director of Product Management, Media Manager IPTV platform. Prior to iMagicTV, Mr. West was responsible for consumer broadband services development and marketing, including the world’s first commercial launch of a consumer mass market IPTV service at Aliant Telecom, Atlantic Canada’s largest telecom service provider. Mr. West holds a Diploma in Marketing and International business from St. Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering Technology from DeVry Institute in Toronto, Ontario.

Venkat Krishnan, Director of IPTV Solutions, SeaChange International, Inc.: Venkat Krishnan manages global product marketing for SeaChange’s IPTV software and systems, including the new SeaChange TV Platform, as well as the company’s rich portfolio of client application platforms – the products of one of the largest and most experienced software development forces in the industry. He has over a decade of business and product development experience in IPTV and related communications and high technology businesses. Prior to joining SeaChange, Krishnan was responsible for running Lucent Technology’s IPTV Consumer Premises product line, and played an integral role in architecting and executing the company’s IPTV strategy. He was part of the Lucent team that won a Bell Labs President’s Award for supporting operations of a "long haul" technology product. Previously, Krishnan was a senior engagement manager on Accenture’s high technology and communications practices. Krishnan holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania; a Masters of Science in electrical engineering from Louisiana State University; and a Bachelors of Science in electrical engineering from BITS, Pilani, India.

Amit Shafrir is CEO of Network2. Prior to joining the Network2 team, he was president of AOL Premium Services LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL. AOL Premium Services focuses on digital services in the areas of Education, Safety/Security/Computing and Home Networking and Entertainment (music & video). Previously with AOL, Shafrir was general manager of Netscape Security Solutions (an AOL subsidiary), where he was responsible for the successful divestiture of that business. When first joining AOL in 2001, Shafrir served as VP Operations for ICQ, and subsequently acting general manager of ICQ, also wholly owned by America Online. Prior to joining AOL, Shafrir spent several years with Amdocs, the global leader in customer care and billing solutions provider, where he has had several assignments with such telecoms as Nextel, T-Mobile, Rogers AT&T Wireless, BellSouth, SBC and others. Shafrir has over 20 years of experience in software development and holds a BA and MBA degrees from Tel Aviv University.

Albert J. Estrada, Chief Executive Officer, Optical Entertainment Network: Prior to being named CEO, Albert joined the OEN team to lead the sales and marketing efforts. He has been in and around the entertainment industry for almost 20 years, with great successes as a key executive in marketing and sales assignments. Albert began his career with HBO in cable and satellite sales. At DIRECTV, he was a key member of the original team that successfully launched the company in the United States and Latin America. Albert has held key consulting positions within the satellite industry for DIRECTV Latin America, SATMEX and Space Systems Loral. He has also held key sales and distribution assignments with Alcatel Space and Loral Space & Communications.

Steve Oetegenn, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Verimatrix: Steve Oetegenn's career in the Information Technology industry spans 25 years. He has a wide range of experience in international business, having launched numerous high tech products to the global marketplace. He began his career with Burroughs Corporation (now UNISYS) as a specialist for Optical Character Recognition Systems. He has specialized in Digital Security and Anti-Piracy since 1998, working with government agencies, Fortune 500 companies and major Hollywood studios. Prior to joining Verimatrix, He was COO of MediaSec Technologies LLC, a pioneer and leader in the field of digital watermarking, COO of Argus Systems Group, a leading provider of Internet server security software, and CEO of DCE Communication Ltd, a world wide provider of business messaging systems. Mr. Oetegenn has spoken at numerous global digital security conferences and speaks fluent German.
