The integration of the TV experience with the full power of the new consumer technologies from broadband to mobile opens to door to not only an unique world of entertainment and information, it brings to the table a next generation idea of full consumer interactivity within the TV experience. Personalized TV will forever change the consumer entertainment landscape it will open the door to a consumer with more and greater control over his or her environment in touch with family members, enjoying HD programming, accessing and saving information and ultimately creating it and sharing it with others. The Personalized TV experience represents a huge step forward, and at this event, we are pleased to take small steps forward in that direction.

J.D. Zeeman, Director, Digital Media, IBM Global Technology Services: J.D. Zeeman is responsible for enabling business to exploit the exciting new technologies of Digital Media (audio, video, image). His global focus is primarily within the Media, Entertainment, and Telecommunications industries. His work encompasses strategy, offering development, and leading-edge engagements and alliances. Digital Media encompasses the creation, management, and distribution of unstructured content. IBM Global Services delivers unique value by providing end-to-end infrastructure, built on open standards, scalability, security, as well as the business advice for effective use and implementation. Mr. Zeeman's concentration is on innovative implementations of digital media to fulfill specific customer needs or to address new market opportunities. Areas of recent focus include content services (e.g. on-line gaming, video on demand), wireless computing, and e-business on demand. Mr. Zeeman has been with IBM Global Services over ten years. He has worked with clients to execute a full continuum of I/T solutions (i.e. plan, build, and run). Organizational responsibilities have included strategic outsourcing, e-business hosting services, and professional services. Mr. Zeeman holds a Masters of Business Administration from Northwestern's Kellogg School and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Princeton University.
Brian Chamberlin, Manager, Interactive Projects, NDS: Brian Chamberlin heads the Interactive Projects Group at NDS Southern California Office. This role leverages Brians 10 years of experience in software development and his hands-on experience on a variety of platforms including MediaHighway, OCAP, OpenTV and PowerTV to help customers create the best iTV experience possible on the given platform. In addition, Brian works closes with NDS marketing department serving as an advocate for iTV to the creative community. Brian is a member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Interactive Peer Group and served as a mentor to the American Film Institutes (AFI) Enhanced TV Workshop for 5 years.
Graham Kinahan, Senior Product Marketing Manager, AMD: Graham Kinahan is responsible for Digital Media Convergence for the Desktop CPU Division at AMD. He oversees the development of Active TV technology, which is the delivery of video over the Internet to TVs throughout the home. Prior to joining AMD, Graham was Director of Emerging Technologies at DoubleClick, responsible for helping customers make money from their wireless and iTV advertisement inventory with the same targeting and reporting tools used on the Web. Previous to DoubleClick, Graham held important product management and strategic planning positions with HPs Industry Standard Server Group. Before this, Graham served as a Director for Business Development with France Telecom, where he was responsible for managing U.S. wireless investment opportunities. Prior to this, he was a consultant with the Communications, Media and Technology practice at Booz Allen Hamilton. Mr. Kinahan holds an Executive M.B.A. from Auburn University, Ph.D. & M.A.L.D. from Tufts University, M.A. from Kings College London, and B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Andrew Hayden, VP, Business Development, Acinion: After recognizing the unlimi ted potential of Internet video, Drew was lured out of retirement to direct Acinion's business development and marketing. Prior to retirement, he was an entrepreneur, Investment banker and corporate attorney. He was responsible for the fundraising and business development strategies for QuantumClicks and Peoplevest and was involved in over $2 billion in financing and merger and acquisitions transactions while with Advest's Technology Investment Banking Unit, Hutchins, Wheeler Dittmar and Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver and Jacobson. Drew graduated with honors from Stanford University and Magna Cum Laude from Boston College School of Law.
Brian Caskey, Vice President, Worldwide Marketing, UTStarcom: As the vice president of worldwide marketing, Brian Caskey oversees all aspects of marketing at UTStarcom, Inc. Caskey has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and IP networking industry and extensive experience in the successfully design of large, IP-based voice and data networks for Fortune 500 companies and telecommunications service providers. Caskey began his career with UTStarcom as vice president of strategic technical marketing in 2003, responsible for lecture and consultation on the design and implementation of large-scale Voice over IP (VoIP) and next-generation networks. A frequent featured lecturer at telecommunications and networking conferences around the world, Caskey's professional career includes an extensive array of telecommunications expertise with more than 12 years in the satellite communications industry at GTE SpaceNet and AscomTimeplex designing Voice, TDM and SS7 networks for some of the largest service providers and enterprises in the world and over 10 years at 3Com/CommWorks in various executive, technical marketing and strategic technical advisory rolls.
Jim Jones, Managing Director, Scale Venture Partners: Jim is a managing director o f Scale Venture Partners where his investment focus is semiconductor and MEMS components and enterprise systems. Jim joined Scale Venture Partners in 2000 and currently sits on the boards of Auvitek, CipherMax, Discera, Entone, Enuclia, NComputing, and Xceive. Jim was also responsible for ScaleVP's investment in Monolithic Power Systems (NASDAQ: MPWR). Prior to Scale Venture Partners, Jim led product management, product marketing, and business development groups at 3Com Corporation, where he managed a diverse $1.2 billion product line. He also spearheaded the company's entry into and market leadership of Fast Ethernet and Gigabit Ethernet solutions as well as its foray into the home networking market. Prior to 3Com, Jim worked in integrated circuit development and marketing with National Semiconductor, focusing on analog, ATM, FDDI, and Ethernet controller and transceiver solutions. Jim holds a BSEE from the University of California, Davis.
