Alex Blum, CEO, KickApps: Alex Blum is a seasoned senior executive who brings deep leadership experience from roles at global and emerging technology companies. He is responsible for providing the strategic leadership that guides the company’s business, product development, marketing and sales strategy. Before joining KickApps, Alex was President and COO of JumpTV, a leading Multi-Cultural Internet Protocol Television Network. Alex also held several executive positions during his eight year tenure at AOL. Most recently he was the Vice President of Product Marketing for AOL's Audience business, responsible for re-launching the AOL Portal and delivering an entire suite of web-based applications including: AOL's Video Player, Video Portal, Streaming Video advertising platform, AIM and AIMpages social networking service. Prior to that, he was General Manager of AOLTV, where he established strategic relationships with DirecTV, TiVo, OpenTV and Philips Electronics. Alex has an MBA from the Albers School of Business at Seattle University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Justin Cooper, Founder, Chief Innovation + Marketing, Passenger: Passenger: Prior to becoming a Founder and Chief Innovation + Marketing, Justin was the Director of Strategic Marketing at A.D.D. Marketing & Advertising; a full-service, non-traditional marketing and advertising agency. Justin is often recognized as an industry thought leader in customer driven innovation practices. During his career Justin has been instrumental in having successfully bridged the traditional rift between brand objectives and consumer expectations for numerous globally recognized brands. Justin has also served as Founder and CMO of Laundryhead.com and is also the former Director of Business Development at WHN (now GSI Commerce) a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions. Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Kansas.

Ben Pashman, Vice President Business Development, Gigya: 15 years of media marketing experience; the last 10 years spent focused on sales and business development on the Internet. Previous work experience includes: Sales and Product Management roles at Doubleclick, Advertising Director at Condenet (digital arm for Conde Nast Publications) and Director of Advertising Sales at Travelzoo where I helped the company go from $15mm to $70mm in advertising revenue in three years. Start up experience includes heading up sales at Sequoia funded Insderpages (recently acquired by IAC's Citysearch) and my current position heading up business development with Gigya a Benchmark and Firstround funded company.

Matt Palmer, Executive Vice President and General Manager, Stardoll: As Executive Vice President and General Manager for Stardoll, Matt oversees the company’s U.S. business and strategy out of its Los Angeles, California office. Matt supports Stardoll’s ongoing global expansion and drives U.S. growth and revenues by working to develop integrated partnerships both with influential personalities and within the entertainment industry—from advertisers, television networks, music labels, film studios, celebrities, musicians, and brands. These relationships expand the Stardoll.com user base, and increase traffic to the website. Matt reports to CEO Mattias Miksche. Prior to joining Stardoll, Matt was named Advertising Age’s 2006 Entertainment Marketer of the Year while serving as Senior Vice President, Marketing, Disney Channel, at the Disney ABC Cable Networks Group. In this capacity, Matt led all ad sales and marketing initiatives while managing the creative direction of on-channel promotion, online content and off-channel marketing for Disney Channel U.S. and its critically acclaimed learning-based programming block for preschoolers, Playhouse Disney.

Rebecca Weeks, Director of Business Development, Real Girls Media Network, Inc.: Rebecca is known as one of the top influencers and thought leaders in the interactive media industry. She is the director of business development at Real Girls Media Network, Inc., where she leads content acquisition and partnership development in an effort to build the leading online destinations for women. She currently sits on the Boards of the San Francisco Bay Area Interactive Group (www.sfbig.com), the Los Angeles Advertising Club (www.laadclub.com) and the Las Vegas Interactive Marketing Association (www.lvima.com). She also consults for venture capital firms making digital media investments. Previously, she was content director at iMedia Communications (www.imediaconnection.com), the premier publisher and events producer for digital marketing and media professionals. She also contributed over 40 articles on trends and best practices in the interactive media industry. Prior to iMedia, Rebecca directed business development for The Brand Architect Group, a strategic marketing consultancy that translated business goals into brand action programs for clients such as Toyota, The Sports Authority, 7-Eleven, Vespa, and Wolfgang Puck. Prior to that, she worked as an investment banking analyst at Robertson Stephens, where she analyzed and forecasted revenues of emerging markets and industries including media, entertainment, telecommunications and technology. As a commerce major at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School, Rebecca played varsity tennis on scholarship and graduated fifth in her class.

Mark Sigal is the co-founder and CEO of online video service provider, vSocial, Inc. (www.vsocial.com), a perennial Alexa Top 10 internet video destination site and makers of the vConnect Social Networking for Video platform. He is a seven-time entrepreneur, having launched multiple companies in the consumer internet (vSocial, Me.com, Verdada, CafeNet) and network infrastructure (Rapid Logic, UXComm, Tribe Communications) spaces. Under Sigal's guidance, vSocial has built customer relationships with GM’s Chevy unit, CBS (local affiliates), and Latin media outlet, VOYTV, and been featured on both ABC and MarketWatch. vSocial’s products and services enable content owners, portal operators and online marketing organizations to custom brand, target, virally distribute and monetize their message via video.






Ray Doustdar serves as President and Co-Founder. As President of his previous firm, The Stronghold Group, he created a premiere Entertainment Branding Agency, and signed high profile clients like Nelly, OutKast, Dave Matthews Band, and Motown Music Label for representation in licensing, sponsorships, and endorsements. Prior to that, he served two years as the Executive Director of Licensing for Universal Studios and was also appointed head of the new Sports Division, and signed high profile athletes like NFL Superstar Deion Sanders, NBA Player Wally Szczerbiak, and the Supercross/Motocross Honda Racing Team for licensing and merchandising. Previous to Universal Studios, Mr. Doustdar was the Director of Special Markets for BMG Entertainment. Before his tenure at BMG, Mr. Doustdar spent five years at consumer products giant Procter & Gamble. This provided a solid foundation of marketing and sales within the traditional packaged goods industry. Mr. Doustdar has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from the Richard T. Farmer School of Business Administration at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has been an online dater for 5 years.
